This app is far better than any other. i like how many options we have. also,i haven't faced any message limits till now and it's great. the only problem is that the responses are too long but it's fine if you like detailed ones. best one so far.

this app is pathetic it actually views words like full or entire as sexual I know this because I tried full body picture and keep the persons entire body in the picture as part of a prompt just trying to get a full body picture and the app denied me the people in charge of this app need to have their heads examined

Honest review, this is actually so good I'm already addicted to it. It had unlimited chats, unfiltered, but there were no good bots so I made it by myself.

ever since they rebranded from yodayo Ai the categories of characters felt so lacking and just plain boring, they really did a number on creativity after the restrictions, I didn't even care much about the NSFW content from yodayo but as long as there was variety, which I think was the very essence of this app, but ofc, I still love that there isn't much ads and the free Ai models are still decent.

I like it. I really do, but I can't stand when it repeats the same lines over. Its response is quick, and it doesn't have any ads. The chat doesn't say you have reached your limit and show you to buy unlimited chats. Other than that, it's alright.

I've had a character I created pending for a month and a half, so I just deleted it because you guys don't fix the issue. I contacted support one time and nobody answered. This is BS.

There is currently a bug or glitch when I try to create a character; after I fulfill everything, I get an error code when entering a persona for the character, even though I have already done so. Other than that and the limit on character details, it is perfectly fine. I would appreciate it if you could look into this. 🤍

I give up with this app, the bot is trashy, the admins are absolutely idiots banning good bots over ones that are actually inappropriate, and this app is just limited.

It seems the issue i was having is solveable and i fixed it, so im reinstating my previous rating: Moescape is a bery good platform, on free the bots are a bit corny, but its actually free. Ive never seen an ad. ive never even seen the opportunity to watch an ad. if i could id give it 4.5 stars, but i cant.

I was chatting with my mother character, hugged her and pressed my forehead against hers, and the app REFUSED TO ENGAGE SAYING IT WAS A RESTRICTED TOPIC!!! NO SEX, NO NAKEDNESS, NO VIOLENCE, NO UNDERAGE ANYTHING!!!

I would like to recommend fixing the memory box, like add more options because it's really hard for me using the memory box

The app is okay, but it has many bugs such as conversations that don't load or the app screen glitching and letters appearing where my phone's battery icon or notifications are. I also have the problem that when I delete a text I sent, it automatically deletes two others. Also it would be great to be able to branch our conversations to new ones, to have new conversations

I found this on my phone and checking it out. It appears to be just for interacting with the Tavern Bots. Hopefully it continues to expand and can be useful if it can help organize posting art better than the website does. I like to group images, but taking from Tavern generated and my own prompts have been bothersome. So high hopes for that being easier if they expand the Moescape App.

It's meh. Their free model is not unfiltered, despite saying so. Actually a lot more restrictive than most. Zeta AI, Emochi, and Lyra AI are still better.

There's no ads. But, I feel like the content is limited. There aren't a ton of good bots that aren't meant to be sexual, even though I only have the PG13 setting on. When I click for the bot to keep typing, sometimes it just repeats what it said already. The plot never advances. I don't know if it's just me, but I'm stuck on the same conversation loop because the bots don't remember what I said, the plot doesn't move forward unless I specifically say "you do this". Getting annoyed with it.

compared to all the other ai chats I've used, this one is very confusing and frustrating to me. the chats usually repeat itself, it would mistake the asterisks for speech instead of movements or time, the filters for search and the for you category doesn't work at all for me and the bots are always happening to go back to a random situation in the chat plus, they sound very robotic. not trying to be rude or anything, just a little frustrated by the app and just wanted to give some feedback.

Get conflicting errors and non errors, "Account Created!" "Account does not exist!" "Password Changed!" "Wrong User Name Password!" etc, ad infinitum at least 2nd try with this app. 🙄

Not bad. Offers unlimited chats. Lots of options to customize the chats too. Very severe limitations on certain terms however. Attempting to generate an image and the ai fills in the words, and yet if there are certain terms, it won't make it, just errors. Odd. That's why only four stars.

Unlimited chats were nice, they were pretty well detailed, and I didn't have too many issues with the memory. The main problem is it's extremely, extremely repetitive, making chats grow boring and stale pretty quickly.

I'm just gonna say what everyone is wondering. Yes, it's better than chai. Less ads (like BARELY any), unlimited chats, no filter, can upload your own images to make the bots, and it really works. I moved to Polybuzz after Talkie downfall, then I moved to Chai after Polybuzz downfall, and now I've moved here after Chai downfall. Amazing app. Please don't end up like the other ai apps.

Moescape is a decent app, but the platform's current front-page algorithm and monthly contest system are completely broken. Right now, the app heavily rewards raw click volume and message counts. This means low-effort, "nonsense" bots easily game the system, go viral, and win financial rewards, while incredibly talented creators who spend hours writing detailed, high-quality, and immersive characters get completely buried. It is highly frustrating to see spam bots dominate the leaderboards.

