update won't let me login the app anymore, keeps looping

have to click every button twice and I have not managed to actually connect with a provider. I couldnt connect so the provider canceled appointment after 3 minutes of waiting for me to wrestle with tech

This app is absolutely ridiculous. I have to "log in" several times and STILL can't access the ability to schedule an appointment! All visit links MUST go through Chrome as other browsers aren't compatible. I tried using just the website on Chrome instead and that didn't work either. Get it together!

App is not verifying insurance information correctly even though we have used it many times before using this same information.

This is the absolute worst telehealth program in existence. You must set up your account every time. You must list every prescription every time. You must list all of your medical issues every time. If you accidentally click off the app, while looking up your stuff in another app, you must start over every time. Picking providers is like picking from a list of rotten vegetables, where you look for the least objectionable. I swear some of the educational schools are imaginary.

this is the worst app I have ever had the misfortune of using. of course my new insurance won't cover talkspace and only covers virtual visits through the worst app system ever. hope you want to see a different provider every time and have 0 continuity of care because it is IMPOSSIBLE to schedule a follow up visit with the same provider.

it literally never works the first time. and then you have to complain that it charges you but no Dr ever joins. get the text saying to join, do that and sit there forever. call the 800 for help and nobody answers. if you can just skip this and go to urgent care I'd recommend that option. wasted time

Caught in update loop. it says update available but when I go to the store there is nothing. I've deleted it and reinstalled it. I still can't get in.

I need help. I'm trying to get my son seen for an ear infection and it says $59 but also says that can change. I dont want it to be this crazy amount. Also can he use his insurance for the medicine after the visit? You guys dont take Simply Healthcare Medicaid so I will pay out of pocket but I don't want to be told $59 and then be charged 300. can you just answer on here the actual cost to get medication for ear infection

called their tech support, gave me a case number and haven't heard from them, this is terrible.

Despite paying thousands of dollars for health insurance, I'm unable to actually use it as LiveHealth's back end is broken and they are unable to sign up new users because their system is incapable of sending out registration emails. Don't worry, I got a reference number.

Out of 10 visit attempts, 8 of them have resulted in technical issues (been on both their side and mine) and ended by the provider canceling my appointment all together, forcing me to reschedule the appointment with the hopes that maybe the next one will work. So frustrating! I'm highly disappointed that this is the app that my insurance prefers we use for telehealth. Do not recommend.

EDIT: App is now unusable, the buttons to schedule are broken. One of the worst apps I have ever used. Extremely slow. Does not let you schedule psychiatrist spots beyond 1 month out. Has info messages that go off screen so they are unreadable. Super tiny pool of therapists. You can't search by therapist name or any other qualifiers other than date available/gender. If you move away from the app window or let it time out, it forces you to log out and completely restart the scheduling process.

terrible app, poorly designed, doesn't work on my pixel 10 pro xl. audio kept coming out of the wrong speaker, couldn't hear anything, the provider couldn't hear me. charged me $80 to speak to a doctor I couldn't even understand. 1/10 would not recommend. borderline scam.

Absolute trash service and customer service. Their reps lie about things they've done to fix something, their pharmacy selector doesn't allow mail service pharmacies, they never send the amount of refills that providers try to send, and so on. I only use them because they're free with my insurance, but even then, it's not worth it. Doesn't load half the time. Do NOT use them unless you want to be in pain

Has the very BEST and Fast Pace but yet making sure they get every detail of your treatment plan and to get seen for whatever you are going through that an Urgent Care would attend to. They usually don't have long waiting time. Definitely takes STATE MEDICAID and easy directions to enter the chat with provider . had an appt, it sent a message the Dr cancelled the appt, it said it would set me up with another appt, they sent the link, every time I clicked on the link it would say appt cancelled, it did this several times and once it said I was a no show!!! it wasn't me, it was with in the app! I don't know yet if I got charged for a missed visit or how many times it may have charged me. it was a terrible experience, I'll never use this app again!

this app is BS IT doesn't work on any browser or the app SO THERE IS NO POINT IN DOWNLOADING IT.

