Good

very difficult as lots of new vocab introduced with little repetition. too difficult for a 5 year old beginner. child could not complete the first exercise after the first story as all the words were new and had only been heard once. also my 5 year old cannot read yet in any language.

I just literally signed up for the trial. and I'm doing it for myself as a grown man because I think it's easier to learn the way that children do. when I go to the tutorial story I obtained the compass and I'm just stuck-what else do I do? I'm clicking everywhere on the screen and nothing's happening. plus the app has crashed a couple times. I was interested but it looks like I'm going to delete it and cancel.

a few sexual innuendos in the first lessons

great app

My eight year old is finally learning Spanish! This app is much more engaging for her than Studycat.

Nice learning Spanish

You can't do anything until you register for a 7 day free trial that renews automatically.

The app is just an advertisement and is unusable with no real functionality. You will learn nothing and just be bombarded with an ad by the founder that never ends.

very good customer service and I want to see more about the app

after subscribing the app crashes both on tablet and phone

I would give it a zero if I could, just the first lesson is failing to load the sound, what a rubbish app

There are a couple of functions that are no longer working like "changing the language" setting. My son is frustrated because all the starts from the mini games are gone and won't save anymore. Also, the ship from level 1 is no longer visible. It was working yesterday but today nothing seems to work.

It's a good game for kids.

It stayed on what I assume was the loading screen for half an hour before I gave up

Fun to learn with!

You cannot do anything on this app without a subscription. Stupid app. This needs to be listed as a not free app a d be transparent about it being subscription based.

my only dislike is that if you go back a page or more you have to redo each of the pages before going back to where you left off

If your app REQUIRES a subscription, you should tell me that before I waste my time downloading it.

I'm 71 and I spent an hour with Fabulinga last night and learned more in that hour than I have in the last several months on Duolingo and had a blast making such progress. Might be for kids but I believe it will work for us seasoned folks, too. Thank you for a great program. Update: I continue to have great success with Fabulinga. Highly recommended - and not just for kids.

after I got it to download it showed a black screen and didn't go on the screen to learn I was trying to learn how to speak Spanish because I want to be able to talk to my friends who speak Spanish but it will not work for me and on top of that it asked me to pay for it 😡

Me gusta que sea didáctico, además de que las historias son muy entretenidas

I can't subcribe it causes error when I click subcribe I setted my check card for subcribing and clicked subcribing button but it send me message error. maybe because my card or my country? very fascinating story based language learning game. I am really willing to play this game and learning some Spanish. Help me.

Normally we try to avoid subscriptions just because the cost begins to add up so quickly. But I have been SO impressed with Fabulingua. I have explored lots of resources to teach my kids Spanish and this is one that is effective, engaging, and fun. I love that I can turn the translations off for my kids, or there is the option to leave them on for people that are beginning to learn Spanish. And I love the whole philosophy of teaching Spanish through stories. Thanks for making such a good app.

Despise the practice of forcing people to register for an account only to discover that the game is subscription only. If they were clear and honest from the get go I would not of bothered wasting time installing

Required a subscription, makes it seem like the app is mostly free when olny a 7 day trial is given.

Forces you to make an account and then immediately charges you.

App says I already have an account. Uninstaller and reinstalled. Issue still occurred

Update The app seems to be working better. Sometimes, it freezes but is definitely better. I am in communication with Leslie. She has been great to work with, and if I have any issues, I know I can count on he The app seems to be very good for kids. My oldest liked it, but we were having a lot of technical issues. It would freeze, and the screen would turn dark. I unsubscribed because it was very annoying. I even uninstall and install the app many times to see if that would work, but it didn't.

Our kids enjoy the app, however we have to reinstall it at least three times a week because it fails to load. Really a pain for an app we are paying for....

Engaging

Is there only one map? I paid for a yearly subscription a couple of months ago, and my son has completed the map.. I'm confused why I paid a yearly subscription for one map.

My kids (9&12) love this app. We originally had problems with the app going to a black screen when trying to open it, even after following instructions on the website. However, their customer service is fantastic. Leslie and the team worked tirelessly until it was fixed. They went above and beyond to help, and were kind and courteous, which is so hard to find these days and means a lot to me. The app is engaging, fun, allows 6 profiles for large families, all while teaching a second language!

Freezes on black screen every time I open it

Amazing

Used to love this app. When they changed the format they charged me a yearly subscription fee. Then, they continued to charge me the monthly fee! I have been paying double and when I contacted them for a refund I got no response! On top of that, the app no longer works, just opens to a black screen.

Modifying my review from one stars to five. The response to my initial review and the challenges I was experiencing was immediate and engaging. The issue has been resolved. My daughter loves the app. Thank you!

Thought this was a free app, but you need to pay a subscription fee

A Homeschool Must-Have! In our homeschool, FabuLingua is a game-changer. Engaging stories, comprehensible input, and interactive gameplay make it the perfect tool for introducing Spanish. It's stress-free, respects the silent period, and promotes natural language acquisition. Our language learning journey just got a 5-star boost!

