This app is complete adware. The aim is to push ads and your child will never be entertained and/or educated. An ad every 30 seconds. The app is also called kids games but it's more like a video wrapper meant to show the same videos you will find on YouTube. Do better for your kids and install apps that actually truelly edutain them without misleading them. You will also see in their response that they don't care and give the most generic of answers

Worst App ever.I purchased the remove Ads and still Ads popout with games not age appropriate. I purchased also the 8 app pack but only 6 apps available. Not recommended. and they dont do refunds.

I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED! I purchased this app for my daughter and paid for the "no ads" version. It was a waste of money! They still have a ton of ads for their own games, and she spends more time getting stuck on ads than playing the limited games that they do have. Don't waste your money.

My 3 yr old loves it! So many options but here lately the game goes to load and freezes. So I have to exit and restart and eventually stops. Update: the company replied quickly and assured me they are working on the problem

This app as well as many others like it are "SCAMS". They are designed in hopes that you unknowingly have auto pay on your device so when the child that can't read yet "Toddler" plays this game clicks on one of the random adds makes a purchase. Now we all know when you stick adds for other games and adult products into a kids game that is a red flag in itself. So rule of thumb, when downloading a kids game if it has ads or hyperlinks its not made for your kid. Do Not Download!

It would be four or five stars if the app didn't continually crash or freeze my phone to the point I need to restart my phone for the phone to work again.

Wouldst give 5 stars if when I payed for no ads i got no ads. That mean ALL ADS ARE REMOVED. Ads for ur other scummy games should also be removed and not in a place where kids can constantly press them. Had to get a refund since u lie about what ur purchasing.

Incredibly intrusive adverts that take up the whole screen with no way out. Within 30 seconds of using the app, my daughter was somehow buying things from temu (which I don't even have an account with!!). Very disappointed.

This app is the worst! It's a kids game yet they keep advertising tickers across the screen at all times. You can't close out the ads so the kid is constantly opening them! This is so frustrating for the kids playing and the parents supervising. Don't waste your time with this one!

Kid loves the games, but the ads are excessive, difficult for a child to get out of, and after paying to have them removed the ads are still there. He can't play without having me "fix it" after every game.

Very glad I read the experiences with this favourite app. The little girl that wanted to play this game damaged my phone because they couldn't close the app. She's not even two years old and she damaged my phone because of the ads experience that really frustrated her. Now we just watch pinkfong online and use games locally. You should be sending keys or authorization codes to the apps of people who purchase and allowing them to bypass the ads. All these pink Pinkfong games are scams. Baby Shark is clearly meant for toddlers but the apps are designed to get toddlers to click on ads and try and download other games. Don't waste your time.

Paid for no adds and still getting adds, my daughter is 3, she cannot make a difference from game and add and she constantly press on it, and there is no option to close it, but only option to go to app store for game download. Have to close the whole game every time. Very unprofessional from the developers' side. If you ask people for money, at least provide the service ( the service being NO ADDS).

I paid $8.99 for a monthly subscription because this "free" app includes popup ads that are difficult for a child to exit. Couldn't get the membership to work, and the ads kept showing up. The subscription has no impact as far as I can tell, and there's no way to get a refund. Terrible mistake on my part.

There are an insane amount of ads! My daughter tried to play this and literally didn't get more than 30 seconds of play in each time before an ad was there. Not worth the download at all, I refuse to keep a game we have to pay to remove ads from 🙄.

Unplayable for my daughter with all of the ads. Every two minutes (being generous there) there was a new ad that needed closed out or a banner ad getting in the way and taking her to Amazon or another e-commerce site.

I bought the app and still get ads for premium membership. I find it ridiculous that after you buy it there's another membership level. My 2 year old loves the app but the face that the remove ads button still displays to con you into 60 a year. This should be behind a parent wall instead Is on the top on the home screen that kids click thinking it's part of the game.

First installation it worked fine my 2yr old sister eventually got bored of it and deleted it. A year later she want it again the only problem is that it won't open,it just stays on the loading screen(data ON) when I turn the data off it loads in to game choices but she can't play with any of the games and there is this pink line over all the games. No matter how long I keep the data on it still doesn't work.

Writing another review since I finally got the subscription to *work. Except that it still doesn't really. You have to constantly "restore" your subscription everytime you open an app and even when it's *working and the ads are gone, they STILL have their own in-app tabs up for the sole purpose of getting your child to click them and open the playstore. Seriously, it's nothing but trouble.

Unfortunately I have to give this app one star because ads keep reappearing in our app even though I paid to have them removed. I guess little ones could become little zombies by watching things that repeat the same thing all the time. I tried with my 17 month old grandson and uninstalled when there did not seem to have any activities for him to use his hands with.

This game is INFESTED with ads. You can barely even access the menus without stumbling into ANOTHER ad. Why all the adds? This is a app is for children. The adds are not even for the right age group. I have a two year old. My child can navigate through apps already except when the adds are done. Doesn't understand to close the add and to back to the app, then looses interest. If you must have adds on a child's app, have them close by themselves and use adds for the correct age group.

Purchased app but still have adds. I purchased application to remove adds for my son without having to put the phone on airplane mode. The last few days the adds keep playing. I purchased for no reason. Seems like they just take your funds and then continue with adds shortly after. I tried restoring my purchase on the app and it says there's no purchase history. Doesn't let me update yet in the app options it shows I've already purchased the paid app and they deducted the funds. Ridiculous.