Every time I go to the app there is a pop-up which says "new app version available" even though I have the most latest version of the app installed. I tried deleting the cache. I've even tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it continues to say the same thing. Please fix it because this is annoying. This message keeps popping up while using the app!

Any login attempt results in an "Internal server error"

doctor spent the first 5 min telling me everywhere he worked and the research he used to do. He was rude, kept cutting me off and every time I asked why's or for more information he kept saying "in all my research I've done I think this" or "...I believe this". Just like a parent tells a child because I said so without really answering the questions. He basically wanted to brag about himself and rush through the appointment. Worst doctor visit online or in person in my whole life

The app is unreliable, there are glitches and the customer support is just as bad. I don't recommend it!

I've used this service a few times, its a waste of time and money, they always just tell me I have to go see someone in person, and then I request a doctors note and it never gets uploaded, first im told it takes a few hours, then 24 hrs, then up to a week. it doesnt seem like customer support has any idea what's going on and im now convinced they have no actual time frame policies and just make something up when you call. I will never use this service again.

This company is a scam! Dermatologist charges $100 to spend less than 5 minutes looking at photos and then just tells you to see a real doctor and provides no treatment but expects to get paid that much. Spend your money to see a real doctor. You will likely have to anyways.

terrible platform! after long wait just when about to connect, pops up message that it has trouble verifying insurance (which was fine, totally their tech issue) and demanded direct payment. also at that point it figured the app didn't have camera permissions and tasked me to go figure that out in settings. meanwhile the doctor cancelled the visit after only 15" after notification to join. think about figuring out the insurance and permissions issues when scheduling the visit!

There's no way to test your phone to ensure it's ready for visit? I dislike the new pages and layout. I missed a meeting because your app couldn't use my camera or mic, even though I have that permission enabled in the app and in Chrome. I missed an appointment because this app couldn't do its job. How about dont give such easy access to appointment notes made by psychologists? Why am I able to read their notes and diagnoses? How is that healthy?

The app is pretty basic and ok BUT when I met with my doctor we couldn't really hear each other. He had to call me because the app seemed like it wasn't using the speaker and more of like I was on a call. Edit 11/26/25 Now I can't log in using fingerprint and I'm pretty sure messages to Dr aren't going through. The volume has improved however.

Horrible interface, not worth the stress it causes just to use it. If you didnt need a doctor before using the app, it will talk care of that for you. I felt my blood pressure rising as my daughter and I tried to just sign in. We called for assistance, and with their help I was able to get signed in..unfortunately the appointment was for my daughter and we couldn't get it set up for her to be the one to have the appointment so we eventually gave up and just went to the clinic. Deleting this app!

don't advertise 24/7 urgent care availability but not actually provide said service. would not recommend only use it because it's what my insurance covers.

awful! The app sucks. Doesn't work 50% of the time. Today for example won't allow me to log in saying to check my Internet. Internet is fine, nothing wrong with the connection.

Useless, can't get past log-in. You need the app if you don't have a specific mobile browser installed in order to utilize this service — which is utterly ridiculous. Especially since they send you the login link absolutely last minute. I have an account and I have not forgotten my password. I can log in onto LiveHealth on my desktop no problem, but god forbid I try to log into their app with those same credentials. Too much hassel to deal with as I'm trying to attend a health appointment.

Only gives like 3 options for types of care on the app, there's no way to select anything else even though my plan covers it. When I need care other than dermatology, family planning, mental health, or sleep (so all the time) I can't get care.

The app is not user friendly. It constantly says there was a problem with the Internet and just stops. It crashes constantly. The other day I had an appointment and it would constantly crash while in the waiting room. I had to run to my computer and do it from there instead. Literally everything is bad about this app and I can't even think of a positive.