After the update i have to Uninstall and reinstall every single day. So annoying cause you have to put user names and passwords and is time consuming

Not worth the 10 bucks a month.

Just downloaded the app and tried to play but when I click on the ears for the first lesson, the app gets stuck on the loading screen. Havent even started and its already giving problems

Not a parent. This not just for kids. I really like the app myself. The matching the word to the article was a little annoying cuz the word coming down would move on its own and go to the wrong article. Also I could not validate my email. It gave me the 404 page not found. I like how the story is read back you in your own voice. That's pretty neat. Oh and please do other languages

Downloaded this to help my kids with Spanish since I can't teach them as much as I'd like to and I set up created a new account but it won't let us log into it said it's an invalid email so we tried another email and still the same thing can't even get passed the creat an account and login needs to be fixed

This is a nice app. Just super dissapointed I can't keep learning further. I really want to continue my pathway with it.

I tried to set a password, but keep getting an error message. Very frustrating. Can't subscribe.

Fun app that the kids like but the new release has some issues. My son is so upset he doesn't want to use it anymore. We went through the transition from old app to new update but now after a month or so the app reset all the profiles. I had just updated our tablet software and now the app profiles are back to the start. My son lost all the progress he made. Tried logging out and signing back in, no good. The kids are ready to quit with it.

What is my son supposed to do with stickers and cards (which he has to rewin because the update deleted his six months worth of sticker collection) when you launched the new app unfinished? There's no minigames to use them in so the rewards have no value and my son doesn't like this new app. Kids aren't allowed to turn in unfinished assignments and you shouldn't charge for unfinished apps. :( why destroy our old accounts when you're not even ready?

Fantastic app & customer service! They helped me very quickly when I ran into an issue getting an update (because of an errot on my part!) They were super kind (and fast!) in helping me fix my mistake and my eldest is absolutely loving playing on the new updated app! Highly recommend!

Exceptional. Totally awesome. A bit buggy on some stories, when we find we can't progress.

Nice

Highly Recommend! Great stories. Well developped app. Supierior customer support too 😀

This is the best app my 3 year old daughter knows so much Spanish now!!

Beautiful app, great stories and great way to learn Spanish. My child loves it! I also love the fact that you can try the first level without signing up (unlike most other subscription apps) - this shows me an honest company whose services I am willing to spend my money on! Thank you 😊

My six year old loves this app. And I feel it is a wonderful, engaging way to begin learn Spanish. The story reading style and activities are perfect support for learning new vocabulary. We were disappointed when the free version became limited to one story and there are no lite versions that make the program affordable to us. Maybe as she gets older.

Me encanta!

It's fantabulous, I want more like this app😍

Great free app that reads interactive stories to my 3 year old. This story app makes practicing English to Spanish or Spanish to English very easy and fun for my toddler.

Love it!!! My fav way to learn language. Totally enjoy it as an adult

My kindergarten is is a bilingual school. whatever she is not reading and writing like my second grader is. So this app is great for her.

So easy and fun even for an adult! My daughter had a great time while learning with this app.

100% recommend. You can feel the love and spirit that created a magical world of learning for our children. My daughter is learning Spanish so fast without even realizing it. Her accent is perfect without any input from us. I can't say enough about the people behind this app.

When I first had it it was great. I had to uninstall my app and now it will not allow me to reinstall it. It my have some parts of the app previously left on my phone blocking the redownload or something idk. But I'm quite irritated I cannote download it. It was such a good app too. Smh

Tried to download app, when I open app it says download failed there are missing files and redownload app. I did that twice and got same message twice.

Vert helpful. My son definitely loves this app. Please can someone tell me if it's worth it to have a annual plan? Are there any new stories to keep the kids entertained for a so long time? Thank you

This is how I wish I had learned Spanish. The stories are so cute, the games are fun, and the sense of progress will keep you coming back for more. I can't believe how much there is to do!

Visually stimulating. My 12yo is learning Spanish this year so wanted to explore what is out there. This was one of my favorites, not only for the lessons but also the craftwork of the design. See for yourself!

This app is a better approach to language learning. Anyone with children knows that picture books are a great tool for language aquisition. This app takes that philosophy and uses it to teach a second language in a format that is fun and engaging.

Fun, relevant, and engaging!

Fabuligua is fabuloso. What a great tool to get the kids not only interested, but actually learning Spanish.

My kids and I absolutely love this app. It's so much fun for us to do together. We all have put own profiles so that we can learn at our own pace. This is definitely worth our time. I've been telling all my friends about it :)

The stories are very engaging and the art is amazing!

Unique experience, highly recommended! My kids loved it!

Great app for learning beginner Spanish, with numbers and basic vocabulary! Fully narrated, animations, and cute drawings. My kids love it!
