Had been using bookipi for 2years. Recently Http500 issue continue happening for 2months without any further notice or update. All customer and using couldn't do any update in system, and yet the team member not proactive enough to update user time to time. An app without update or fix the bug for the app for 2months.. Is disappointing.

Thank you for your response and explanation on how to reach the 'copy invoice' option. It is appreciated. However I have used your product for years as a very small emerging business, and the original marketing for your product was "Always Forever Free". Now 3 free invoices per month??? That is a joke and a waste of time for anyone. Thank you for providing me the headache of now having to migrate to another platform.

Update: the issue of pointer & numbering options not available while keyboard is up in the note section has been resolved (for android users). Bookipi team has been effective in communicating and resolving issues. Thanks!

the app used to work.. now that is forced a paid subscription to use it dont work properly.. i have old invoices that won't archive or delete.. the app is very flow and load alot or just freeze and need to be closed and reopened alot now.. good app went very bad.. last month using it.. already deleted my subscription

App is not updating payments or archiving fully paid invoices. Can only archive paid invoices and can't archive outstanding ones, deleting is only option. App was able to archive before.

Is there a way to get the old version back?

Great app, however printing receipts uses a tiny font. Would like to see larger fonts used.

Terrible app experience, with every update making it worst. Extremely slow, every step taking 3-5 clicks for it to respond, archiving, unarchiving invoices at will, recently invoices missing. doing every possible troubleshooting to no resolve. A paid app should not stuff up like this. UPDATE DATED 27/08 The app is still unusable, all invoices missing past 23rd of August. I have my live data thing on, during the lengthy process of creating a single invoice the app uses big chunks of data.

Awesome app... But, struggling with a bug where the saved invoice does not want to open to be sent to clients. Have to restart my phone to get it to worked. Yes, my app is updated. Other than that, never complained about the app, just after the last update.

Bookipi is the best of the estimate/invoicing apps, and ive spent thousands trying multiple others. It is the cheapest and produces some of the most clean and professional looking estimates and invoices. I recently experienced a rather annoying bug and Grace (yes, a REAL PERSON) with the customer service team reached out and went out of her way to not only report the problem to the developer team WITH screen recordings she directed me to take, but also gave me a work around for the meantime.

I'm a paid subscriber. This app is generally good but now since their recent updates I can't get to the "print" feature as easy as I used to. It seems that the only way to get the "print" option to show up is to go in and change something to the saved invoice. And even then the option to print only shows up half of the time. This is Extremely frustrating!! This app NEEDS to get this fixed immediately or it's going to lose me as a paid subscriber.

New updatr does not allow us to easily record partial payment as it was before! Kindly return the option of partial payment recording

Been using this app for a while and pay the subscription fee yet with every update it just gets worse and nothing get resolved, paid invoiced come back as unpaid the app freezes constantly, i stopped my subscription and changing to a different app.

I use the app for my contracting business and I love it. I send invoices and the customer pays through the invoice. my customers have said they like the fact they can pay and get a receipt immediately without having to write a check or going to the bank.

i am using this app from long time. it was great easy app untill they made new updates that is very complex.

every time they update this app the functionality changes it breaks my workflow or the app starts causing errors that they don't have fixes for right away. I've been a customer for nearly five years and I've had it. update. 8/20..not true. your "fix" was incomplete and caused 2 more issues that your support team sent over to you. i have submitted screen recordings to your support. update 8/22. yesterday's "fix" was also incomplete. I recorded a payment on an invoice and it stayed unarchived.

So confusing since new update, I paid $ 11.99 a month, which is fine when it was easier to use, but now it's so confusing. Trying to write and send an invoice takes double the time. If it's not changed or sorted out soon, I'll be looking for another alternative, its ashame as it was a really good app, but now its time consuming and frustrating to use. I dont understand why they have messed around with the layout of the app

Everytime after a update there will be issues. Some are so bad it changes the content of the invoices. I don't even mind paying Beacuse it started if so we'll the app. Now with subscription is worst. The latest one has bug and it limit 50 items max on one invoice suddenly and i am stuck having to create 2 invoices for a single order and they reply can't be help. Trying bring an item from below up after the upgrade. It will shoot all e way to the first item after it reached the top of the page.

I deleted this app today after using it for 4 years. The latest update has completely changed everything. it honestly feels like I'm using a totally different app. The interface and workflow have changed so dramatically that it's become frustrating and, in my opinion, a huge step backwards. I have no interest in using it anymore after such a disappointing update.

AVOID. Use anything other than this terrible app. Permanent updates to make it worse. Can't even add more than 50 items on a document anymore.

I've used this app for years and since they have changed there platform and joined with stripe I have hardly used it. it's confusing and complicated im going to start looking for something more user friendly and someone who actually have a person to talk to when you have a problem or have money in a account and want to withdraw it and there's no way to get help.

This is my go to invoice app. The price isn't too bad for what you get. As updates are done the app seems to be more reliable. My 3* is now 5*

I've been using the app for a few years now. and have never experienced any problems until now. mind you ut used to be free and then the monthly subscription is R280 which I've been paying when I needed the app. but this month I paid for my monthly subscription and she it shows next payment due in July . but I cannot make any invoices or estimates its quite frustrating really I've emailed support and received no response its now day 3 and I'm yet to here from someone.

