I lost all my points 67402,I'm so angry. I want my points back i order all the time and I won't leave it until I get all my points. plus the last 3 months...and this week's i still can't get my points back, i need help.

I cant get in to my app. I loved it while it worked. fir a year and a half I have been locked out. it is frustrating and sucks.

False information was given to me my monopoly piece says that I can scan/enter my code by Nov 22nd to get my food item won, but I was told that they stopped having people enter codes on Nov 1st. why does the sticker information not match up with what this app is doing? very disappointing. i would have entered it already if I had known I couldn't enter them anymore.

Can't even verify an email properly in this app let alone use it without it totally slowing down my phone. Got rid of it and the phone performs just fine again. Optimize your app better.

I switched phones and now I can't even open the app because of age verification. When I go to my google play store my account has my birthday. McDonalds just lost all my money. Taco Bell and Burger King apps work fine.

1 star is being generous. The app barely functions. It regularly crashes, and as of the last few weeks it just won't let me place an order. AT ALL. It says there's an issue with the payment method, the same one I've always used and works fine literally everywhere else, including in-store. It doesn't even attempt to charge my card, there's no denied charge, it just auto-fails. Started out good. But they lost a customer in me. I got a new card in the mail and activated it. App rejected the new card. Call my bank, they said it's the app. So I remove all cards, then re add the new card. App said successful add but won't let me pay. Called CS about the problem. They didn't listen to anything I said. I gave them both of my Gmail accounts. There solution, was to uninstall the app and reinstall. Losing all of my points. Now can't figure out how to scan my monopoly pieces.

Worst app, I dread using it. It freezes and is so slow. So many extra little animations that are so unnecessary.

NEVER NEVER NEVER works. Monopoly again - I've been shorted 22 monopoly pieces on various eligible items - all 10pc nuggets come w/o monopoly tickets in Illinois, and many LG sodas. Also have a new issue where there is a sticker - but no code. Just a cover & a base with no middle portion... Tonight's was a $5.30 meal. Just trying to pay to access my "free" monopoly prizes. National outage. Had to pay again, but $5.90 at the window (plus the $5.30 they promise I'll be refunded. Zero trust in you.

Monopoly portion stopped working. I had to uninstall and reinstall it since it said I did not have enough space. Now I cannot add anymore codes and it no longer has Monopoly section even if the chance portion is going for a few more days. I am not going to bother with McDonalds once I have redeemed my points.

cannot use Monopoly on the app today? no where to enter game pieces. I redeemed a deal yesterday and today over 24 hours later the app shows no deals available. Are we limited on how often we get a deal option now? Also the time it takes to get an order picked up in person or drive through is so much longer at all locations these days. Shouldn't folks ordering by app ahead of time be faster? I have spent no less than 15 minutes and as much as 40 minutes to pick up an order in the last year.

I got McDonald's app to scan the code from a McDonald's Monopoly game piece. The app had no place that allowed me to do so! App is ok, but I don't go to McD enough to have the app take up space.

consistent problems. Rewards are slacking. I get different deals than my family members. It's just another money scam from McDonald's. Also. The location on 395 in Kennewick WA stole $2 in change from me and after 40 years I will never return to the location again. Manager and corporate we're contacted. They sent it back to the very manager that allowed his employee to steal my change! and my coffee was cold!

99% of the time your online order is not ready when they tell you it's ready. On top of that, they lock their doors & don't tell you that you'll have to wait in a huge line in the drive-thru to pick up your online order. I'm getting super tired of this type of experience from this establishment.

Update 11/1/26: As of today, McDonald's has offered no assistance other than the constant loop of uninstall and reinstall emails. I have done that, and tried everything multiple times and had to create a new account, but no one will merge my points. Once again, the app has logged me out, and will not let me sign back in using Facebook sign-in. It wants me to register for new account but keeps telling me my email is already linked to account and to sign in, but I can't. I had over 15,000 points.

The app navigations are garbage, especially if you have a problem. It also doesn't save time in most locations. Just a quick addition to the app is garbage, Monopoly has started. It's a shame the app doesn't want to give out any rewards if you've recently ordered because the apps game setup is for you to spend money, not redeem rewards, I update the app and reset my phone and i still can't add a code because the app doesn't want me to.

it's November 1st 8:55 am I just received game pieces that I need for monopoly and it's not giving me the option to scan my properties anymore!! the game is still valid I was told to reinstall and update my apl ,I did and nothing is working. I don't want to miss out on my prizes!!

