​I am very disappointed with STC services. I already had a balance of 8 BD, but my line was barred. To extend the validity, I recharged another 8 BD, expecting my total balance to be 16 BD (8 + 8 = 16 BD). ​However, as soon as I recharged, STC automatically deducted 9.50 BD for a package activation without my consent or permission. Now my remaining balance is only 6.50 BD. This auto-deduction without authorization is unfair and completely unacceptable. stc very bad

Extremely disappointed with STC Bahrain! Promised a 1,000 GB monthly quota (14.5 BD/month plan), but only received 500 GB for two months while being billed in full. Customer care refused a fair refund and offered zero resolution. To make matters worse, my internet has been completely disconnected for 4 days (Aug 15–19). Complete lack of transparency and unacceptable service quality. Is this how customers are treated? #STC #CustomerService #Bahrain

I placed an order for a mobile through the app after the order was places they called me and said that I am not eligible for the device, huh? I asked the reason if it's out of stock they said no. I asked if I didn't paid the right amount they replied no. Then I was more curious and asked why did they cancelled my order is it a race my color or religion they said no. So they don't have the reasonable answer and they are just picking up people randomly and cancelling their order. Not recommended.

I am trying to redeem a 50% discount voucher for stc pay in the My stc app, but the Confirm button is not working.

I purchased a mobile phone and accessories but the next day it was cancelled due of out of stock. and right now I still didn't receive the amount that I paid. waiting for a refund but no update no call. If I didn't asked for assistance no-one will update me been almost 2 weeks now and yet still I didn't receive it.😔

I use this app for long time couple of years with error not fixed yet, saving credit card not working for me. Setting Autopay as default in each transaction is not ethical as customer might got late payment fees from his credit card supplier. remainder message is annoying how come you set it by default. paying other bills should is monthly process. you should allow users to save them and then can select them also he should be able to pay by saved credit card i hope developers fix this

Very bad service I am using STC SIM from 2016 before it was very good now they are just making money always asking for improvement of postpaid bill for internet issues if you ask they said make your line contract renew then the net will be okay 😔 from 2 years bad service now I decide to change my SIM I ask them for change my SIM from postpaid to prepaid they told me to pay 5.5bd ...very Bad service suggests to buy Zain and batelco Sims

Very bad internet service in most areas including West Riffa. Despite calling the helpline several times to complain, they keep telling the customer that the problem is on their side and that they are providing the best service from us.

On my experience with all telecom companies, stc is now way better telecom network in when it comes to internet speed, next is batelco.

Seems a nice app and discounts on stores I actually use!