The app has a lot of fun games from making music and bubble popping to watching baby shark music videos. HOWEVER, if you use the FREE VERSION, there are ADULT ADS and the child easily CLICKS THE GREEN BUTTON IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SCREEN FOR MORE ADS. Practically unusable for my toddler because she thought the ad buttons were part of the fun.

After the update in Feb. I started to see ads though I bought the application long time ago. After a lot of exchanges with the customer service I finally was able to restore the purchase. BUT you have to restorevtge purchase everytime you open the application 😡 orherwise the ads come back. This is a problem of the update, so please fix it asap.

Eventhough our 21 month old loves parts of the app I am forced to just rate it one star. The app is full off ads some pop up out off nowhere as a video and others are half obscuring the screen as a banner on the top or bottom and easy to mistakenly click on as they are so close to the buttons they need to use. I was glad to find the option available to buy the ticket that says no ads, however after having purchased this ticket for a very reasonable price we are still being spammed by ads. Ripoff

Doesnt work with the latest software update. It just crashes as soon as I touch the screen. My baby is very frustrated as I used this app all the time to entertain her while we were in waiting rooms ect.

After 7 October the game almost unusable. When I open it without internet it stucks in a initial screen. I turn on internet it launches the normal screen. After 10 minutes I watch this for 20 minutes then it makes my tablet unresponsive for 50 seconds. This is a issue on my tablet.

After the update this app no longer works well. The screen lock comes on during videos and it keeps asking if it's ok to use cell data. I've got a very unhappy toddler now as she was enjoying the old version. I purchased the upgrade and it didn't help at all.

Way too many ads for a kiss game. I dont like to have my kid on the phone too long but GOSH. Content is good, kid loves it, but more times I dont want him using it solely because of the ads. Ridiculous amount of ads. There is literally an ad after every video and game. My 3-year-old had 16 browser windows open today trying to close them himself. I will be deleting this app the first second he shows boredom towards it and will NEVER download another app made by these people.

The ads are way too advanced for a child under five. I kind of can tolerate an ad that has half naked women games as my boys probably don't understand that, but I do not tolerate the buddy games. My two year old loves watching and singing these songs. All of a sudden he let out a scream that makes a parent stop breathing. He continued to cry for about ten minutes. The ad on was the buddy game. Buddy got his head cut off and blood shot everywhere. This is not appropriate for little ones.

I love the app BUT it keeps giving me discount notifications that I tried to take advantage of. The most recent said 40% off all books. When I tap on it it brings me to the app page on the store. It doesn't give me an option to purchase anything...

Great app! I would love to change to 5 stars, but there are some issues that been to be fixed. The home screen buttons for the phone need to be hidden and not displayed on the right side of the screen. My kiddo accidently clicks on the buttons frequently. For this same reason, the ads bar at the bottom needs to be removed. There are already ads in between videos/games. Also, since you have photo permission, it would be cool if you could add your own photos into videos to be animated.

Ads limit 2 year old's attention. Before update that added the ads to the app, my grandson could play this in the car with no problem. With ads, he gets frustrated and tosses the phone on the floor. It's a really cute app and my grandson loves the songs and games. The ads wrecked it for us though.

Invasive adds, unsuitable for target group. I sat next to my 3 year old trying to play this, and the add banners are placed so that she continously kept hitting them. (She operates kids tablets just fine.) In addition, full screen adds appear when navigating out of a game, and a 3 year old would not be able to figure out the tiny cross she needs to hit to close it. Perhaps 3 year old is a bit too young for this game, but I can't see a 5 year old being interested in baby shark.

No family library sharing. Unfortunately this app was purchased because our 2 year old loves it but we wanted to get rid of the ads. Once purchased we realized it would have to be purchased by myself and my wife for him to enjoy it on all devices we own. So cute! My daughter loves this song and it drives me a little crazy but she really enjoys it. I love that it has different languages and a little activity to keep her entertained for a few minutes and she loves the little dance. Great music for my 2 year old.

All this does is show a black screen. I tried it on a Pixel 3 XL and tried restarting a few times with the same result - just a black screen. I did not see the crash other users mentioned. It just doesn't so anything so I uninstalled it. They need to test on more devices, probably. My toddler loves their videos so I thought she might like this.

My children absolutely love this app. Even if my phone is slow the app still plays different variations of the song as well as have different games my children enjoy.

My daughter is 2 and has no problem navigating YouTube to play her favorite baby shark videos (they appear on the bottom and she clicks the next she wants), but I doubt I'll let her use this app. She'll click every ad and have 50 apps on my phone and tablet. No thanks!

Would've been a great game for my daughter if the ads were out of the way. Its a common occurrence for her to click the ads every minute accidentally

Would be a decent app if there was a way to turn off the horrible music that plays over the top of the touch games. Its so overbearing you can barely hear the sounds of what is being touched on screen.

App won't even start right. Opens, goes to a black screen, then freezes. Ridiculous. Uninstalled.

My Granddaughters are 2 and 9 years old. The two year old found this app by herself on her sisters tablet. It has became the whole familes ( extended families too) favorite song. We all interact with her as and it's a blast.
