How does someone go about overturning false bans on the app Even after photo ID Age verification supplied by users to ensure this is an over 18 app the system allows those same people to then weeks later be removed for being underage after users malicious reporting. When the app has the users ID on file are they really being banned so the app doesn't have to pay up when that person tries to cash out their diamonds? is this actually a case of fraud by the app?

Another thing, you can set the app to only show notifications for people you follow, but they'll send meaningless notifications to get on the app, or for people you don't follow. You can't change this.

gold member plus is a scam. 1st it says you'll get 960 coins plus 600 on the 1st day. after purchase, you get nothing. next day is 60 coins and 60 coins each day after. you look at your offer and it says 420 coins with 60 everyday, instead what was shown on the original offer. There is also no way to cancel it, although it says you can only do it in the app. they tell you to go to feedback in the app. they never respond. i saved a photo of my purchase, and submitted it. they never responded.

The app is great, the community is actually surprisingly friendly and not toxic and normal than most of the other similar apps, BUT this app is that buggy and not optimized that almost always overheats most of the phones - doesn't matter if it's Android or iOS. Good that there are heavy filters, and AI, because the devs are so incompetent. Considering a large part of the broadcasters are non-English speakers, it will be good to implement a translator in the chat.
