I would have given it a zero star. Just by giving discount they can't compensate for the worst user experience. Delayed delivery, poor customer service etc. I read many review below . I had a very disappointing experience with Netmeds. I ordered compression stockings and received a product manufactured in 2023 with a stated shelf life of only one year. This is unacceptable, especially for a product intended for long-term use. I expected better quality control and proper verification of product details before delivery. Now I am requesting a return and a full refund, but this experience has seriously affected my trust in Netmeds. Very poor customer experience.

If you have wallet, u can't use on COD , they are providing only online, i have complained many times about any concern but not resolved

when I ordered the medicine it showed that it will be delivered on 13th October, that's why I ordered. Now it's 22nd October but till now haven't received my Medicine. They should have mentioned at the time of order that the delivery date is not actually, then I would have gave a second thought that should I order or not. The payment is already done. For saving few bucks I made a wrong decision. I would have easily got that medicine from a local pharmacy

they cancel order by themselves but say as per our request only cancelled. even after clearly mentioning the urgency, they couldn't deliver for 18 days, then cancelled themselves. this is the reason why I hesitate to trust these fake market places. I doubt the medicine is also substandard.

The issue persists across both devices, so it does not appear to be limited to a single device. The interface feels sluggish and affects the overall browsing experience. Please investigate the frontend performance, scrolling smoothness, page transitions, and search responsiveness, and work towards a permanent fix.

Medicines are life saving, even a simple groceries are delivered in minutes but the Netmeds are nearby the surrounding area. But the medicines are delivered after 24hrs, continuous follow-up with CS, delivery partner. One of the worst App services for medicines, medical services.

Best pharmacy app! One problem with this app is that you can't upload a new prescription; the app automatically attaches the old prescription. Another issue is that you can't buy more than five medicines of the same composition. The worst part of this app is its slow user interface.

I placed a medicine order worth around ₹6,000, but the invoice shows ₹5,500, and the app keeps displaying different prices—₹5,500 at one time and ₹5,700 at another. Totally unacceptable! Worst Delivery experience. I ordered medicine on Oct 13th and it's not yet delivered(Today is Oct 18th). Netmeds team should understand that people are not ordering medicines for time pass and ordering for emergencies.. When NMs doesn't understand such seriousness and expectation from customers, they should close their online store and go off from the Market. seriously pissed off. I mistakenly opted for online payment and am unable to cancel it now. If I had opted for COD, I could have less care

Netmeds have the worst customer care possible. I had ordered 2 Mositurex Baby lotion for my 10 month baby. We regularly use this product and quite acquanted with its smell and texture. The product we received had foul smell and not very good texture.Netmeds donot have any human chat support and they dont take issue with product through calls. i had to send mail with details and they just replied that we have the best quality check and we receive the product directly from supplier, didnt care.
