hello my name is John I came to the Emergency room last night around 8pm I had a doctor or nurse to go over the medications I'm currently on and this morning I asked for a breathing treatment at 7:30am I have asked 3 other times and I have not received the breathing treatment yet or my other medications I haven't gotten 1 Medication of several of them yet!! I have repeatedly asked for the breathing treatment since 7:30am and now it's 12;30pm I am Chronic COPD and I have emphazema !?

Love having the extra ways of communicating with care team. Getting results, reading notes, messaging Dr's on concerns or symptoms. Being able to set appointments, and pick time's that are available. All at our convenience! I don't think I could do without it now.

you cannot navigate back? you have to log off and log back on? you should be able to navigate back to where you were...

love the app makes things so much easier.

Great information in the communications

The app is often glitchy and finding certain things in my chart can be a real pain, like searching for a needle in a haystack. I'm not impressed or satisfied with the application, especially for overall ease of use.

very helpful , to see your results of labs or tests done. also after visit summaries.

love that it sends you notifications on pending visits, prescription updates and that you can setup appointments yourself.

very easy to navigate

zoom appointments are not good. I just bought a new phone and still couldn't hear the other person I was having a zoom with. I was to blame for not knowing the technology but still also marked as I missed appt which I didn't not. update the zoom or continuously uninstall n reinstall i should not have to do with all zoom call appointments! so be ware of the missed appointments that are completely out of ur hands due to issues from zoom.

if live well is sending me text messages for a flu shot when I'm allergic to it is just wrong that needs to be fixed

Weird app but with a good purpose.

works very well, great for keeping track of appointments and being able to reach out to your specific doctor with out having to deal with calling and playing phone tag.

Haven't found it very useful. messaging a provider was useless. used to provide a list to choose from, now no longer does so I had to just call. bill paying was useless. once I got to " choose payment method " it gave me a blank screen. no options to choose from. again had to just call billing to pay my bill and that number wasn't even readily available. had to use the AI to get that number. should just be available when clicking on billing. not even close as good as it use to be

Excellent, only prob is it's more difficult trying to send messages.

My Dr doesn't seem to return messages in a timely manner. won't listen to my needs and wants. gives up to soon

Today I went to access some test results and my Live well app is telling me it's no longer compatible with my device??? WHAT 🤯

I love being able to keep up with my appointment schedule, all my test results, contacting my doctors and nurses easily and everything else at my fingertips.

Advocate Has Always Been My Provider Because I Trust Them To Always Take Care of all my Medical Needs.

PROBLEMS! Font often tiny and not expandable. When a question is asked and your answer is not available for upcoming visit, and you tried to pre-check-in, you just wasted a half-hour cuz hou can't go forward or back, it freezes. Pre-check-in is junk.

LiveWell is Awesome to have!!Makes things alot easier to do,an set up.. LiveWell is quick an easy to set up and once it's set up it's really easy to navigate around it really does make things quicker and easier for both.. myself and Dr. too.. Haven't had any problems wth livewell and I've been using it for 6-7yrs.. It's great overall I definitely would recommend downloading app. You'll be very happy wth LiveWell after all thts 1 of the reasons I gave a 5⭐ review!!🥰🥳🥰

Very Functional. App provides a pretty easy way to stay on top of appointments and test results.

I think it is cumbersome and slow. Two days to hear from my doctor is nuts.

Can't set up the two-step authentication because it doesn't seem to think I entered an email address or a phone number.

the app is great, people great, circumstances horrible. After suffering a heart failure and being a full-time single dad with nobody in State to watch my son, parents drove in from Indianapolis to watch my little guy. Trying to make up the financial set back being hospitalized for a week Ive had to put my health on the back burner Trying to keep my son and self off the street. There are great people on staff at St Luke's and Im planning on taking a more active role in my recovery.

I really like the convenience of viewing test results and making appointments, all in one app. Update 9/23/25: My healthcare provider can communicate with me about test results via the app if they are unable to reach me by phone. I am able to check in through the app when I arrive to appointments, although I'm not sure how helpful that is, since I must stop at reception anyway to answer the same questions. I still love it and now rely on it quite frequently.

Convenient and easy to use. caregivers are responsive.

Tried multiple days to make payment. Would not update payment type or let me pay. I just had a blank screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Contacted customer service with Aurora and I was told to contact the app. Fix your app, please! Other people have been having the same issue with payment that I know! If Aurora wants their money, the app should work!

can't login via app. website works fine with same details. it also can't read the passkey from 1password

Tried to setup for an elderly family member. They were fine with fingerprint login, it was already a challenge though since you need to click "login", then choose "use biometric" then use use the fingerprint sensor.. But it only works for a couple weeks, then requires a text message verification. Why? My bank app doesn't do that? haven't needed to log in for over a year, and it gives the fingerprint prompt as soon as I open the app. This could be much better.

LiveWell and advocate are really great.

App wouldn't let me pay my balance after going through all the information. Hard to message doctor. If you have multiple refills, wont always put them all through. I only use app for test results now.

comes in so conveniently when I'm in a hurry or don't have time to call the doctor ..... I can just shoot a message and the reminders the app gives me are amazing !!

