My friend hago id is 9 figure. In my hago account his id is not searchable. There is no customer support available in hago app for issue resolution. There are just common issues discussed in hago help. I would love to give 5 star if my issue resolve. I emailed (18/07/2026) and didn't received any response. 20/07/2026 I received email from hago team. Issue not resolved. And there is no any comment about adding friends having 9 figures ID.

Bad overall. The microphone often cannot be turned off at all. The online status can sometimes lie. I was being accused of deliberately ignoring my friend because my profile keeps showing that I am online even when I am offline. I even made an alternative account from another device and forced stop the app in my main device, yet it keeps showing that I am online.

can you remove the laughing emoji it's like promoting bullying even in games especially if the other team wins and has to eliminate the other laughing emoji is so annoying and bullies the other. it doesn't help even if this is a game.

My big concern with this app is that after every game there comes an ad. I have used this app for quite a while now, over 6 years now. It has always functioned very well and to my liking, now after coming back, it's a change kinda difficult to get used to. We understand it is a monetization strategy, but wouldn't it be better to stick to the harmless little ads that show on like the sides, or even the middle of the top screen. Tried this app out. Giving it a 1. Here's why. Right when I created my account I opened my messages on the app, random people/bots. They all texted me at the same time right when I created my account. They automatically chose my friends and told me to hang out with them. Eversince I updated the app, there has been a lot of ads, and when I say a lot, I MEAN DISTURBING ADS already. I liked it before but nos? It's a headache. ADS EVERWHERE. From the time I open the app, i open a game, before the game started, while playing the game, when the game's over, before I claim game rewards, ADS everywhere. This BOOOOOOO!!

Too many ads when you navigate the interface. You should show ads only when there's a button indicating that clicking it will require us to view an ad. For example, require the user to watch ad to double a reward. Also, there's no daily live tasks that can be accumulated to be withdrawn to cash later like other apps have. This app has a very cool concept... It is executed fairly well, but still confusing. Whenever I go to the home page to browse for channels or chat rooms... almost all of them are in Spanish (and or) not in English. I have no idea why that is, since I don't see any specific setting for "only show Spanish". I had to unfortunately uninstall, as the application does not benefit English speakers much.

The notifications are the absolute worst. I also can't get rid of them unless I turn off notifications for the app completely, otherwise they're just stuck in my notifications bar. And it looks suspicious the way the notifications are worded as if it's a dating app. My husband and I both get annoyed by the notifications I receive, especially the fact that I can't swipe to get rid of them.

The farmer is constantly interrupting to force your next move. There should be a "skip" option. I don't need the tutorial. This game is like all the similar games. The farmer is so annoying that I can't play a type of game I enjoy playing. So I won't be playing it anymore. Just saying.

it was an awfull experience, it is not intended for gaming, is intended for social exchanges. Is filled with photos and spam and bots trying to talk to you. I joined with a long distance friend to play, since Poko has been shutdown, and we couldn't play, we tried everything and the only thing we could do was chat. Even the invitation link we sent eachother to whatsapp through the in-app sharing option didn't work, is just redirected to an empty page inside the app. Clickbait, don't install.

The main issue that's really bugging me is the annoying notification pop up. Even though I've turned off the notifications through the game and my phone setting, it keeps popping up. When I invited 2 friends I still can't withdraw and I don't know why....they Downloaded the app using My Link but still I can't withdraw...the "Invitation Code" button/something like that also didn't pop up so that they can put my Invitation Code....Well on the other hand...it's not necessary because they Downloaded my link.... This is a great app for having fun. I used your app every single day I don't have any problems with the game. However I can't withdraw my money in the money tree game. I invited two of my friends but I'm not getting any credit/money. But the referral section has my history of referral. And lastly I can't withdraw it? Finally accepted my phone code, easy to set up a profile, lots of users, but my country not listed. Experienced random contact from others with expiring game invites, the app has a social media type wall, games that look downloaded rather than entered in to play, and publishes your exact geolocation which's a huge privacy concern, on-top of inability to easily delete my account instead having to go via the intra-app feedback, all makes it not worth keeping.

