App is super faulty. It suddenly wouldn't pair to cast to my TV. screen would just go black. All other hosting platforms work just fine! When I tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, it gave strange error messages whenever i tried to sign back in. The support team is just useless. I reached out through email, no response. I reached out through WhatsApp and connected to a rep and team that gave lazy responses, nothing was fixed, and closed the ticket for "not responding", when I did.

good

I subscribed on my phone VIP but on my TV it ask me to subscribe again even though my account and user is showing!!! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

good experience

Why add a series if you don't provide all its seasons and episodes? I started watching Maraşlı and discovered that even Season 1 is incomplete! The same happened with Hajara Waraqa Mekos and many other series. Viewers shouldn't have to Google every series before starting it just to check if it's complete. It's frustrating to get invested in a story and then not be able to continue. Either provide the full series or don't add it at all. What's the point of offering only half a story?

Casting problem

enjoying when you watch series 😉

very good

Great app but the lowest brightness is still too bright that I have to use an external app to lower it more. Please work on improving that.

Blackview/OSCAL Pad 70 WiFi, Android 14. Live works normally, but all Free VOD episodes keep loading and do not play. The same episodes play normally on my phone. This used to work on the tablet before.

I following SIRR AL HANEEN seasion 158 the problem is the subtitles language is not work in Arabic, I hope that fix this problem and hope subtitles both language Arabic and English to choose.

bad

there cancellation steps designed to keep it active and you will be easily ripped off 3 steps of cancellation , clearly descend to hold you back from cancelling

Add more new good american and foreign series and movies , no one cares about the arabic stuff

App improvements needed. 1.) Include the year of release for their films/shows. 2.) Clicking on an actors name and having everything they're featured in pop up under their name. 3.) If the app is offered in a specific country for viewing, that country's language should also be available. As it currently stands, there are A LOT of films/shows that do not offer English translation for US viewers. So, although you're paying a subscription, there are things not translated. 4.) A ratings button.

It's so bad and not working

Multiple price increase that made it unjustified for what you get. it's like comparing there content to giants like Netflix and Disney. unsubscribe and uninstall

come here in the Philippines now

horrible service. subscription was deducted on 6th of September, then I requested to cancel subscription. I was supposed to get a month of active account. Now my account is expired and cannot get my money back. MBC Shahid support suggested that I should contact Google because payment is done through them, and when I contacted Google they said I should contact Shahid. Ridiculous!!!

it's very good

I can't log in to my account if I switch between tv & mobile app. It gives an error message of a wrong password & username. I tried changing the password but SHAHID doesn't send me the reset password. Customer service doesn't respond. Called several times. Overall, not worth the investment.

Zoomix

suddenly gives you error message that another stream is occurring on your account from outside your home. Faulty app and technical support gives you generic troubleshooting steps to fix the issue, but the problem is with the app itself.

niceeee

This app is fantastic for watching Turkish and Egyptian movies and more... but there's one problem: each series only has 32 episodes. Please add more! Don't leave us hanging!

Shahid team i have just received a text message that you have used my money without my permission using 119.99 Dollars! how come!! I want my money back no one asked for subscription

to mbc Shahid teams developers 3 days I'm facing crashing out the app my mobile device when I start turning my show it keeps switched off

Low quality streaming in my region! All streaming quality options are the same with ZERO difference. Its a scam.

Always crashing. Have to uninstall then reinstall it every day.

it's kinda great, but when I open it, it loads for how many long minutes because of the weak internet. Please fix the problem i want to watch my favorite television show please fix and make all of this free

no longer compatible?????

App does not accept susbscriptions made through Sling AlOstoura package. it accepts the login, but refuses to show contents, despite Sling states that Shaid full susbscriptin is available through their AlOstoura package. customer service contacted, but no response!!. Shahid contents are fully avaiable through the Shaid channel inside Sling app, but lacks the search capability that is available on the app. total chaos.

The ads are numerous and annoying, but the quality is excellent. Thank you.

this app is too slow in downloading even with fast internet even an app who is not regestrated in play stor download fast than this one which shows that you dont even have good servers where do invest money 🤔

it's higher price

i canceled the subscription because the price increased again. so no need, there's many alternatives.

this app is the best app in the world ❣😍

new update new problem.........now shahid has broken the Partner authentication and those of us that are in the USA cant log in using Sling TV today!!!!!!! Honestly, you guys need to fire your QA team.......does anyone test these updates before you release them into production? Do you care at all about your customers? Paying customers!!!!!!

I faced glitches every month

The new update is great 👍🏻

Very rude customer service and they lie to your face! Save your money and time.

Why you charge my cards for a subscribtion that was cancelled?? you are not authorised to make payment on my behalf!

excelent

They stole my money and deactivated my subscription for no reason. Don't subscribe to it.

I can't download on Samsung Galaxy Note

when I installed this app they told me that i don't follow MBC shahid security requirements

every time I want to view a full free show they give me a page for the subscription and even can't watch any single episode..

thera is a problem that don't let me in the app or even wath a thing

معفن

Was a loyal Shahid subscriber for years until my annual subscription auto-renewed at around 50% more than last year. I do not recall receiving any notifications of the price increase which is my right as a consumer. However, they insist it was sent, which is not true because they can't prove it. Requested a refund of the difference within 24 hours but it was refused. What disappointed me most was the lack of flexibility from customer service. Unfortunately, this experience has damaged my trust

worst log in I've ever had in app what is this?

horrible app. I can't log in on my TV got me stressed out

جيد

latest update on Android tv made it worse. keeps buffering every 5 minutes when watching an episode saying check your internet connection then crashing

hi I really like the app to watch shows in Arabic but 1 episode is free please can you make all the episode free on the app but there is a problem I tried to put English subtitles on there isn't any subtitles on the episode

because dat is not free

so so so gooooood

The app is too heavy. If the internet connection is a bit slow, the episodes don't load at all. Even I restart it or change wifi, it never loads. Either you have a high speed connection or load it on 5G, or you can't watch anything. Too bad!

didnt work on my phone

i love watching on it(انت من احببت)

I have trouble with this app unfortunately..it started working just for one hour, then it has been sticking.. and it's still.
