This is the worst app I have ever installed, costs the most money, and never delivers a full game. The games constantly crash in the fourth quarter or even sooner, I have never got to watch a full game. you constantly have to fight the app for subscription status, ridiculous. NFL ought to be ashamed of this,

international users can watch all games but domestically can only see based on location and even then didnt get to see last minute of most recent as it was switch to local. since out of state can't watch. nfls just an cash grab for all the hosting apps.

Constant Issues. Crashes the second you want a floating window.

It doesn't keep you logged in, so it doesn't save your preferences. When you go to the replays it shows the scores until you log back in

I have the NFL+ Premium subscription and can't do anything on this app. I'm logged in and it tells me to log in again for everything i choose in the app regardless, with a QR code that does absolutely nothing except tell me i don't have the subscription! there's no way to contact anyone, and no way to get your money back. Pretty piss poor app & service.

sound effects on RedZone are TOO LOUD! I have no idea what the folks at NFL are thinking. it's a horrible watching experience. the sound effects should be subtle or the same volume as the voice overs

So glitchy it seems the NFL does not want people to use it. The claim subscriber can watch games on a tablet a fraud; I have been able to watch a handful of times after numerous attempts. For the mulit-billions the NFL is worth, one would think they could create an app where the most common review is not 1 star. Suggest to anyone they do not give NFL+ a dime.

This app is horrible. Every time I open it on my TV, I need to scan a QR code from my phone, and then my phone wants me to reset my password. I finally connect on the TV just for the picture to go out every other minute! This is beyond frustrating. How can such a well organized business that is so profitable have such an amateur app with their name on it?! I don't recommend this app.

I got a subsection to NFL+ and when I canceled it through the app, I continued to get charged. I tried going through the website and it directed me back to Google play store. I canceled and still continuing with the charges. it's absurd.

Constantly broken. NFL+ won't work properly at all. Asks me to subscribe every time. Video playback is like a 50% chance at working at best. Etc. The NFL is lucky they have a legally secure monopoly, or they'd be screwed by actual competition to deliver quality products. As usual, lots of flash, no quality for the customer. It's been 4 years. Wouldn't change a word in this review.

all the scores for the games are blurry and won't let me see previous games scores. all blurry. very poorly designed app. I've had multiple issues with the app over the years and I think this year pushes it over the edge with not being able to see the scores. (because they are blurry) used the app to read articles, player info, looking at teams schedules, and of course across the league scoring. now the app is completely useless. I just use the ESPN app now.

I use this app to stream on my TV, and have used it for the last 3-4 years. It has gotten progressively worse every year. Between poor video, and various glitches, I will not renew ever again.

Just subscribed and installed this app to watch the Paris game. 5 minutes in and the app has glitched and frozen twice. The NFL has billions and they have a garbage app written by a 6 year old.

When streaming a game, the stream freezes during every commercial. It's extremely annoying having to back out and restart the game every five minutes.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. The absolute worst app ever. its slow and clunky and signing back in when ur forced out takes way too long for an app we are forced to pay for to watch these international games. Customer service doesnt exist btw where its AI generated that just regurgitates basic trouble shooting that never works and that we already know to try.

Rip off of an app

Very slow and bulky app, much larger than it should be. Tough to navigate and hard to find what you're looking for. no way to turn off auto play for videos (and ads, of course.) overall, this app makes sure you are very much aware that _you_ are the product, and they'll squeeze you for every ounce of attention and patience that you've got.

They refused my refund. I don't have a TV provider, so I can't watch any games live. That was not clear. so, I canceled on day 6 of a 10 day free period, but NFL says I need to contact Google. Google says it is an NFL+ issue. No refund and no football. Don't get this app!

One of the worst streaming apps I have ever used. it is clunky and not well-designed. it logs me out pretty much daily which is incredibly frustrating. and when you do try to log in it constantly has errors and tells you your subscription was paid for on another service and in general is just a frustrating app

don't bother paying for NFL+ if you are wanting to watch Sunday games. I bought the service to watch just Sunday games. Their livestreams would not load for 3 weekends straight and when I contacted them to get a refund for my subscription they did not respond to me for two weeks and once they did get back with me they refused my refund due to "too much time passing since the subscription expired". They make the refund process take too long to give you a refund. Billion dollar company BTW.