You enter their system as a friendly free to use then get blocked behind a paywall with their ridiculous pricing. atleast make it affordable for us small businesses already struggling.

So it did improve in most of the functions coming back. So useful in those ways! Couple things I'd like to ask for is: when you click on the search icon, your keyboard would pop up and be immediately ready to print. : be available to go into landscape on tablet for sure. :also to enlarge the fonts. can't read alot of it on my phone without magnifying. Thanks for some of the most recent updates that took care of editing invoices and abilities that cater to business services and not just items!

Very impressed with Bookipi. Very easy to understand. Had no issues. Edit: this app is no longer free. £120 for the year. I paid it last year as felt like I had no choice. This year, as it was about to expire, they sent me an email saying 23% off if you use the website instead of the app. when I go onto website and click on subscription, it freezes. tried it a few times and the same thing happens. it'll let me pay the full price on the app 🙄 so what they offer is all lies.

app is good except you cannot save or send multiple invoices at once. ALSO had 2 unauthorised payments from this company and haven't received feedback from them since. that is 2 unauthorised payments on a bank account not linked to the app or used ever in the app. so unprofessional no replies. mind you the bank account is not even mine. also an outrageous amount that there is no evidence on in the app or in my google account. only on my banking app

its a decent record keeper, been using it for years. but photos aren't kept clear and legible through their app alone. making me feel not safe if it ever came to being audited. it shouldn't be too hard to keep a secure record for the ATO and not you to have to do extra record keeping on the side, it's what people what with these apps and not worth now $200 once you become a loyal customer

This app used to be a reliable tool, but the recent updates are a major letdown. Even though they already force a **watermark** on every documents essentially using our clients for free advertising they have now capped generation at just **3 invoices per day**. Restricting a business tool this heavily makes it nearly useless for daily operations. It’s greedy to demand more money while still cluttering our professional output with their branding. I’ll be looking for a better alternative.

Worst experience EVER i paid subscription fee for a year and it was once off today i received a message from the bank they reserved R2699.99 which i havent gave my consent cos I only paid a ONCE OFF subscription for a year. this app works well but there is a lot of GLITCHES as it needs to be upgraded daily.

First off there are so many fake reviews here. Was really good, used it for years and would happily have paid a small amount each month to use it however them suddenly locking everything behind an extortionate paywall just to fill the app with ai slop means I'll never use it again. Go download Zoho instead, that's where my business has gone.

I have a paid subscription for this, and now, for some reason, every time I go to make an invoice, it says I need to pay for a subscription when I already have one. If this does not get fixed soon, as I have a backlog of invoices to send, I will be moving on to another app.

app worked great especially free version for first few years. so I decided I liked it enough to pay for it. app freezes up over past few months will not allow me to make an invoice or add customer so I deleted account and had to order new bank card to stop the reoccurring charges due to no customer service availability

Newest update makes app almost impossible to use. Several UI bugs. Can't accurately send documents as Samsung UI (bottom 3 buttons specifically) interfere with sending options. Clicking, "save" at top right of document opens printing application. Have to continuously close app out to get features to work. I understand charging for the subscription being beneficial to the company overall. But with all the new changes, the app was definitely easier to use when it was free.

So i went into chat to ask a question and found my answer but now a blank screen comes up where the chat box was located. Problem is that it doesn't turn off and has a message saying, Can't connect. Tried turning off laptop, signing out and back in. Nothing works and when i go back in blank screen is the first to appear. What gives???

This app worked perfectly for me before I subscribed. After subscribing it started freezing. I have to close the app in the middle on invoicing and restart. I could not use it without subscribing.

Its been inconvenient since months ago .. Constant app crashes during usage.. Not much point being a paying subscriber... Only works well on Windows through the website.. The app however sucks.. Its bewildering that they dont give an axx about it... Will definitely port out soon of not resolved.. And yes.. Ive shared videos to their so called support few times but no replies... It used to be good, reliable, now ots a mess, app developed by incompetent people.. Infuriating!

I have been experiencing issues when recording payment for a number of days now. Technical support has been limited - initially involved, followed by silence over the last number of days, despite my repeated following up. The issues have persisted, causing a lot of confusion for my clients. I really want to continue to like this app, as it had generally served me well, but recent lack of resolution is prompting me to consider alternatives. Update: No resolution received as of yet.

Got quite a few bugs in the past couple of months... just wish they could fix it properly for a change.

The app repeatedly crashes and displays an error message whenever I try to attach an image to an invoice, which is significantly disrupting my workflow. Attaching images is an essential part of creating accurate invoices, so this issue is unacceptable, particularly as I am paying for the service. I would appreciate this being investigated and resolved as a priority, and I am happy to provide further details if required.

am a paid user, from 5th Jan till now as of 27 Feb, the app still hangs and is unable to be used. do not use or pay for this app, has problem creating invoice. their support just tells you to use the web version which is ridiculous as I've paid for the mobile app via android Google play store. they will not refund or offer any compensation to my subscription, what a bunch of lying cheating scammers, do not use.