McDonald's app decided to stop Monopoly play before it was appropriate. The game tickets are supposed to be able to be scanned until 11:59:59 PM on November 1, 2026 according to the official rules. Some computer genius does not know the difference between AM. (morning) and PM (night).

Works about 1 time out of 10 for payment. Drive thru charges me even though I mark pay with app. pitiful Monopoly game removed before time. Quit giving game piece's before they were supposed to. Makes all you do win expire... scam... sad...

This app genuinely sucks. its slow, things take forever to load, it crashes, and i literally tried to bring up a code for my order before writing this review and it kept backing out. this all need to be rebuilt from the ground up.

Your app, if you listen to people, is complete trash. I have tried multiple times to reinstall only to be met with an instant crash. It also for some reason locks up my phone and restarts it. Clearly, it has some serious problems.

Breakfast ends at 10:30 but you can't buy breakfast on the app at 10:20.

Absolutely a joke. Got the app to enter one of the promo codes, you have to enter in payment information just to scan a code. The app also doesn't make sense and isn't remotely user friendly. Bad app. Just bad. They should know better.

app has been down for about 4 days. not able to sign in. Bouncing fries icon then it says "close app" or "wait" and that will just keep popping up. Unable to order anything off the app. Even the monopoly play or register does not open, cannot scan monopoly pieces either. App is busted!

no matter how bad they mess up your order they wont refund or offer to fix it in anyway. and you have to wait like 30 minutes just to connect to an agent to tell you that. Just use door dash, at least they fix it when they mess it up. terrible app.

mcdonalds loves to use promotions and events but they make the app miserable to use. The monopoly event is current happening for another 3 weeks, but the banner was removed this morning for the new Boo Bucket promotion. Which means I now have no access anywhere to view my rewards, view properties, or add new codes. They make all of this super complicated every year, and every year people complain, and nothing ever changes.

Today is the last day to play monopoly, but they took the game off the app, I have chance plays, and game pieces and can't do anything with them, because it's gone on the app.

stop letting people put orders in then cancel because its to close to the end of breakfast. I had 15 min, set it for counter order, and I also put i was alresdy here. Imagine all the people that you take the money out of their account, and now they can't buy breakfast, because I have to wait five days to get my money back. Now imagine when it's 1015, and I want to get breakfast for my family, im never going to go to McDonald's, they're just going to cancel it as I pull in to get it at 1032.

Assuming it's network related and even though I have full bars... I would try to switch to wifi but our location doesn't have it. I have to preload the app before literally driving into location.

App is fine for ordering, but trying to use 'Contact Us' is a complete waste of time. None of the fields allow you to fill them in. The app keeps glitching. There is no banner for the Monopoly game. There is no way to scan in the game pieces or to redeem the won food codes. The app keeps forgetting my favorite store. I worry that my payment method is not secure with all the app issues. Please fix your app and make a way to contact someone for help.

basic functions of the app randomly disappear. Once I couldn't add a new payment method because adding it just put the app in permanent limbo until it timed out. The Monopoly feature has disappeared despite the game continuing another 3 weeks. How does McDonald's have an app so terrible? Almost every time I use the app there is a problem: I get all the way through placing an order then it encounters an error and closes, or the app gets stuck in a loop, or won't let me log in. Today I tried to place an app order several times, got errors, I placed a kiosk order after getting frustrated with the app, then learned an app order did go through and I paid for two orders. Amazing. McD's, this app is losing you money.

used the mobile app to go pick up food while I was in town. when the worker brought half my order out she said there frappe machine is down and I'll have to get on the app for a refund. Drive all the way home find out im missing our 2 20 nuggets. on top of not getting the frappe. drive all the way home. the app has no way to issue a refund, according to google. So I called the store and of course they have the phones off the hook. THANK YOU GUYS for STEALING MY MONEY TODAY.

They took the monopoly game down before the scheduled end date of November 1st and when you try to use the app contact us feature it doesnt work so you can't send them feed back. it kept deleting my comment and I couldnt go any farther. so now the complaint is lodged in a review of the app, public display

logged in on the wrong email when the app crashed and I had to uninstall and reinstall, backed out of it and tried the right email, now it won't let me in. I'm missed off and annoyed if the app doesn't work their website should but you are forced to use the app. it needs fixed, because I loged in on the wrong account and it limits the accounts on the app, it won't let me in and keeps saying technical difficulties

Broken...app doesn't load 1/2 the time, and keeps trying to reopen the most recent (completed) order. (edit): it's gotten better...still an issue sometimes with placing a mobile order, paying for it, and getting an immediate "your order has been canceled" screen and having to wait for a refund or payment reversal.