Horrible, I came here just to have my blood pressure medications refilled, the doctor asked about the last time I had taken my blood pressure, and I stated maybe 2 weeks ago, he asked what the numbers showed, then he said that the numbers were to high, to go to the emergency room, and that he could not refill my prescription. WTH, I reviewed my monitor, and realized they were wrong, but it was 2 weeks ago. Regardless, to deny heart medications based from past tests, not professional!

My "schedule an appointment" session timed out 3× after switching to another app to get information I needed to fill out the questions to make the appointment, then the doctor (bad attitude too) wouldn't prescribe me a new antibiotic because the pharmacy printed the instructions wrong and the infection recolonized my sinuses I have a condition that purs me at risk for complications, so a sinus infection is very serious. Would not recommend. This is a shady operation.

Well this app is awful. First time trying it and I can't even schedule an appointment. It goes thru the steps of setting up an appointment but bugs out and you can't scroll down to confirm the information or the appointment itself. Tried multiple times now.

App works now but they spam sms to join, the app logs out and they cancel the appt before you can even log back in. Tried twice in a row. Cancelled on me even quicker the 2nd time. Thanks doc.

CAN'T EVEN LOGIN. I made sure my VPN was off, but it just kept going in circles. Login, goes to browser, login successful, returns to the app, app just shows the login page.

"doctors" are unable to provide any diagnosis, prescribe medications, or give any medical advice. They simply advise you to contact your primary care provider. they are unable to provide any type of care, whatsoever.

Gives me access to telahealth the ux/ui leaves a lot to be desired. Interaction with the app always reroutes you to the website anyway seems pretty pointless

I can't get through the process of scheduling an appointment because at some step along the way it inevitably tells me I have lost connection and then it sends me right back to the beginning. This has happened regardless of strong wifi or phone data signal, at all hours.

Wayyyy better than Doctors on Demand!! 100% better for the following reasons. #1, significantly lower cost than D.O.D. and other similar online doctor services, #2, Much easier sign-up/registration process (Less than 10mins total from the time I downloaded the app to the time we began our telehealth visit!😃), #3, site/app easier to navigate than others like it, #4, the connection and video quality was perfect, not jumpy or unstable, #5, good physician and bedside manner, BEST APP OF ITS KIND!!

twice I've tried finding a provider on here and each time something has gone wrong. Unresponsive doctors that schedule visits without your acknowledgement and cancel 15 minutes AFTER the appointment starts. Terrible service, I've never been so irritated as a medical patient.

You are not allowed to choose your doctor. You will get a doctor who spends 30 seconds with you, and you can't understand a word of what he says.

The app works, but the first time I used it I had issues connecting to my appointment. The main issue is the app provides no way of seeing or updating your account. This includes updating your 2FA method.

First they can't verify my insurance information, then they won't let me change my personal information to match insurance, they won't show any options for metal health, urgent care only, with or without insurance information. At least the website showed me mental health options, even if it wouldn't accept my insurance. This app and this service is garbage, borderline scam.

wow! easy to use from the comfort of my own home. So far, great experience than you. 1/20/2025 They changed everything. For the past year, you have to use a computer because it doesn't work on the phone. I have five kids and it's very difficult to get a straight diagnoses. There are some very good doctors on here, but if you miss the beat on logging on (I have counted 7 seconds) they cancel you. I'm currently waiting to be seen after a provider ditched the appointment and now we wait. again.

Customer service has a lot of opportunities. If you are planning on using their services for a more convenient Healthcare access this is not it.

This app is the absolute worst and can literally cause people to lose their lives. Providers come and go, but you're stuck with the first provider you choose. If they're not available, you don't get an appointment. So you may end up like me and not have your medication refills called in for over a month.

Useless App. There is no option to edit any information. If you make any wrong during providing profile information, you will not be able to edit or delete. There support staffs are not well trained to solve the issues as well.