Decent set of games. I mostly play Gin Rummy. Their version of Reversi is not a good one; it skips a player's turn, if a short timer runs out. That changes to whole dynamic of how the game is supposed to play out. Instead, it should be a longer timer that causes the player to lose the whole game if it runs out. If they change Reversi and add games like Backgammon I would play more. The biggest problem though is the high battery usage. And it's suspicious how much this app runs in the background.

Can not play with my Facebook friends. Tried entering user ID, tried making a room , tried every possible way. All that happens is that alot of notifications will be made. Even if you force stop the notifications it will still give notifications. The most annoying thing is that i downloaded it to play with my friends and I am not able to do it. Though the app is good. So many games to play. I play hexagon fight and helix tower the most. In Helix tower when you jump to more points it gives vibration sound which is annoying and embarrassing while people are around you. It keeps on vibrating. In Rummy Coins not credit after my winnings several times ..in my last rummy i have earned 79k coins then its not credited to my account. I miss around 2lacks of coins on my Rummy game after this app update. And some times 3rd group of cards are missing on the screen. Before your latest update there is no this kind of issues. It has a new bug in the latest version of the game. In some games I can't see what I'm typing in chat it doesn't appear. I tried reinstalling but it didn't work then I asked other's in the game if they experienced the same bug they said yes then I gave feedback about the bug too but you didn't responded. I have reported my issue regarding redeeming money. First it was showing to invite a friend so I have sent invitations to my friends and they have installed later they can't enter the invitation code.First time i wasn't sure that they tried to enter the code within 24 hours.So 2&3 time i made sure they install app and enter the invitation code within 24hrs.To my surprise 😲 it was not showing. I have even contacted help desk which is of no use.They send the same default replies. pathetic suppor.

Worst app ever. after downloading the app automatically it will start to hang your app. When we play games it while show that you lose even before starting the game. It's a great application but there's some bugs need to be solved like voice call. Playing and calling at same time is super hard in fact while u talking and playing the voice gets mixed up and the tune of game is super high so u cannot hear your opponent voice as well just need to clear voice call otherwise it's a fab. Notifications are rubbish , can't remove them from the he notification bar and it consumes a lot of battery from the background and you don't win any prizes for sure , had this for 8 months now and no results, you can get hell lot of coins but it won't be any good. The new LUDO update is soo stupid. Everytime you cut the other person or reach in the house, the whole game zooms in your face so fast, it gives you headache instantly. Honestly, the game is good. But there're so much bug and always make u lose. Especially carrom II. The pucks can't even being touch, like it was invisible. Ammmazing app and the games are addictive and keep you on the edge if the opponent has the same skill level. This app, on its own, deserves 5 start. But just like every other app out there, there are some guys who probably want to meet girls here and they disconnect from playing after finding out its a guy on the other end and its sooo annoying !

Everything in the game is fine, the problem is that in some games, we need a lot of player, and mostly they are not online, I already download this game for quite long, and still have not play some games. One of the game called nyan cat, wich is like flappy bird, just kept on irritating me. Everytime I get a present, either it is empty, or the caracter I already have. It is just too annoying for me. Do not blame me, I love flappy bird and nyan cat, but at least fix the presents u give.......

A very bad app. You will think it is good but it is a kind of virus or something. It downloads several unwanted files in phone that are not even removed after uninstalling the app. I wants access to our information. Pls do not download this game. If you have uninstalled the app then please also delete the remaining files from your file manager. There maybe several folders or such folders can even be inside other folders that too of different apps. If is very dangerous app.

Some of questions in the game do not match the actual answer. You need to deeply research for the the answers. Maintenance is very necessary, not only increases the number of games but also to fix trivial problems like this. It would be better if knowledge could be obtained by playing games and of course with the correct answers. Cause many kids are play within. Thank in advance, I hope it will be fixed soon.