The Monopoly game link is currently missing from my app. Literally no where. I'm registered, been playing, signed in with the right account... this is a McD issue.

I tried ordering online. It cancelled my order without explanation and did not refund my money or points. I complained to McDonald's, but the customer service people either can't read or have reading comprehension problems. I had to open a dispute through my credit card company to get my money back. Never got my reward points back. Today it charged my credit card twice. As soon as the charges appear on my card I will have to submit another dispute. I will never use it again.

The new update is horrible. Poor layout and slow. I have opted out of a few orders due to this bad update. Please revert back or hire a team who knows how to design apps that work with Samsung. After unistalling and reinstalling multiple times I am still not pleased with this update. Plus side it deters me from eating fast food.

the only thing this app is good for is the rewards. delivery is impossible because it won't accept address changes even when it says it needs review. I live in a mobile home community and have successfully had it delivered from door dash and from this app a few times by giving extra instructions but it is not worth the struggle. do better.

Everytime I come to McDonalds on Madison in Muncie IN its a NIGHTMARE! My order was wrong, tried to do the give feedback option and to fill it out you have to include which location. Neither entering the store number not trying to search it on their map was working. The app is designed to deter you from demanding a refund.

App is saying Carson City, NV locations are closed when they are not. Bad app, definitely not a priority for customers!

Updated Review: App actually works now, but have to uninstall and reinstall every time I want to scan the Monopoly pieces. The Monopoly game portal disappears between visits! on the plus side, I do like that I now get shown a list of options automatically when choosing a location to order from. It used to just select the nearest and was a pain to change it, especially if driving.

Constantly shows items as unavailable even when they're available at the store. Forcing you to have to go to the store and order your food anyway, and having to wait in long lines for long wait times because the app doesn't work properly. Multiple times has changed. My order location to other stores once was 20 minutes away to a store. I've never even been to had to wait over a week to get my money back on that. And the points that I had used at the store that day

This app won't let me sign in anymore. I try to sign in and it brings me to a registration page. I finish the prompts and then tells me I need to sign in. There is no sign in page. It just keeps trying to register you. I tried to create a new account hoping to bypass this neverending loop of registering vs signing in and I can't even do that because I somehow exceeded the amount of users on this phone. I lost thousands of points because of this and nothing works!

I deleted and reinstalled the app, made sure my location was on, tried switching my order location, and I've tried to go to their support section only for when you tap to search it doesn't work.

apparently I originally signed up for the app using my Facebook login which no longer logs me in. it tells me to sign up and then tells me I've already signed up, and then we just go in this giant circle. the app is useless unless someone can help me figure it out. I've tried deleting this login from Facebook and it still doesn't work

App constantly gets worse and worse because McDonald's doesn't care about you. I have it always set to pay through the app yet 50% of the time that never works. It takes FOREVER for the app to load and sometimes my code doesn't even work. McDonald's only cares about raising prices and lowering quality and I'm over it.

It's just ok. The app CONSTANTLY chooses the wrong location. Today, I was in the parking lot of a McDonald's, placed my order on the app, and didn't realize it chose a location 10 minutes away from where I was!!! I cancelled the order to place a new one, and the deal I had used was completely gone/not replaced after I didn't use it. Stupid.

unable to contact someone about my issue concerning my rewards points I'm over 50, dont eat out much especially with these rising costs. points should last a yr. I had over 5k points this morning and now ready to place an order for dinner they not there...wth...considering to delete the app since it's out my budget anyway

When I tried to upload my receipt through the app to claim my rewards points, I received a message stating that the receipt had already been submitted by someone else. Meanwhile, the manager had taken the receipt to the back of the restaurant. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. It has occurred several times when we have spent over $100 at your restaurant, only to discover that someone from the restaurant has already claimed the rewards points associated with our receip

placed an order, paid, went to pick it up and location did not have items in stock. was told to cancel the order-however it will not allow me to cancel because they are "preparing" my order. apparently they are still working on the order I placed 11 days ago....

Still refuses all payment methods after update.

App is not allowing me to add anything to bag. Guess I don't need McDonald's.

it will not open most of the time. I have to cancel the app then install it again.

The app is great until you pull up to a McD's and the brief drive through interaction informs you that you shouldn't have ordered there.

it's a learning experience.
