very bad service. reported multiple complaints several times but never refunded or compensated. Just send apology note. recommend to everyone don't use this app, instead use jahez, noon, or ninja, or to you. they are much better and customer caring apps.

قدمت شكوى بخصوص مندوب حرامي حصل قيمة طلب مدفوع بالبطاقة وما تجاوبوا معي بحجة انهم غير مسئولين عن الخطأ، الشركة التي تعين سارقين وتتنصل من سلوكهم لا تستحق أن أكمل معها، تم حذف البرنامج والغاء التعامل معهم نهائيا.

Terrible Customer Service & Inadequate Compensation ​I had a awful experience with this app. The delivery was severely delayed, and when my order arrived, the food was spilled and ruined. Instead of offering a full refund for an unpalatable meal, customer support only gave me a 10 AED voucher. ​Unlike other delivery platforms that value their users and resolve serious issues promptly, this service completely fails to address real problems. I am deleting the app and will never use it again

ياجماعة تاكدوا من طلباتكم ، انا وصلني الطلب ناقص كرتون دجاج التنمية وبلغت ولا احد عندك.

يوجد خلل في التطبيق حيث أصبح يضع مناطق خارج منطقة التوصيل مع أنها مسبقا مغطاة وعند تغيير موقع الاستلام إلى مكان قريب في الحي المجاور (مئات الأمتار فقط) تعود الخاصية .. تم الشرح للدعم الفني في التطبيق لكن يبدوا ان مستوى الغباء لديهم منعهم من الفهم .. وقد تكون الحركة مقصودة من تقنية المعلومات لدى كيتا للاضرار بالطبيق لأن ذلك يستثنى الاف الطلبات يوميا (المشكلة بالتحديد في الخبر عند الجيران في الحي جميعا) .. المقصود من هذا التقييم تنبيه المسؤل في كيتا وعند إصلاح التطبيق يتم الحذف .

Going on the long way with keeta, the service become worst. I ordered from t grill. I live in farwaniya, there is a branch in farwaniya. but the delivery they give 1 hr 30mins. we will die in hunger. I will never ever use this app again. I hate keeta services.

one time used first and last. order something came missing items . they take me back and forth with calls trying to convince me to take the order missing without the missing items and even i requested to cancel the order and refund for the whole order simply as i dont like to wait another 20 min for one item to arrive or have my dinner with missing drink and they just gave me so much headache refusing to refund me .. felt like am being scammed by force.

Ordered for dinner at 8:10pm. After the payment was made you notice that the delivery is at 9:47 pm. Such delays should be stated before you make the payment giving customers a choice to go ahead or not. Immediately, I wrote to customer service to cancel the order. They came back saying it could not be cancelled. Not wanting to wait for nearly and hour and a half, I ordered from another restaurant on another app. Removed Keta App from my phone.

Cheeted with pricing, I reorder somthing 27, they charge me 45

Após pagar o pedido, o prazo de entrega é adiado, inclusive mais de uma vez. O Keeta oferece um cupom se chegar atrasado, mas adiando a entrega também adiam o prazo máximo para receber o cupom. Você escolhe a refeição de acordo com a sua disponibilidade de tempo para almoçar/jantar/lanchar, mas hoje fiquei sem almoço porque o prazo foi adiado 2 vezes e quando chegou eu não podia mais almoçar. Não recomendo essa experiência a ninguém.

I am genuinely surprised by many of these reviews. They feel distinctly malicious and aimed at defaming the company. I suspect that the people leaving one-star ratings have either never ordered from Keeta or are using fake accounts. While I can't speak for other countries, based on my experience in Kuwait, Keeta is by far the best delivery service.

Extremely Poor. Absolutely terrible experience with Keeta. Mv orders are constantly delaved, riders keep getting changed, and I have ended up waiting more than two hours for an order. Terrible service — missing items and delays! Keeta is frustrating and unreliable. Twice I’ve ordered, and both times items were missing on top of delayed deliveries. Instead of enjoying a long-awaited meal, you are stressed by a awful experience. Their fix is to refund only a small portion of your payment. You shouldn't have to tell drivers to check orders before delivery just to get what you paid for. Very bad quality control. I do not recommend this app!

Horrible experience with Keeta! Twice,my orders arrived late with missing items. Worst customer care.

I had a very bad experience with the app and service. My order was missing items. Normally i would go to a support service to resolve it. In keeta there is no support at all. There is only a bot repeating: "I am sorry you are having a bad experience", " I know how frustrating it is". No chance to get connected to a human agent. After 2h the chat just closed. Avoid you were warned!

now days I'm facing a bug /issue whenever I'm trying to open app is not working and after few seconds it's going back to main screen and asking me to close the app

the worst customer service ever.. they forced to close the case while i received burnt damaged food with no refund but only as "escalation".. it used to be better .. btw spoken to 3 different agents and all have provided the same resolution which indicates a pre agreed resolution and delay of refund process deliberately.. the customer is not a priority now .. this app has one of the trashiest customer support i have ever dealt with in my life! for one, my order has not been deleviered at all, no picture sent to me, and the customer support has the audacity in saying they have a picture taken and they are able to see it. when i requested for the picture, they said this is a feature not available in their chat system, even though i am able to send pictures to the support... my experience has been very frustrating and time waste was beyond acceptable

My order was contaminated with and by that I mean there was a literal strand of HAIR IN MY FOOD, I reached out to contact customer service; they said they'd look into it and after a literal minute i got a notification that the "session ended due to unresponsiveness". I tried again the day after that and they told me that there's nothing they can do about it and that they "sincerely apologize & hope it doesnt happen again" thats all I got from them. No refund or credit. do NOT download this app.
