من أسوء التطبيقات اللي مرت علي في الحياة!! نقعد نترجى التطبيق يشتغل .. دايما في مشكلة دايما معلق دايما ما يعجبه غير أقوى شبكة انترنت كمية غباء برمجي مو طبيعية!! والأسوء بعد التحديث صرنا نحزر كم يوم باقي على الباقة عشان تنتهي ونجددها .. وضاعت علي باقتي اللي لي اكثر من ٤ سنين محافظ عليها !! رجاااااءءءاااا عدلوا مشاكلكم التقنية ترا تعبتونا!

اسوأ شبكة في الاتصال ما اقدر اكمل مكالمة انترنت غير تقطع كل ٥ دقائق ! مشاهدة الفيديوهات اونلاين كل دقيقة تسوي تحميل المكالمات العادية في وسط الاتصال تفصل! لا نستطيع حتى العمل اونلاين مثل باقي الناس بسهولة بسبب بطىء الشبكة! و للاسف ممثلي خدمة العملاء لا يفقهون شىء ولا احد يساعد مساعدة فعالة يقولون الشبكة ضعيفة اليوم / فيه صيانة / يمكن من المنطقة ! اي رد و خلاص والقاتورة قبل انتهاء الشهر يتم اصدار فاتورة الشهر الجديد!! شيء مستفز جدا قبل اكمال ٣٠ يوم مثل باقي الشبكات!

The app is bad and not stable. One day you can see all your lines information, another day you can not. Lots of errors. Even in a simple process such as paying the bill, it is not reliable. Not as expected from a Telecom Company.

Worst mobile service I have ever used! Both Mobily and Mobily Pay are getting worse day by day. Every time I open the app, it shows “Unable to fetch data” or “System busy.” Today, I wasted almost an hour trying to recharge my account and still couldn't complete it. If your servers cannot handle customers, why don't you upgrade them? Absolutely frustrating and disappointing! I'm switching to STC. Never using Mobily again!

Again and again there is issue when you try to recharge your balance by your credit card. I uninstall and reinstall the app to resolve this. عيب يكون هذا تطبيق شركة مساهمة لأكثر من 20 سنة، عيب والله. من عدة شهور تسجيل الدخول صار ياخذ ستين سنة وفي النهاية ما يضبط، لدرجة صرت افعل خدماتي عن طريق 1100، والتطبيق مع آخر التحديثات من سيء لأسوء.

worst application. I have an account when ever I try to login, it asks for email verification. When I open quick login, i edit my info. It sent an email for verification. However, the link open an error page. I contacted costumer service, through Email, Phone, and even visting branch with no benefit.

User experience is so horrible it's like you guys don't have full-time testers or developers 😅 Every app interaction requires sign in & sign in isn't easy Everytime I have to enter my iqama number to get an OTP to sign in to check my quota, even if I log in 5 times a day, it does this every single time! How about biometric login? And then features inside the app, like managing my bundle, requires log in WHILE I'M ALREADY LOGGED IN and then it redirects me in loops without accessing the feature!

app is really very limited, looks like an app from 2010s, no option to raise tickets nor does have any useful resolver items. no option for fibre at all. not sure why they keep recommending app for support when it's clearly not built for it. even chat support on Wats app and phone suck ...really bad ....

The app is definitely very useful. A few improvements are desperately needed. Automatically logs out after a while. It should remain logged in. When fingerprint login is turned on, why does it keep asking for a code?

Finally i did convert my sim to other network due to this useless app. Sim and Service is very well by mobily but there is something very wrong with this app. I waited 2 months may they send some updates and app can improve but this never happened.

اسوأ تجربة لتطبيق شركة اتصالات ما تقدر تسجل بهويتك الوطنية وتستفيد من كل الخدمات، حتى التسجيل السريع سيء وهو دايم يدخلك.

الحقيقة ما ادري وش حصل للتطبيق ماني قادر أدخل بكل الطرق بعد ما يرسل الكود يقول حصل خطأ نرجو المحاولة مرة اخرى طبعا اتصلت في الدعم وزرت الفروع بما فيهم الرئيسي لدرجة اني قلت للموظف جرب ادخل وللاسف نفس المشكلة،وأرسلت إيميل رسمي والرد نعتذر يوجد تحديثات تقنية جاري العمل على إنجازها. لي اكثر من اسبوع ماني قادر ادخل. هل يعقل شركة بهالحجم عاجزة تحل مشكلة دخول على تطبيق يخدم ملايين العملاء!! طبعا انا عميل راقي حوالي ١٥ سنة وهذه آخرتها تدهور غير مبرر في الخدمة وغير مقبول ابدا، حتى الموقع ما فيه دخول.