Condescending and Unhelpful Doctors - my doc said I should have been able to see her notes from the visit to see the OTC medication she recommended for my sons horrible cough. When I asked for a specific brand/name during our "visit", she just kept repeating, "It's at every store, you should be able to find it". Gee thanks 😑 The notes don't seem to exist either. Uninstalling & won't be back.

The app doesn't save information. There's also almost always an issue in logging in.

This app doesn't work at all for telehealth as standalone software, it needs Chrome or Safari to function.

It's awful, especially if you've used other apps before. I constantly have to call customer service to have my Rx resent and they're always so nasty. The app is clunky and not very intuitive. I wish I could use the other one, but this is what my insurance co is contracted with.

This is a giant scam! They cannot provide any help to anyone who needs medication. They will take your money and then kick you to the curb. If you need help you will have to go see a psychiatrist in person. Do not get scammed like me.

This app is totally useless. Every time I try and use it to schedule a visit, it comes up saying technical difficulties, please try again later. Call the support line and they state they can't help you to schedule. So I uninstall it.

I used to be able to select a doctor from a list of available doctors but it now assigns a doctor at random.

I can't make an appointment because it requests my location and doesn't accept it. Ive tried typing it, picking from the drop menu, pointing to the map, and also letting it access my current location--nothing works.

Sends too many marketing notifications and there is no option in app to disable them

I am a single mom and I work from home, with my medically fragile child. When I was informed this app was an option, that would save me having to take my immunocompromised child into the Drs office with me for minor things or to be referred to further treatment, I jumped at the chance. Unfortunately, every time, the links sent for appts have dns server sided errors, on all browsers/ settings, and load time has caused the provider to cancel each time. Maybe an integrated browser would help?

Absolutely abysmal log in experience. App constantly bounces between the app and browser for log in and ultimately never logs you in. Appointment links aren't sent in a timely manner either.

1. The call would not connect. The app said another program was using mic but no other apps were open. 2. The supposed technical support number gave a prerecorded ad and nothing else. The ad sounded like a real person but when I didn't say yes to the product (an emergency button device), another prerecorded voice came on saying it couldn't help me and it would transfer me. Then it hung up. This service seems shady. I'm informing my insurance about this.

Love sitting here for an hour and no doctor showing up. I'm paying for this and get passed around between technical support. Ridiculous.

Signef up for visit. Got text half hour later that it's time for my visit with a link. Link wouldn't work. Kept telling me to use google chrome or safari. I was using google chrome. Tried for 3 or 4 mins to get into the visit, got notified my appointment has been canceled. This app sucks.

Do not use these online doctors whether they are onemedical or livehealth online. It's just free money that we are throwing at them for them to tell us to go see a real doctor in person. Virtual care is a scam I have experienced from multiple providers now costing more than a real doctor's visit offering no real benefits at all.

Dreadful since the 2024 update. Questions sre in the wrong order, eg: asks if you are a returning patient BEFORE asking you to choose a provider and their availability (if theyre on the schedule at all). Gives you available provider dates which end up not being availble; you don't find this out until you are ready to confirn all steps -then when you try to rebook that same unavailable slot still shows as available. Yeesh.

Made an appointment, the provider never showed up

Has been quick to see a doctor but occasionally they aren't able to apply insurance and you have to pay the full amount and submit a claim for reimbursement that takes more than three weeks, still not sure when it'll be resolved. For now I'm canceling all appointments until I'm reimbursement for the first claim.

Back before the update when the app worked, I would have given it 5 stars, but now it is fully broken. I have had 3 appointments cancelled, and when I open the link, it says unsupported browser. Go to Chrome...open it in Chrome, and it says the exact same thing. Phone and tablet are both the same, and my PC does not have a webcam or mic. Please fix this as it use to be a great service

Constantly glitches when I try to log in. I have tried typing in my password. But I am bounced to the email part of the log in page at least 4 times before I get into the app. For sick people, this is annoying. I did call support when I first had this problem. I have had a successful visit with the app. I'm not able to get in to a Dr office when I want to, so this is helpful. Just somebody please fix the log in bouncing problems.

