I am setting up a new phone. Easy to answer questions when prompted to set up my private information in Setup. Gives options for upgrades but advises of additional cost. Everything works and reports if something needs me to allow the app to fix something. I respond by explained prompts. I have not had an issue that I do not know what to do with but only have a few years with this app. Therefore 4 stars are to-date.

I just dont wanna be random. charged for Different protection 1 time 1 pay covers all problems malware password theft unauthorized purchases. and no stupid apps poping up when your busy looking stuff up

UPDATE Those options are not anywhere on my latest download version. Just updated to the latest version. Now I can't even find a way to do a manual malware scan...just the automatic scan once per day. They want control over everything and on a live basis. I'm not willing to give out that control. But I do want to run manual scans. There's no help to look up anything in the app. Been using Norton for years but every update seems to make it less useful & harder to use.

It's sad I buy Norton 360 but you won't protect my tablet. I keep getting messages critical errors and Norton is shutoff. I'll will remember this when it comes time for renewal.

Professional in it's impression of safety, but is in fact safe. Still need some ways to eliminate viruses and ads after a period of time is given to learn identification of scams,spam, unessasary adds and viruses.

The app is not that good. The VPN is not as smart as they suggest. It is absolutely necessary to keep an eye on your connection as the VPN does not properly detect risky WiFi. Multiple times, as I run some kind of financial act (banking, purchase, payment, etc), if I check, invariably the VPN is OFF when it should be ON. The software seems to be effective, but needs to be monitored constantly.

Immediately greeted with an exorbitant paywall, what's the point of even a trial if we're being ambushed at the entrance to shell out our money - especially if it's just a glorified cache and junk cleaner? Unlike your main customers who use an iPhone, our more advanced and convenient smartphones all had those tools built into the stock android by each company that makes them, and don't get me started on that joke of an antivirus.. it's way less effective than the common flu tablets on a 7/11.

I have been using Norton for a long time and I have tried others but nothing compares to Norton antivirus. it's easy to use it's easy to understand and it really protects your computer or devices...

Bought Deluxe subscription. 8mo later, only 1/5 used on Android. Told 360 glitching, ck'd & no issues w/any setup,perm,update,cache, etc & req'd un/reinstall. Few things disappeared & never seen again- Norton vanished as Admin option. Scam Protection hasn't flagged scams since.ThkfyGoogle & I did. AppAdvisor doesn't scan some apps&see more "error" banners. Genie- manyCRAZY issues. Notified often DeepFake Analysis Ready but didn't ask & not using YouTube. The browser lacks updates. No detail!

I have no problems with Norton 360. I like how now when I open a text that is not safe, I get an alert saying it's not safe and suspicious. I feel safer knowing they are watching out for me.

Essentially, users will be unable to use main feature which is real time detection despite paid subscription. Edit (29 Oct 2026): Norton Support has confirmed that Google Advanced Protection does NOT work with Norton360 app. For new users to consider before paying for subscription

Norton keeps closing down? then leaves it wide open for attack, my bank has been compromised twice recently, and did stop earlier. it was a lot of money, I don't know why for sure, but it could be my fault,or Nortons, but I will have to take it to a tech shop .It used to be fine ,I very had it a long time.

Just downloaded the app. it fixed all the junk on my phone ! working great, so far !

They protect you from the world you protect your wallet from them. Has become questionable. Have used various Norton products for years upon years. What I can takeaway is on 1 hand seems to do what it is suppose to, on the other is the constant breaks i.e. on my mobile app states protected, Acct on web states not protected. It happens so often they just leave instructions on how "you" fix it. The awful part is if the 1 product had 2 services, they divide it to 2 products 1 service each. 2 fees.

As much as I got the 3 devices cover and works well enough. However some aspects are very annoying. like on PC it tries to keep selling you further addons for things that this 360 should cover bit ask for more money to do a basic clean. Drivers should be part and parcel if security updates no add on. Also some area should allow customers to remove notifications not keep them resident.

Norton is not a reliable security app. It interferes with Devices like Security Cameras. Especially after updates. It notifies about problems without clear details. Threats are not real threats, most times, they are advanced access features Norton doesn't agree with the use of. As stated already they never explain why you have been notified with enough details. Norton 360 is misleading. They are always trying to UP SELL. ANNOYING as hell. 360 is a Promo *Lie*. Better to check their competition.

A++ Every bank withdrawal over a set amount has to be approved. I set my limit at $300 and it's nice to know I have control and regular payments can be excluded from the limit.