Great when I'm traveling and at home during the week to watch the games. I just wish they wouldn't edit the full games quite so much. I love listening to the analysts and they edit out anything that isn't showing on the field. There is a lot of information being edited out. But for the most part it's fantastic for someone who loves NFL.

I tried uninstall & clearing cache, didn't fix it. full bars 5G+. update: this app still crashes over and over again, even after uninstalling and clearing cache. update: it's Sunday and the app is crashing over and over. this should be a class action laws suit for failing to provide the product they're selling.

I paid for nfl game pass. It literaly does nothing. When you try to sign in, it takes you right back to the sign in screen. With game pass, i had access to nothing the nfl promises you are paying for. Game pass is a scam. updated in in 2026: still a scam. it doesn't work. very rarely does it allow you to have access to what you pay for. even when signed in, it decides that you can't have access to live games. you have to fight it. it signs you out, then won't let you sign back in.

how can the NFL have such scrappy apps? The fire stick app, hot garbage, android app, hotter garbage. Sign in experience on both is confusing, have to sign in every time I use either one, usually have to restart whatever device I'm trying to login on before I can use it. Come on NFL, the prices you charge to use these apps, make them worth my time!

I don't usually rate apps unless it's really good or really bad. and the NFL app honestly sucks. if I have to back out of the app and then go back in it literally crashes every time. I mean to have all this money and technology and they have such a terrible app that we pay for is ridiculous

Still a one-star app. Games close out every 5 minutes, first 45 seconds lags and buffers so much that you're not sure if it'll even load, and it doesn't matter whether you pay for it since the NFL hasn't tried to improve anything for decades except their profit margin. This app was supposed to make viewing easier and instead the NFL has decided the app users deserve the worst viewing experience. For the past 10 years, it's gotten harder and more expensive to watch at home rather than easier.

It is now week 6 into the season and I still cannot login to my NFL account, which this problem extends ONLY to the app. As a result, the overpriced package I pay for is stuck on my phone, so I cant watch Redzone on my laptop, tv, or anywhere else the app ACTUALLY logs me in. All of this isn't to mention just how badly optimized the app is when it's running normally. Subscribed about a month ago. For $7 a month I get games all day Sunday, typically 3 with European, all Sunday, Monday and Thursday night games and NFL network. I've had some slight lagging when opening but overall really happy. Works better than any of my other steaming apps

The NFL double charged my account and the charge came from Mountain View California 10/16/2026, another charge NFL+NFL.Co, on October 10 2026 this is where I actually sign up for my account, not account in California, I can't contact anyone in Mountain View California to have the charge reverse.

Most ridiculous app i've ever tried to use not even close to being worth the money.

I signed up for NFL+ and was charged every month for 2 years. after 2 months I could not longer access my account. I tried to cancel and they kept k telling me I did not have an account with them and continued to take my money. I switched to a new bank so they can't get my money and they keep harassing me to get more of my money. This is a scam. Be careful using this company and app. I paid 6.99 months for 2 years and could only use my account for 2 months, and I will never get that money back.

Can't talk to a real person if you have problems. The app doesn't work correctly. If you want to change method of payment or cancel subscription there is no easy icon to be found. you have to go to your bank and have them stop payment. This is typical NFL bs just to make money.

I can't barely hear the telecast. I hear Peacock great, Paramount and Prime as well, but I can barely hear anything on this app.

For the amount of money the NFL takes in you'd think they can make a better app. This app is absolute trash. Crashes often, has embedded videos that play in written articles, and the video replay is often broken. plus, it won't save your favorite team anymore so you have to reselect it every time.

The app's the only way I can watch games. But it's been failing so often, for years. This season I desperately upgraded to Premium, paying more, but it still failed. They don't make anything easy to accomplish, never with information about why something's not working. I had to use AI to walk me through troubleshooting, finally able to log in after deleting app storage, after deleting cache failed. Can't display game in full tablet screen, just phone sized. AI said these problems are very common.

this app used to be great. put in your favorite team and they show you 90% of your team's games, but today you pay 7.99 and they go out of their way to show you teams in different time zones that you don't care about while blocking you from your team's games.

Last year had access to archived episodes of the Insiders and Good morning football. The last episode available that is archived is from 3/31/2026. I paid for this so I could get archived content with game replays like it was last year. I feel the service has been gimped. They had these available on the main screen last year, no longer there. And if you go to all series you are SOL. Total ripoff.