This app used to be amazing. You got to pic which doctor you wanted and everything was done through the app. Went in today all my info was gone and you now have to see a random DR through a link that is not supported by mobile browsers (what's the point of the app) I got one of the rudest DRs I've ever seen he would not listen to me and told me I had a viral chest infection when I was complaining of a sore throat. Had to try again to get someone who would actually listen to me.

Virtual visits used to take place in the app. Now you sign up for visit in app, and wait for a texted link. The link does not open in app. It opens in mobile browser. All permissions granted for audio and video and it won't work. Doctors will just cancel the visit and you have to start all over and cross your fingers. The previous IN APP video calls worked great. Bring that back. You broke the app.

Doesn't work

Every time and I mean every time. I log in and set it all up put in my info. Just as I'm about to connect to a doctor. I get doctor cancel my appt. What ever happened to this app it is now a pile of garbage

Honestly would have been a 5-Star several months ago, but glad I waited. Since their latest big update, the app has become completely non-user friendly. Dozens of times I'll go to begin an appointment only to be sent right back to the main screen. Issues with setting appointments for other people on your plan. This change was intentional in my opinion.

I don't know why they had to "update" this app but it is now absolutely horrible to use. You cannot do appointments in the app. Schedule, yes. Actual appointment, no. You used to be able to stay logged in. Now you have to login multiple times. Want to schedule an appointment? Login. Want to go to your appointment? Open a separate browser, login. Want to view your notes from the appointment? Login. Audio, video, notes, list of medications and medical conditions incomplete, and more that're bad

Made several appointments and they ALL got cancelled for no reason at all. This is the worst service ever.

Literally had an appointment start with a Dr, they never turned their mic or camera on, were there for less than 10 seconds before hanging up and never interacting with me I was billed $55 and called customer service assuming some sort of mistake and was told the billing team would look into it and decide if they would refund me. When I asked about seeing a Dr for the reason I called in the 1st place they said I could do another $55 appointment... Clearly a scam.

The app was fine until the update, now I have issues with accessing messages and even actually attending my appointments. This app is terrible. I havent been able to open any of my messages and at one of my appointments it closed out on me and I wasn't able to rejoin the appointment.

Why won't LH fix this latest disasterous update already, please? App is now useless. I'm unable to do the ONE thing that LH is supposed to let me do: video chat w/ a doctor. Writing code with the few basic features LH requires should NOT be very difficult in this day and age. Does LH not LOSE money each time a patient is unable to get the app to load, or connect with their doctor? You guys do want revenue, right? My ins doesn't allow me any other telehealth option but LH, so I guess I'm screwed?

🤬😮‍💨Awful app update in December has made this absolutely unusable. I can't schedule, my provider can't schedule, so Ihave to call and wait for 20+minutes to ask the for the scheduling team to call back and schedule me. I can send messages but can't open them to see my provider's responses. And worst of all, I went through all this to schedule an appointment, and then it never showed up in the app or the browser version. It would only force me to set up a new appointment with a new provider.

The "new & improved" app is horrible. The old way would alert me to my appointment. Matter of fact, I had an appointment set up but it never reminded me nor did it allow me to reach out to my therapist to reschedule. Please fix this!

Whatever update happened just PREVENTED my mental health appt. Thanks. Repeatedly saying I needed to update my settings, but all permissions needed are on. It's also impossible to try to reschedule with your actual provider, because it pulls random providers. Thanks for inducing an anxiety attack, which is what my appt is for!

New update is junk. My provider and I have both had issues. Appointments disappearing. Messages not get through.

