MyChart has been a great communication tool for updates on our health and appointments. Awesome way to track labs & tests, vaccines & follow up.

Unable to Log in for Newport, RI and Middletown, RI USA. Time consuming. Not easy to use for a senior citizen. Not computer technoloy savy. Staff in office helpful & friendly. Middletown.RI A++ Instruction for each patient on how to use MyChart is necessary. Especially for their Senior Citizens. Overall, very satisfied with care. Healthy Aging is the best goal. 😀 KF.Rn.

I love this app it helps me as a teenager to feel a little control over my appointments and health, it does everything I want it to!

My carle app runs reliably.

At 90 years old using this type of communication is frustrating. For 40 years our family doctor was only a phone call away. We did not have to go through a long process to make an appointment, just a phone call.

I like seeing test results, previous appointment records and doctor's notes. But my current meds keep disappearing from my list and old meds show back up when they've been removed whichisdangerous! I'm unable to cancel appointments in the app and all of my doctors are under the same hospital but I can only schedule appointments for 2 of them! The rest aren't even listed as options. I shouldn't have to call to set or cancel appointments! If the options are available in the app they should work!!!

Once you sign in, it takes too long to load the main page. Once it does, and I want to open my visits, test results, or messages, it is a blank page. If I'm lucky and get into one of them, it takes way too long to see the page like it is supposed to. It does not matter what I'm using, phone (android), tablet, or my laptop it still does the same thing. I have also done the up-to-date when needed. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it. VERY!!! FRUSTRATING!!! The APP NEEDS A LOT OF WORK DONE!!!

I love ❤️ MyChart! The Epic system is spot on, meaning if ANY of your doctors use this system it's like real time. They can easily access your records through the platforms, no guesswork. You as a patient can access all of your medical records from the system, you can see bloodwork results, ct results, you can see everything!

It's truly a great app. I can see all my different Doctor appointments I have had and have coming up, all my test results, and reminders for things like updates on shots and such. It's so convenient to have all your healthcare information in one app.

They tell you to make an appointment in My Chart, but when you try to do that it isn't available. There's also no way to reach out to find help. Irritating and frustrating.

sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. If im just checking in on it. looking at my charts, or labs....8 times out of 10 it works. When I need to "check in" for a visit or download a document....1 time out of 10 it'll work. not reliable at all

I navigate my health with ease in mychart. I love feeling in control of my medical experience. it helps to have one place to see different facilities info incase of an emergency.

This company cannot remember a password. I use bitwarden and accurately track an update all my passwords. This app and website require me to reset my password EVERY time I login. every time I reset it, I accurately update it my password manager, but it never works the next time. I hate that I'm forced to let this clearly inept company have access to my health records.

easy to use, very efficient

I have to admit I felt reluctant about using MyChart initially, but now I see it as the icing on the cake to my healthcare. I can message my doctors with issues when needed, read my test results, make & cancel appointments, and order meds as well as many other transactions. As a senior I try to encourage other seniors to use it in keeping up on their health & any issues they may have. This is why I give it 5 Stars! Thanks!

too many notifications, its currently has instructions for tests I had a year ago. and suggests way too many tests and vaccines. Way too much going on for a medical access app

Fair Referral docs don't show when try to open to print. Just the basic description for the referral

best app ever invented, wish all doctors used this method

saved my life

it is ridiculously difficult to reset the password, especially with a disability which makes it difficult to type. This problem could be resolved simply by adding an icon in the password field to allow users to see what they have typed and/or allowing users to paste in the PW box. Additionally there seems to be a problem with the way that medical professionals can use the software because every time I ask for my docter about it, he heaves a sigh of frustration and resignation.

ease of use was big with me

when its not having issues it's a good app to keep track of appointments and test results. you can also keep in touch with your providers.

I wish I could have a "MyLife" account that takes care of my everyday contacts, to-do lists and schedules with lists of needed items to complete each task the way MyChart does. Getting to the zillion appointments that come with a cancer diagnosis would be so stressful. I can't remember anything anymore so I rely on MyChart to get me where I need to be and on time. 😊

MyChart takes out the personal interaction with your care team. It's not a move forward for medical practices.

difficult to use. font is faint and medication list slot far too small. not suitable for patients with poor eye sight

The app hasn't worked properly in over a month it opens but when you click on messages or test results it opens to a blank page and won't do anything else have to close and open it numerous times to read results so it needs to be fixed

it's good in theory but not execution. any time I click on a link in the app there's an error, so the app only partially works. for an app that has been around this long, it's extremely disappointing. if there were another option, I'd choose that.

lots of information, however the way it handles appointments leaves a lot of room for improvement. It keeps asking me to schedule an appointment after I have already been to the doctor.

