If you are going to be AI first I'm going to be... Out. You should know better than push coders to write the most important privacy app with a solution full of entrance holes. I don't trust you anymore

I have been updating this review over the past few months. Proton is no longer safe. The CEO admits the whole app is vibe coded in his slop "AI Manifesto". This service is terrible, and their customer service is condescending and unhelpful. I find myself opening the app dozens of times a day to reconnect to a server. I hasn't been usable, often it disconnects from the servers and won't reconnect automatically. Now quality seems tied to the thumbs down button, and I select it 10x daily. Run.

nice app👍

Cancelling due to the CEO's direction towards AI slop and the company's overall stance towards their developers. This needs to stop. Thank you for your service.

nice good experience

is very nice

fast

I don't want to use an app that advertises itself as secure but is made by a company whose CEO calls security testing "loser behavior". I will not be renewing my subscription.

super fast vpn 👍

good

ok

this app is really the best

Disappointing. I used the free version for weeks before paying for the middle-tier VPN plan. Payment was taken, but my account was never upgraded. I'm still on the free version. I've sent over 20 messages, yet support is AI-driven. Emails simply repeat the chatbot conversation and promise a human will respond. Nobody has resolved this. I've paid for a service I cannot use and must now pay another provider for VPN protection while seeking a refund. Appalling service. I would not recommend Proton

nice

AI slop

Cancelled my visionary plan. I don't want to use an app where security is second and rolling out new features is first.

wont let me unsubscribe and get a refund for a subscription i didnt intend on paying for. customer service is extremely slow. never using this vpn again.

the best vpn in the world

good

now I can watch my ph 10/10 would recommend.

Great VPN I've used them for years!

nice

thank you

a VPN isn't safe to use

it's soo good

Videos no longer load and websites load as if I'm on a dial up connection, regardless of server location. Reinstalling does not help. It is clear that the recent push for AI code by Proton's CEO has negatively impacted connection speed and stability. I have cancelled my subscription and will be moving to another VPN provider that does not rely on AI code and does not call their employees "losers".

very good verygood

why can't you just put the ph in non premium

great VPN overall

Great App

interesting!!!

wonderful

I like

irfan lala

Great 👍

Does what it says on the packet. ✌️

nice

I a good app

best and best for approval 😁 for

great

I haven't normally bothered with VPNs, every previous one i tried was just trash, would often block parts of the internet because it didnt know what country I was in and was just a mess, but since I use Proton mail and have a subscription I thought I may as well take advantage of it. so far I have had no issues, I just had to exclude Android Auto as it doesnt connect with a VPN on

Good

Is Good

wow

It's very good.

I've been using proton vpn for about 5 years now. never had any issue.

like

no 👎 werking

I have not use let me check how it look like

This rocks, as a cyber security enthusiast the fact that proton has one of the best vpn services out of all its competitors and it has a free version is amazing. I dont have a sinhle qualm about anything at all because this app is an amazong example of what humans do. Provacy is an expectation no matter what people say, it is a right.

Great experience for me using Proton VPN.

good

nice!

best vpn ever I ever seen not like 1 1 1 1 vpn or melon vpn it's good so much

thank you

good

to fast

😡

TRASH

Love it. Esp also on my phone

one of the worst vpn connection u have maybe u r trying to prove that you are as unreliable garbage as your country

i love it sow much

lovely

Any Yen, Nobody wants your A.I.!

love you app

Going full AI where security is critical.

maybe the CEO should calm down with the AI obsession , bye bye all proton services

easy to use. free option always chooses current country which helps with speed.

good for free tier

I got Proton VPN wedge on my screen which was showing i am connected even the "disconnect" botton was flashing. When i actually entered the app it was clear the VPN connection was not active.

fast and cool

best of the best bo hala ❤️

Even though the app is exceptional for the price and services it had provided, I gave it a 3 - Star due to the constant disconnection it gave me throughout the months that I've used it. I would highly recommend its services for those who tend to constantly connect to public wifi or watch shows outside their countries, but greater than that, I really don't find the usage. If the government really wanted to know anything, they would just use the info in Data Centers collected by your carriers. 🤣

arsenal Emirates airlines flight

proton VPN is easy to use

easy as

keeps connecting to Canada only. time to u install and find something else

Simply Amazing! Don't take my word for it check out the free introduction offer. 5 stars

Best Vpn for mobile internet users

Proton's app was great. The CEO's actions and push for ai generated code are a concern.

I love the app

salmaan Daaudoogle

Useful App

Emaaj Lovely

I will not be renewing my membership after many years. Unless the irresponsible use of AI and lack of pentesting is fixed. This displays a complete lack of responsibility and trustworthiness.

yes I will spread the word

kadirtamam

works great

مهر

Tajjuudii siiraji

Been using for a few years now. Very secureand totally free without download limits.

it's a great app

5 star General

great

good

going full AI shows a lack of seriousness I did not expect from this company

it is a good vpn but if it allows us to do all stuff for free It will be better

not working

🥱

password management is ill-defined and unusable; only password choices are randomized strings supplied by APP

I have been using this VPN for years now. In today's world, it's a worthwhile security investment.

good👍

good app

good

Excellent VPN with fast connectivity strong privacy and reliable performance. Highly recommended

good

Excellent Server

I am disappointed in the company's decision to use AI in its software, which antithetical to its goal of security. I will not be renewing my subscription and am looking for a vpn that actually values security to replace it as soon as possible.

easy to use and one tap comection no waiting

Nice

very good vpn service

গুট

wow

very effective

Good

too good

CEO of Proton chose AI slop over user privacy and data security, so I can no longer trust any of their products.

poor connectivity

Is this secure? or did you skip testing?

I like it

keeps dropping connection

good vpn
