This is the slowest, glitchiest app out there. Clips made it worse. I can never scroll past clips. It gets stuck.

Already paying for a Prime subscription, yet most titles require additional rental fees or separate subscriptions like Lionsgate. Even free first episodes are misleading. If I have to pay extra to watch, what's the point of Prime? Please show only content included in the existing subscription instead of cluttering the catalogue with paid options. And the bloody ads to ruin your viewing experience.

I love how when you miss the last 5 mins of the previous episode you have to watch 3-5 minutes of ads before finally fast forwarding far enough to watch it.

More "only available with ads" creeping in my (paid) no ad subscription. I'm going to cancel my membership soon. Paying almost $6 more for (no ads) but my selection is getting smaller? No more. I don't even want to see a trailer for something else when I'm starting a movie even if it is available with prime. let me start my content in peace!!!!!!!!

Very disappointing experience with Amazon Prime. I paid for a subscription expecting uninterrupted entertainment, but excessive advertisements ruin the entire experience. If customers are paying, why should they still have to watch ads? A paid subscription should offer premium service, not feel like a free streaming platform. Amazon needs to respect its customers and reconsider this unfair policy.

Constantly freezes up and needs to be reinstalled to work. This is a daily occurrence, sometimes it is multiple times a day. In addition you can't go forward or backwards or it will lock up. Worst app ever!

Things that should be fairly simple, are overly complicated, settings don't often stick. No matter how many times you turn off HDR, it ignores your choice, and continues to stream in HDR. Thats just to name a few of the annoyances. The devs really need to get their act together.

Paid for 1 season of a TV show, then minutes later I went to watch it and it says "Not available in your region". I contacted Amazon for selling me something I couldn't watch, and they said a refund is not available and will not be offered.

The app is poorly designed. The video goes black again and again without giving any issue. when played it starts on a small screen with no option to change brightness. The subtitles size is big. had to cancel it after the first month.

Prime Video is a very good OTT. I have been using it for a long time. The content is marvelous like Mirzapur, The Boys, Panchayat, Paatal Lok , Reacher.Also there are many animes like Demon Slayer and Death Note.The best thing is you can share your account to others and it can be used in different devices.

I got this for sports. I can't always watch live. they put the score on the thumbnail of the game both live and after it finishes so it spoils it before you even click on it. And/or, it starts auto playing on some devices so you see the score. could you imagine pulling up a new movie and the spoiled ending is on the thumbnail easier to see than the title? this is extremely poor design that shows a complete lack of understanding the customer base.

The GUI is counterintuitive. What we want. After clicking prime in app. An option to select either movies or shows. Then at the very top of each new page a genre selection menu. It should not be so hard to find what we want. Also Amazon are using cheap Ai subtitles instead of providing the actual subtitles that come with movies. So when watching movies with other languages like elvish or dwarven, there are no subtitles. You literally miss half the context and story of the movies.

2 items were not delivered... I called 4 times to get this sorted each time they tell its taken care each time NOTHING. Horrible customer service if you have issues the app can't fix. I've been a customer for over 10 years back when I would mainly use it for books. Probably spent 20K + on this service. I will call one last time if it's not fixed I am 100% done.

Pretty pointless. I've had Prime Video for years as part of my Prime subscription. The content is now so limited unless you pay again to upgrade, it's pointless as a streaming service. What started as a bonus for Prime members, making Prime subscription worthwhile, has turned into a "free sample" for their streaming service. If you have Netflix or Disney Plus, don't bother with paying extra for this. And don't sign up to Prime thinking you'll get loads of video content. You don't.

Purchased Movies suddenly Unavailable to Watch. We purchased a movie in August, 2 months later it had that little shopping bag icon on it, couldn't watch it. Customer service offer no solution other than a refund, though we bought it for $4.99, to replace costs $14.99. I guess they're not interested in our future business.

Pausing near the end of an episode marks it as complete, and then you are forced to rewatch more ads if you want to view the end of the episode.
