Customer care is non existent I paid for their premium service but I haven't gotten my number

why is this not working for usa they want verification

awesome app

Bad Experience very poor customer service. Till now I have not received any thing from customer service. I want to ask them to allow me send sms my monthly sms limitation is 200. I have not used it yet. lift the ban let me use sms features

It shows up as 'unknown number' to my receiver when I use the number to call other than that, good app

I don't like it because it said it was free and is trying to charge me.

scammers

bad I paid yesterday to start using this app and right now I can't work because I don't know what has happened to be sincere reply my email

BVery disappointed with my experience. I recharged my account and purchased a USA phone number, but the number never appeared in my account. I reported the issue, but it has not been resolved yet. The support response has been slow, and I am still waiting for a solution. I hope this issue is fixed soon and the service improves.

good

Customer service is nil to none...but they do follow up with taking funds for the plan...Could not get a response from them via their support email on the app after leaving 2 messages. Just posted on their FB page in hopes they would respond...invoiced yesterday June 23/2026 for the first time as my account is new, I reached out, to inquire about the billing & no response & lack of customer support I want a full refund..lets see if they respond.

ok not bad

loved it, awesome

One of the Best Connections

it was an amazing good texting app which my advice to everyone is to get the app to hiss their stress

don't use

good app, costumer service very helpful

excellent app....I love it

the system is too low for me

no one must enter they id number

wow, the sound quality is amazing

My number is asking for verification, i tried doing the verification and it was perfectly done yet it keeps showing that it's invalid and I need to do it again, my whole work was registered on that number. I contacted the support and the only mail i got was from the mail service provider and not a customer support executive. I need the solution asap.

Doesn't work .No reply from CS

I have purchased a premium plan which also SMS facility , now it has stopped . my ticket I'd - 186385

bad service

I love the features of this app, but some kinks need to be worked out. As the host, I got cut off a couple of times and had to reconnect to the line. I love that you can play music in the background while you speak, but there were moments when people could not hear me other than that small issue? I love the app. I would recommend this service to anyone concerning business and connecting through the conference line for meetings on a bigger scale or small.

your app isn't working

one of the best cutting-edge app in the world redefining communications, meetings, E-learning, marketing and more. you cannot regret paying for this. Great 👍

After Purchasing Subscription , Still it's now allowing forward coming as Error Error. emailed support team no response yet.

good

I just bought a subscription the number can receive any call or sms from any platform I reported but till now now happen...

works good enough for me

Hello, I've been using your Phound number service. My free texts have been exhausted and I paid for $10 but neither the funds have credited in the wallet yet nor have I gotten any texts in my plan. I've sent 3-4 emails in 3 days and no reply except a bot reply saying a support executive will get in touch with me. I think they're still replying to my query.

بطئ جدا ويقعد فتره عقبال ما يرن على الرقم

unable to register in uae

Seems it is like those apps who are destined to fail. Tried to activate many times, received activation calls many times but no 6 digit code received by call or sms. Uninstalled & NOT recommended :(

I just paid for texting with $10 The funds haven't been added to my Phound wallet yet. I've written to support but there's no prompt response to it either. Please let me know.

Dont take subsriptions after taking subscriptions you cant make calls and texts cuz after 2 days they asking you to send Gov id ..and if you are from India or from other country you are no longer to use i have changed my ratings...after done subscriptions you are asking to upload my Gov ID card otherwise i cant do calls and send texts ...

I have created my account and paid subscription as well but next day my account is automatically suspended without any reason. useless app don't buy.

After few days, blocked to make call, once I did the payment also it was not working, also no response to mail.

this app or really good

not a simple phone app, for using this you have to pay money.

love it

Nice App and features but customer service needs work

I am unable to verify my identity. I tried many times.

This app is amazing. I'm enjoying the ease and convenience of it, and the price point is awesome!

Hard to get on for me. But once you do, it is very clear and you're able to communicate

good app

great first test Just has not retransmit device audio when playing a video on screen. share noise cancellation. good ease of use good

I just purchased a number and I haven't received my number yet. Could you please let me know what the status is.

This is FALSE ADVERTISING this is under FREE TEXT AND CALL! NOT WHAT THIS IS AT ALL!

Worst Application , After Purchasing Subscription terminated immediately without single Call , untrustworthy application please stay away from this application or else u will loss your money easily, Scam !!!! Scam !!!! Scam !!!! 🙏

International calls

The customer support doesn't ever respond to any queries, technical, or support matters. I have sent countless support issues, which I am yet to receive a response nor the issues resolved. Secondly, any number you buy on this app don't give it to clients, customers, partners, etc, it will end in premium tears, because if you are unable to renew immediately, that number is gone. Note that the calls you make from the second number you buy here will be charged from your local registered number.

recording breaking up

The amount has deducted from my account but I am not able to access the app

Very nice

mf!!!! voice is really not clear ... !!! I'm very disappointed for that

It can't send verification code in Pakistan

MD Mahabub

When Screen Sharing it's Show Half Zoom Of Screen Size to Users so that is very worst, and When Send Meeting link they ask fill number and otp

Worst app ever seen you guys just scamming people. I have bought phound subscription for 4 times because everytime when I purchase the number money has been deducted but number has been not allotted I am attaching the payment screenshot for your reference. I have paid $10 but still it's not restoring my number or not given new one after subscribing. I would like to get my money back.

I use it so my girlfriend don't see who I'm calling

The app allows you to call free in a USA for free , but it will shows up your registered number to caller. you can buy a number if you want to prevent exposing your number.

Free calls to USA and as long as good connection to internet, the calls are perfect!

This phound calling is a really excellent app

No one sms confirmation

My account is disabled how to solve this problem?

very good 👍

Ypree u good

Well done good

Sucked

The audio and call quality is too worst. It barely makes the communication. Also it keeps getting ringing but the other person does not even receive the call.

This app is being used by scammers to commit crimes with other peoples phone numbers by tricking them to share the verification code.

Everytime I try to put my verification code in it says invalid code. Look at all the names of the people with positive reviews that should help you out knowing that is app doesn't work.
