The app takes forever to open and when it does, it says app not responding and shuts down. The device was delivered with packaging torn and water damaged. I was hoping for a device with the capabilities advertised but it seems incapable of accomplishing tasks as promised. very disappointing that the app keeps asking me to subscribe when it eventually works for a while. it is not worth the hype the advertising creates.

App sometimes does not start. I have to uninstall it and reinstall. I am bombarded with adverts to upgrade, even after being sold something that is advertised as a once of purchase. The speech to text is not very good. I have to use ChatGPT to rewrite the reports. The product has the ability, but the Company is forcing the customer down a subscription route in order to get the features originally promised. £99 is a lot of money to pay for a voice recorder when you get 1 free on ur phon

Pocket has performed very well, it provides good summaries of discussions and meetings with surprisingly few signifigant errors. It interfaces with both email and outlook and so far I've had few issues with rejecting recording on privacy or security grounds. I haven't purchased the professional pack but if I were still working full time I would recommend it.

Started off loving HeyPocket, but lately the experience has become incredibly frustrating. Custom summary edits that once worked flawlessly now constantly fail with “failed to perform edits,” regardless of model or prompt. It feels increasingly restrictive for non-subscribers, despite the device being sold on long-term usability. Edit: at least Pocket still offers reliable connectors with contemporary AI providers as long as the user decides to connect to them. This is huge - Thank you.

I wanted something very simple to record business meetings and then convert to minutes and use my laptop to format and print them. It's maddening and no time sever at all. I'm throwing it in the junk drawer! sadly there are no negative star ratings

I haven't used Pocket to it's full potential yet. I know already how it's going to help me write my book. I think when I go for walks. Previously I used my phone recorder to make notes. But then you have to copy and paste to a transcriber site. Long & tedious. With Pocket, once it's synced to a desktop or the phone app, it's so straightforward. Easy Peezy as they say. I hope to upload a video review soon. I recommend it highly to anyone who takes notes or records conversations.

Wow! I only have the standard package, but the accuracy is excellent. I use it for auction condition reports and even with our obscure vocabulary, it gets it right about 98% of the time. A fantastic bit of kit 😃

love the device and the concept, editing my review, you can connect to any service you want via API key or mcp server. amazing product so far! testing the paid tier and experiencing very bad live transcription. like really bad. wish I could post screenshots. also, needs background sync, I shouldn't have to open the app and wait for a transfer after every meeting.

Easy to use@ It makes my weekly and monthly planning a breeze. Anytime I have an idea or a thought, I put it into Pocket and it organizes it for me. Board meeting minutes, tracks my consultations and transcribes my phone calls. Pocket is the virtual assistant I always needed.

Tried to cancel this before the subscription went through but it kept failing and charged me anyway. only used it a handful of times. not impressed. please refund the subscription at least

Love this device! I've only had it 48 hours and I've used it at the hospital, and on a call, and during meetings and the summaries are AMAZING!

It’s not working. It’s frozen. It won’t load. It worked at first, but after the last time I loaded some audio messages, it stopped launching.

Truly, I was amazed at the summary Pocket gave after my first consultation. I copied the summary and printed it for the customer's file. Accurate and far better than pen and paper. Hoorah!

This is a GAME CHANGER. The only thing that I find to be a pain in the a$$ is that when a call comes in, I have to remember to hit that stupid button. At 64, that's my own problem, no fault of 'Pocket' I am still trying to learn everything it does. its like having a 'Brain with ears' that puts everything in ones life in order. My life is stressful enough, its nice to have my own secretary to keep my thoughts & others in check for me.

Stole $239 from me. I never activated the acct. (the device was attached to someone elses email) and they still deducted $239 from my acct. I NEVER used this device or completed set up.

Very handy for recording meetings

I bought the pocket device and found it useless and threw it away. Google just tried to charge me $211 as a subscription which I do not believe I ever asked for because I do not like Pocket. My credit card company declined the charge as fraud. I do not want to be charged. Could somebody tell me how to stop Google from considering me to have a subscription I don't have or want.

