i would have given it all the 5 stars but I lost one account and when I opened a new wallet I have to activate my wallet, on ramp doesn't give me the kyc which I should fill, it has been like this now for a year and now I don't know what to do

The app is good but I couldn't login back to my original account, I've tried all possible ways but to no avail

disgusting I mine for more than 3 years finally my first 52 pi was unlocked from locking period and interestingly it is transferred to an unknown account automatically. what the hell is this. my rest mined coins are not getting transfer to my mainnet account. this is just a scam application for nothing.

I have been using this app for years and accumulated Pi but for the last few months I didn't check my wallet and was just mining. today when I checked the wallet I noticed that it's been compromised and Pi has been withdrawn from my wallet without my knowledge. I didn't share my security phrase or keys but still they got away with it. Wasted my time and effort here. not using it anymore. not secure at all.

So I had a bunch of Pi from running the app on my Phone and the node on my PC. I had them running 24/7. Everything was cool and I did it for a long time. I had a bunch of Pi saved, then I got a new number and got locked out of my account. Every once in a while I try to login again to see if I can do Username/Password or something, but no. It's a pretty good app otherwise, but I'll never use it again. *Update on Oct 20th 2026. I'm still so mad about this. That's all.

pretty solid mining app for Pi Tokens but there's something wrong with their KYC system. Its so broken, I passed but it keeps taking me I didn't. even after a sync and restart. attempted the KYC everyday with no luck. not to mention the support there is non-existent!

I've been with theses guys from the beginning...... and it feels like it's NEVER GOING TO BE ANYTHING IMPORTANT. Back in February they posted "Open Mainnet" but it's not the truth, NOTHING that has to do with Pi is open. it's alienated, all the normal people that don't know all the gibberish that is supposed to be Pi....a people's crypto. Why do I always have to reset my password whenever I try to login on another phone! What's the point of having or even saving the password if I can't use it in another device?! Sometimes even the Pi network key, when I try to use it in PI browser it doesn't work. I'll have to reset it and create another one which wouldn't still work again if I try logging in on another phone.