I absolutely love this app. not only does it keep me up to date with when my appointments are but I also can see my test results and even reschedule if I need to. I love being able to send private messages to the doctors and not have to deal with leaving messages and waiting for a return phone call. this app is a 100% in my book

I would say it only works within the hospital sector and not GP which would be helpful for results rather than ringing them and holding up receptionists. Bit pointless if only attending GP related things

care team is not very responsive. instead of updating my chart, we usually have to call for test results. Then, they immediately update mychart.

Extremely frustrating when attempting to pay a bill. Google pay is an option but continually send you in a loop without completion. Even when forced to put in my credit card information (which I don't want to do and why I attempt Google pay), it doesn't allow you to pay after entering all of the required information. Extremely buggy and frustrating!!!

This app is fantastic ! You can make appointments, get medication refills , message your care team , and have video visits all without being on hold or having to follow the prompts. Need a doctor any anytime you can get one without leaving you home and having to sit in a urgent care or emergency room

very easy to use, love that I can also access my insurance information. I also can provide information to doctors from different clinics directly from the portal so they can see what other doctors have note about Mt condition so we don't duplicate the same tests.

Not particularly. My birth year is incorrect in some of this data. As well, the dates to schedule are from the beginning or middle of this year. It seems that the dates for follow up appts. have the wrong year as well.

This app is terrible. Trying to reset the password and it just spins, and spins, and spins. Never sends the reset link.

this app is a very important part of my health care and Rivervalley care team are doing a great job.

I do not like "my chart". I don't like getting notice after notice from before I even leave the office to my car on the way home over and over and over like a bad break up or a stalker, and when you finally have a second to check it gives no direction to what is the new emergency it's been blowing up my phone for. also the last appointment I had it sent me a message saying my appointment was 15 min earlier than it was while I was on my way, making me think I was late.

I am having issues with notifications I have already looked. They are still lighting up even after being viewed. it's a minor child to the Questionaire should not be applicable but it won't go away. I also viewed test results but it's still lighting up as if I have new information to view. when opening the app I have to attempt more than once because it will close.

I found it very helpful in enabling me to see my medical history, scheduling appointments, list of medications, ability to request medication refills. An app that helps a patient stay organized with just about everything regarding their medical history.

I am on Phase III Cardiac Rehab Mon, Wed, & Fri of every week. I don't want to go thru the Registration process everyday for these so I would appreciate it you could code Phase III to not send this out to be completed. It is a nuisance because it would n ot change and takes too much time. Seems like that could be fixed. Thanks for letting me complain.

almost useless as it only allows to see only recent doctors or limited records. no option to search for a doctor that's not listed in the app. I wanted to reach out to a doctor I last saw a year ago to schedule new appointment and he wasn't provided to choose from nor option to see the visit (although some visits before his were displayed) even the other records didn't have method to contact the doctor for that visit

Not long uploaded this App. Finding it good but the History hasn't been loaded very far back which is disappointing otherwise good. Like the fact you can sgare with family members as my husband is unable to downloads app as his mobiles too old!

MyChart is a pain to log in if I'm not using my own device. I was happy with what we had I don't like this new MyChart thing. There's a lot of bugs that need to be worked out.

I'm getting one to two phishing attempts weekly offering a free Medicare Supply kit for taking a Survey. I keep reporting them to the email they provided, including FTC, but they continue.

never loads after 1 use. 1 use,uninstall and reinstall to use it once and then repeat.

It's not a bad app, bit slow, but I'd like to reiterate what I've said before. There's a false sense of security provided when the app requires 2 factor authentication and sends the verification code via text to the phone you're running the app on. This happens both with pin authentication and with biometric. 2fa is pointless if I'm a bad actor and I've gotten that far on the phone. It serves no purpose other than for the developers to say they've implemented it.

Since the app updated, I struggle to login, once I'm logged in I get errors trying to open tabs. Very frustrating.

MY CHART IS CONVENIENT.

I have been using my chart for about 5 years already it is absolutely the best I wish all my doctor's would use it . navigating around is easy you can see your blood tests results you can ask questions to your doctor or to a nurse if you get the chance to use it you will enjoy it .