This app is honestly the best substitute I know for Character AI, Perhaps even better in some ways. You barely get ads (which are just short pop-ups anyways that you can immediately click off) and you have a wide space to type a persona! Though, I wish you could have multiple chats with the same bot and have them stop repeating dialogue. Overall: I LOVE IT!! I recommend it if you're looking for a good AI chat app.

i would give it a four but for the last week it has been giving me an error every time i try to use the setting i have been using if i add any more pieces , all i want to do is make a dakimakura version of what i am working on

"Free and create any character." It uses tokens and I can't even do anything, from chatting to creating characters, and I created 8 completely different characters, each one was banned. This app is a complete lie and I am taking my ideas somewhere else.

I was talking ooc, and I had to reset 4 times, even bluntly stating that the conversation I was having, was in my head, and it still claimed to know what I was THINKING. sorry. immersion breaking is a definitive way to find the app removed from my device.

To be fair, It's alright I just dislike the amount of restrictions on some of the best/weirdest bots. And how the bot either plays as you, forgets something in your roleplay, or puts you in their position. Other than that this app is great!

Almost perfect - needs a description filter so i can filter out bots that contain descriptions i dont like: specifically for categories. somethings dont get marked in the category lost but show up in the description. please add a feat to remove/block certain words so those characters dont show up in my feed. for example: i hate ntr, i have the category filtered out but see several just not with the tag showing. or say i filter out males, some still show because their tag is missing but is in bio

this thing doesn't know its own plots, or how to keep a story consistent. you have to spoon feed everything. it's not intelligent at all.

finally so far a game we're theirs no paying fees to type 3 sentences

So far it's been a really fun journey. Been going along for about an hour and I like it. The characters have more realistic responses than many others. I gave it four stars because the UI is a bit cumbersome in places. Less intuitive than it could have been. Still, definitely worth a try.

Regenerating bad responses, which happens a lot, Costs you money after 10 regenerations. That makes roleplays impossible (Unless you have very low standards) because of an abundance of nonsensical responses you soon cannot regenerate anymore.

Not bad, its kinda similar to character ai but, I wish the messages from the bot wasn't so long, I perfer shorter paragraphs, simple and straight to the point, please at least have an option to have the messages shorten to a decent amount, and please fix thw bot from repeating itself over and over again!!

The app was great until it stopped working Error Code 502, please fix as soon as possible.

I was suddenly logged out for no apparent reason, and when I logged back in, my chats, mochis and characters were gone.

Even tho the layout is pretty simple and nice, the bots can't follow a simple instruction. I asked for a different dialog type and the bots can't do it. I ask for multi character, I even put it in the persona and dialog example and yet the bot sticks with one character. Its a bit annoying. Please update your app to fix this mistake

all in all great. creative freedom, many different models to choose from that can also be tuned to your likings (like response length etc). the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that I bought the premium subscription on August 07 to access the DeepSeek V4 Pro model for free and not with tokens. Yesterday, without any announcement it has been taken off the subscription plan and I paid ~30$ for less than 2 weeks of usage. not cool.

This app is ok but my complaint is that. If a chat gets too heated then the ai chatbot will block their response and say it's against the guidelines. Yet if you look for the guidelines it's nowhere to be found. No where on the app or app store. Honestly that's pathetic. If you're going to block an ai response. Then make sure you have real guidelines that we can actually look up and look at. Fix your app! It will allow heated conversations one day then not the next. EVERYONE DON'T INSTALL THE APP

Everything overall is really nice, i really like the app but there is a bug sometimes on some of the bots where they restrict you of adult content even after you turned on the "I am 18" button in the settings. Also, when the voice feature is used, it starts talking half way and suddenly it only stops there.

Updates review for 2026: Moescape continues to be the best AI app. It offers fast and very high quality image generation of anime and realistic style images, with all of the big names like GPT2, seedream, nano banana, and everything Stable Diffusion. There are tons of chat bot models, including a custom in house model. There's insanely detailed videos and pretty good music generation as well. If it's AI, it's here.

Already try many ways to fix it but still it didn't work.

this is like the BEST app to replace c.ai and chai idk what else to explain about this app and you listen to the complaints, overall 5 stars and keep up the good work and listen to the complaints. Anyways since you can delete multiple when you chat why not delete multiple when you select the message and everything else after also get deleted. also can you fix the ai? sometimes it act like it was the start of the ai the more you chat with it and spamming the most recent chat.

honestly, after going through character ai and horrible aspects of other apps, this is really good. i love how different personas can have titles to be easier to see. however, i dont really like how the responses are so. long. its essays full and it never really heads in the direction i want it to, though at the end of the day there's no limits and i dont really notice any ads so its worth it in the end. im just a picky person

probably could use more characters for the character persona when your trying to describe the character on detail. 7000 isnt enough, atleast Cai has 32000 characters for theirs so you can add more detail to it and whenever any character i speak to speaks the dialog is way to short plus it is way to strict.

really good only downside it doesn't use the text to speech very good because it only reads what the character said not the narrator details watch besides that it's really good very useful and I say anybody and everybody should use it if they want to because it's surprisingly good for being a free AI talking app

Amazing app but the best feature that could be added is starting a new chat from a specific message instead of having to start a new chat from the first message. The thing I mean is the user should be able to hold down any message in a chat and have a button that says "start a new chat from this message" instead of having to start over completely. Please add this to a new update

Zero continuity, explicitly ignores details in the prompt. Avoid, you can find the same exact characters and stories elsewhere. This app is not unique.