This new update ruined the app. Now it's making me enter my info multiple times. I could not see or hear my provider, so he had to call me. It takes me to a browser for the call and makes me log in again instead staying in the app?? I can't see a list of providers and pick one now, it just assigns one randomly. It won't let me send a message or see the message I just got. This is extremely frustrating to use. It worked well enough before. Why can't you just leave a good thing alone???

I have used this before and it was great. Not sure what they did but it is horrendous. I had an appointment on the 22nd. Never got the link, couldn't login and then was charged $40 for a "missed" appointment

The app just spins in a circle and would never load. I couldn't ever get it to work. Told me I already had an account and to reset my password. But when I tried to reset my password, it never sent an email. I gave up and did the visit on my computer. While that worked, the doctor was useless. He told me I was definitely sick and to hang in there and go see a doctor if I got worse. I thought that was what I was doing, but he collected the office visit and told me he hoped I felt better. Useless.

Single worst app experience I have ever had. Scheduled appointments not showing up, unable to join sometimes. Messaging providers you can't see what you're typing because the technical support number is in the way. Scheduling through the app is tedious and difficult. My provider has also expressed frustration with their services. Fix your app. Telehealth doesn't work if the tech is garbage.

The latest upgrade has rendered this app useless. It only allows Chrome and not Firefox for browser. Tried opening app in Chrome but the Login button does not allow to login. Very frustrating since this was a great app to use for online counseling. The wait for support is ridiculously long and I have missed my appt. Uninstaller this app.

My doctor (Steven Kwoh) had been excellent. That being said, this latest update that completely reworked the app and how everything works, is absolutely atrocious to use. The previous version had its issues, sure. This update switches you back and forth between the website and the app at what seems like random, both the website and mobile version had their own bugs and issues, I can't even list them all due to the character limit. I would give this new update zero stars if I could.

Can't sign up thru mobile app if you have a Hotmail email account. Apps are worthless if they aren't working.

Since they changed the visit setup it never works. Better hope it's not urgent because this app doesn't work 95 percent of the time.

Requires an app to sign up, but the sessions only work through the browser. It feels like it was made by several teams of programmers who all hate the other teams.

New update made it harder to navigate

Screen blanks out whenever you switch to another app and back, making it useless. My insurance card is on my health insurance app, my medication history is on my CVS app, my contacts are in my contacts app, and if I try to use any of them this program bugs out. Just useless.

This app is horrible. Can't view everything and can't respond to emails when you finally get to view them.

I'm a big fan of Telehealth. Live Health is the worst and needs to be investigated/audited. The application and systems often have issues with every update. Doctor only spends 5 minutes with me. Prescribed 30 day no refill instead of 90 days. Pharmacy could not contact anyone to get it fixed. Appointments aren't available for a month out. Even when the app kicked me out of my session, I was told to make a new appointment. Soonest available is a month out. How is that ethical health care?

App doesn't take insurance you have to pay then jump thru hoops and wait weeks for your money back. It's a con game.

The only reason I installed this instead of an appointment was because there was a gap in my refills in due to an interest change. I couldn't get my refills already had. But then the first thing the doctor tells me it's all we can't write to prescription. You can't write to prescription you're not a doctor and this is a scam app

What the hell did you do? This app used to work fine and now I cannot do any of my appointments despite multiple links checking to see if app updated properly despite calling and filing complaints with tech support who did nothing. I had one good interaction with tech support out of 7 phone calls got hung up on, rude personnel, incorrect information and a tech support person who did not understand that the links you sent me did not work in app, Firefox or Google Chrome.

App update not a fan. I prefer the old set up also my kids are missing from my account and they had visits so I have no visits history for them.

This new platform sucks. Bring back old system

This app sucks. It has my insurance info but still requires a credit card to bill me at the end of the session. No way to bypass the screen and impossible to contact anyone about the issues.

The worst app and worst customer service. Took 3 calls, and 6 people (hours worth of time) to finally get an appointment. The app sucks.