I had been contemplating getting Pocket for some time and decided to order one. It arrived today, so I followed the instructions and downloaded the app and that's as far as I can get. I have had a verification code sent to my email and it didn't work. I have 4 more sent and they don't work either. Not the best start is it? I'm going to contact Pocket and return this item to them as their app doesn't work. Useless, stick to pen and paper.

I like it so far. A few hiccups activating the desktop app with too many verification requests, but otherwise it’s very convenient and saves a lot of writing after processing the conversation.

I love the app, but would like if the tab that says (ask pocket) could have the option to speak to it instead of typing what you want to ask it.

Cool little gadget. It's been very helpful so far. When I have things I want to remember I just turned it on and start talking. It's summarizes it into a nice paper form that I can print out.

I am using it to automatically add to a technical support call database. it automates adding handled calls in so I don't have to repeat myself as often.

Avoid unless you want to pay $20/m They continue to make this device more unappealing day by day as they continue to introduce more restrictions like being unable to use your own custom template to determine the format of your summarization. Next, it is the constant in-app advertisements and pop-ups to share the app with others to get discounts. And now, you can't even access your old summaries that are over 30 days old unless you pay them money to unblock them.

I love pocket I love the transcript I love everything EXCEPT.. getting my transcript out of this APP. This is the worst experience I've ever had I'd rather smash my thumb with a hammer than deal with this app. it is the worst experience you can possibly have! Why have such a good tool and the worst possible app one can imagine the only thing one person wants to do is click on the transcript export it into a (dot) txt file and then copy and paste that file into an AI tool. BRAIN DEAD SIMPLE

this app works with the hardware, and is sensational. the accuracy and summery capabilities are simply amazing. I'm coming out of meetings and within a few minutes I've got clear and well prepared notes, to do lists and conceptional maps that make it clear what was discussed and what needs to happen next. a game changer, recommend without qualification.

I am not regretting buying this, £120 well spent. but the voice recognition is hit and miss and it does not identify speakers consistently. the pro plan is expensive, too expensive for me but the scheduling works well and it plays nicely with chat GPT No regrets

I have felt so relieved from back to back meetings which are full of content as I have pocket AI to record and summarise. only downside is that there is still inaccuracy if the conversation switches from different languages all the time in a sentence. eg mandarin and English in the same sentence.

I am still trting to figure out how to use it proficiently. I thought it would be a good way for my ADD mind to keep track of what points are made in important conversations. I am taking care of a loved one, and want to be replay and relay the information from the physicians for myself and my siblings about what is transpiring, as well as medication changes, care moving forward. ect.

Best little device that saves me a lot of time. Since I am oldish when I have ideas for something or need to keep track of multiple tasks this little pocket wonder helps with all that. I still have to figure out all it's uses however for having it for just over a week it's been so great having it with me.

Works pretty good. Initially, I was getting nag screens constantly to upgrade and subscribe. I am not seeing it now. But, if the nagging continues, I will edit my rating and possibly return Pocket and explore other options.

I love my pocket and it is easy to use. Pairing the device was a little challenging and I contacted customer service and they helped me through the process.

This is a great device. I use it for doctor appointments and meetings and business phone calls. So far I have been using it without upgrading. Just using the basic app features.

A very expensive way to access Google Gemini. That's all it is, Gemini with a new interface. Bought for me as a gift I have requested the giver return it, as neither the product nor the subscription are worth the money. Get a free call recorder app and open Gemini for recording thoughts/meetings... free and increased functionality. Great idea, vastly over priced and hyped.

App appears to have been fixed and I am getting quite accurate summaries from the transcripts. The transcript should still be scanned by a human in case some nuance is lost or a comment is erroneously attributed. It is a very useful application. When I take notes myself, I can miss whole conversations. The alternative is to record everything, play, take notes, rewind, replay, etc

I am a licensed lay preacher. I am finding if I read something that might make a good message I read it out loud, let pocket summarize then use that summary for ideas to write a new message. the summaries are a fantastic jumping off place to get me started.