I am very happy with this service because I can review upcoming appointments and also get test results too. Can send messages to my doctor also. To me this is an asset for sure. Thank you for allowing me to check up on medical information easily.

records are out of date, as I go by my doctor's recommendations.

Can not update payment method whenever needed. You must go into hospital to update. If this is necessary for updating for security, then don't have it as an option. Cards get cancelled all the time.

This now the 3rd email on the same subject I cancelled this appointment 3 Fays ago since you refused my Insurance which is beyond insulting sine Avocate accepts all my Insurers infull. Stop. Again, I have asked several times to cancel the appointments with this doctor. He will not accept Humana ??? They are the second largest in the State plus others states. Enough if rnoph. Get the message as I will not use this doctor because of the above. Again CANCELL THIS APPOINTMENT AS I HAVE DONE SO

This app although somewhat informative doesn't update vaccinations received that consistently say overdue. Also doesn't update medical treatment received!

No way to contact your dr!! This is the WORST SYSTEM EVER!! I'm trying to contact my doctor at her request but every way you try gets blocked with some stupid questions that have no bearing on the situation.

I'm very satisfied with LivingWell Radiology. I arrived early. I was in and out 20 min. before my appt.! Now, I'd like to see my results!!

Trying to find a specialist and book an appointment through the app does notwork.

I love test results, scheduling, and questions to nurse or doctor. Saves time on the phone and standing in front of overworked clerks. MRI Screening list wouldn't let me save and after printing the screen it forgot all the entries.

amazing app with no flaws from what I've experienced. everything is easy to find and use while also supplying more than adequate information! notifications are clean and timely as well!

Seems to work alright for me. Android phone.

My son had a surgery I downloaded the application following instructions on adding my son who is a minor and the app kept reading errors to correct information. I couldn't get help with getting pictures to my son's Dr. Im the 30th person in line to even get help. This is the most useless application for a medical application that does nothing to connect the Dr to patients with frustration and errors.

Medical apps should share nothing without patients permission. AI will gobble it up. the app, makes my life and communication easier.

my doctors are nice so are the nurses. they take good care of you to.

the app does not have any option to choose as an insurance provider the company that is the provider for Advocate employees. (Meritain). only option for Meritain is for Aurora (Meritain) so no local providers can be searched using the website. Customer support only resolution is to call central scheduling and speak to a CS associate. It seems a bit ridiculous that the Advocate Health Live well app, can't be used to find doctors who are in network for the employees insurance. SMH

The best health app. It let's you be a part of the healing process. It works when you are in the hospital too. My best feature is being able to view your Lab tests results as soon as available.

I had one virtual visit, and after that.It locked my account. To unlock my account, I had bio.\n At the point in time I wasn't using my passcode, and I have forgot my passcode, and it won't let me in. Through the bio.

It would be nice if you could directly contact the nurse ASAP to get refills on meds if for some reason it was still pending for almost a month instead of sending a message that wouldn't be seen for at least 2 days. You can on My Chart app. Why not on this one? Also, the only pharmacies you have listed are the Clinics (Aurora) that is affiliated with the Dr. Try listing all the pharmacies in the area. You are only getting 2 stars. I should only give you 1 but I'm feeling generous today.

Great concept! would be even better if lab results were kept on. There were a few notifications that appeared but disappeared once I viewed them. it does facilitate viewing the trend for test results.

I couldn't manage without this app, I have short term memory loss and this app keeps me on track. thanks for being there.

Hard to use. Made an appointment and got to the office and they have no record of it. Every time I log into the app it looks completely different.

Not enjoying every time I go into app i get messages telling me that there are errors in sharing health information from other My Chart Epic apps which causes problemed the records for health providers to see pryor test results. I have shared these records with Livewell but my health providers can't see them.

After 12 years with several different diagnosis with mercy doctors I finally switched to Aurora it took a few months witch sure beats years I had an answer next month hope to start new treatment plan ,Thank you Aurora

It has ALWAYS been an easy, self explanatory, fast and organized experience for me.

Do not appreciate reminder when about to leave for appointment. Must stop, check message which causes delays to get to appointment.

This is a very helpful app it helps me keep up with my medical needs.

This app is so annoying. I have been trying to login for 20 minutes trying to reset my password is impossible. I keep getting a code only to go back to the site after getting a code and having to keep getting another one

I do like this app you're able to do the pre-check and check your appointments but it doesn't let me make appointments.

Never stays logged in and every time you have to manually copy your password from the manager.

I've been trying for days to input a new payment method, but the app keeps glitching and nothing shows up on the screen.

On separate occasions tried to create an account. Terrible experience is an understatement... from the questions of car loans for identification to the screen to set up 2-factor authentication that is a dead end. Contacting support was not helpful. #healthcare

I really enjoy being able to message and talk to my providers via text. I get replys faster than if I were to call and leave a message. med refills are way faster to get the app is really useful in about of ways