This new update has made this app completely nonfunctional. I rely on this app to refill my Albuterol prescriptions, because it's the only one that takes my medi cal. I just tried to get seen and it sent me a text telling me my provider was waiting on me, when I click the link it opens in a browser and makes me log in, but after logging in it just gets stuck in a loop of making me log in and I can't even join the visit!! This is absolutely ridiculous, I have no way to get my inhaler!

Mostly random doctors who don't car or want to het the vosit over with asap. Also, am9-5pm EASTERN time for accounts does NOT work for west coast folks.

I've used this app for several years. This new update has rendered it unusable.

The new app overhaul is frankly awful. My message history was erased, my contact list is empty, and there is no way to navigate to a specific provider. I hope the company fixes this quickly - people's actual health depends on it!

The updated app is terrible. It's difficult to navigate and schedule appointments.

The most recent overhaul of the app and website has removed nearly all of the features from the previous version. It is over minimal to the point of nonfunctional.

Providers are nice. They're helpful and it's great for when you don't feel well enough to go to the dr.

Waited for 4 hours to see a physician. The number of people ahead of me would randomly increase. Had one network error and had to rejoin the queue. Once it was my time to see the physician, the video showed to be connecting and he ended the call. I was charged $25 to wait 4 hours and not see a physician.

Horrid!! Waited hours to see a provider, then when it was my turn, it logged me out/disconnected! I logged back in, but it showed that I had to start ALL OVER. NEVER AGAIN!!! I called the " help" number, but there was nothing they could do to note that the doctor didn't call me back(which it says they will if you get disconnected). DO NOT USE THIS "SERVICE".

The interface seemed user friendly enough and video quality with the physician was clean and audio quality was good also.

Waited for hours for a doctor. I was next in line then got transferred to a different doctor where there are 7 people ahead of me. While I was waiting, I got a message from customer service asking if I had any questions. They left our chat before I could answer.

Been trying to see a Doctor for 3 hours now for just an RX Renewal and still haven't gotten to talk to anyone. Absolutely ridiculous. This has been far more time and work than an in person appt.

100% easier than going to see a doctor. Especially when feeling to weak to go sit in a waiting room. 9 times out of 10, I get great doctors. Every once in a while, I get one who is dismissive of your thoughts. But overall, I love this app.

why does this app require phone call permissions just to log in? stop requiring excessive permissions without any explanation! this places users at risk! ridiculous!

Doctor was very dismissive and did not seem interested in answering questions. Did not send prescription to any pharmacy although he said he did. Not impressed. Won't be using again.

Relatively easy to set up. 10 minute wait. 5 minutes talking to doctor to get prescription.

completely garbage app, and possibly a scam. the provider had me wait 26 minutes past the appointment start time in a virtual "waiting room" only to completely cancel on me. I guess we'll see if I get billed.

I use this for video Dr visits, a lot time over 4G/5G, and it works great. This app works in conjunction with the Sydney Health (anthem blue cross) app for the video visit part of the whole thing. Be sure you have both your insurance company's app AND the LiveHealth App (where applicable). Stay Healthy and Live!

An absolute nightmare to use. I've used the service in a web browser, iOS and this android app. The service owners should eliminate the entire dev team and start over. Busted ui. Confusing language. Awful streaming quality. You should be ashamed to publish such an unpolished turd. I really need this platform to access healthcare and I wish it was created by competent designers and programmers. I'm terrified the backend is just as busted and my medical records will be snatched away.

My appointments are at my own desired time and I get to pick my own doctor and see their qualifications. It's a quick doctor's visit on my terms.

Great doctors and was having trouble with the app today and very nice and professional support staff walked me through and even gave me a reference number incase I ever have the problem again, also will call this week to see how it all went.

Doctors are NEVER online- it's a pointless app

I love this app. If I have a problem that I'm generally familiar with and I need say, antibiotics or something, this is where I turn. It's way easier than going to the ER or an urgent care center.