Question really. Just unboxed my Pocket and installed the app on my phone. I see there's a WIN version and I've gone to the Google Playstore to get it. When it offers me the option to install on desktop, the only options in the pulldown menu is my phone. How do I install on my desktop?

horrible. initially I liked Pocket, but now the app keeps crashing.

I am not good with technology and i wanted this device to record instead of writing. however, when i downloaded the app to my phone, it said i had to pay $199 for one year. That was conflicting with the ad which said no subsecript required. I am so frustrated and there is no one to talk to. i don't know how to cancel the subscription becuase i dont'know where it came from. i am probably going to send this back. Can the app be put onthe computer instead of the phone? Where is the sub to?

I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with Pocket. Twice, important recordings have failed unless Bluetooth remained connected, despite the device supposedly recording independently. More concerning, summaries consistently omit critical information. A physician-led symposium and a detailed leadership dictation were reduced to generalized overviews, losing key indicators and details. Unless Pocket can show me how to produce comprehensive notes reliably, this has been a poor investment.

I didn't believe this little thing could do all of this.. I'm still discovering new options. I hope you guys keep on adding new stuff in the future.

Very easy to use. First time using it. Trying it with guided tour to pick up what I've missed. The summarization seems amazing. I'll know more soon. One thing I'm thinking that would be great for tours is a case that could be on my arm or clip to my shirt so it doesn't have to be constantly held.

If I had to remember what happened in a meeting two days ago. And have a meeting today and think what I remembered. I would be lost in the details important or not important. Pocket keeps me in check with all the past updates from all my meeting. Differently an asset to stay organized.

Excellent device. Apps are frequently enhanced. On desktop apps you can now record meeting transcripts directly from web conferencing tools without the Pocket hardware being involved. Nice! Highly Recommended!

Pocket has proven to be an excellent device and app for facilitating my note taking workflow. It has helped me become more organized than ever, and keep a detailed record of meeting notes I can look back on as needed. It connects well via MCP connections to facilitate all of my needs. I can't imagine my life without it now.

This device is a true game changer. I have used a number of voice recording/speech to text devices in the past and have always been underwhelmed and disappointed with there performance and speech to text accuracy. pocket absolutely shocked me with both its accuracy and Summary capabilities. Not to mention its ease of use and how you can access your recordings from either PC or Smart phone! I use it for meetings, con calls Business Process Analysis & sute surveys Bravo Pocket! Nicely done!

Love this device! It makes class sessions and work meetings so much easier to capture every content covered. I bought one for my twin sister and recommended it to three other people who were really impressed by the features. What's cool is that it can transcribe conversations meeting minutes, or nursing and provider notes. Always let others know that you are recording in written format. It does not record voices for playback.

I think it's useful and I like it, but at it's high price point and they want another $200 a year for helpful features, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else. I don't believe it's right to have a subscription for additional features for a recorder that already costs $150. Save your money, buy a knock off.

it's make my days so much easier I handle a lot being a territory sales rep for a beer wine and liquor distributor as well as running a small business with multiple phones and multiple accounts across the state. I was always forgetting something to do everyday with one or the other company. this has done so much more than I imagined the $20 subscription is well worth it aswell

This app is intentionally cumbersome and annoying to push subscriptions. This means having to individually select conversation components (transcript, audio, to dos, summary, mindmap) to export them. Done through a browser, you get more per export but still have to go into each entry to export individually. Your stuff gets deleted from the device you bought after 30 days. The app is SO limited that it is, IMO, appalling and disrespectful that they sell the device for $150-$200.

I haven't used it enough yet for an in depth review, but I knew it was a class act just by the way it was packed. First class packaging fellas. Since starting to use it, I haven't been disappointed, it does everything that's claimed. I look forward to finding more situations in which to use it.