Hey developers, Can you please allow people to get added to account by the unique id provided by you guys. I can't add my friend, he is connected on fb and lives in foreign country. I cannot add him on this gaming application. Can you please allow users too add frnd which are at far distance from us or at least allow to play with fb frnds. or you guys may make update to play with frnds using unique ID.

Hello, I'm from Indonesia. I'm a hago user since a few months ago. I have one problem, in my area, the mic feature isn't used properly, some men use it to disturb women when the game starts and I don't turn on the mic, my opponent will immediately exit the game, they just want to play with the girl who turned on the mic, annoyed and that happens a lot. I suggest blocking a few minutes after the user cancels the game 3 times. for me, I just want to play a game. I beg your commitment for it. thx:)

This is a very bad game ,it provides many different types of games but sometimes you can lose or win without playing with your opponents ,this game is having very bad controls and features. Sometimes it pause in the middle of the game and shows that you lose and your opponent wins.And please don't download it. I think it is hacked.

This has been one of the best app I've used. It has numerous mini games almost all of which are quite addictive. This might be the first time I'm giving a 5 star for an application coz I always find some or the other problem in most of the apps. Moreover this app has very few in game purchases which means almost all the games are free to play. However if u wish to grow faster in the games, u could use some in game purchases. Over all, a lovely app.

Halo, It's nice to use your app. you guys doing great job for all the updates especially for the addition of some game. unfortunately the update is not that good from the perspective of user's account safety. Recently my friend's account have been copied to another account which use photos it stole from the original account and use the same name, except the bio that written in it is saying horrible thing that she isn't (the fake account said that she is a prostitute).

It has lots of error. Sometimes when we won the game, in the end the game says we lose for no reason. Very weird. So weird. It's the weirdest games app ever. The other problem is sometimes when a game run like usual but for no reason it stops and suddenly we lose. ISN'T THAT WEIRD PEOPLE?!! for god's sake it is very annoying when you win a game, but suddenly you lose. Confuse? I know, right?

Lots of good things abt d game - 1. Contains lots of mini games. So all the games are in one platform. Moreover, classic games like monopoly, rummy, ludo, snakes and ladders, carrom, tic-tac-toe, etc are all present here and u dont need to separately download other apps 2. Can play these games with frnds & make new frnds very easily 3. The developers keep coming up wid new games update 4. The games can be played on the go. The timer in the games makes it more competitive for players Over all👍

I love this app. It has some multiplayer games which are quite fun. And the chatting groups are quite friendly too. I give it 5stars because it is simply great (with extremely minor bugs like grammar errors). And the feature where you can find newrby people is awesome too. I actually made some friends who stay near me, because of this app.

Hago is a bunch of games, it's a great platform for gamers and for people who are looking for new friends.. great work from developers.. Please provide silent mode option in this game, because I like to listen songs but while playing in hago the game sounds disturbing my music. So I'm getting irritation to use both hago and music app at a time... Please fix this issue as soon as possible.. thank you.

it seems like hago sponsered fake bot profiles (seemingly of real people), you can get few players, and invite them to any game any time.. they will accept yoyr invitation.. which seens highly improbable for humans.. i. e to be available 24/7 and accepting games.. on the positive side,the games are very intresting.. and the mic features is supereb. its just a good concept being implemented rather poorly.

I love how Hago keeps coming with new games. You can't get bored of all the games. You keep switching from Knife hit to Gold Miner to fruit master. There's a lovely variety. Great time killer. I would give a 5star if privacy is taken care of. There are too many creepy boys out there who keep messaging even in the middle of game and keep nagging to talk. Had to uninstall for this reason. I wish I could just play without any disturbance.

I'm kind of dissapointed. I'm so excited when I see Werewolf this game! I click inside but I find out people there using languages that I don't know, I couldn't understand their language and kinda feeling like being offended by other players when I use English. This game has rooms to improve, pls sort by languages for players to enter into a same room! Another problem is, I don't understand why this game allows other players to download your profile picture..thats all

I loved this game but after làst update it has become quite flawed. Specially "Tennis Go" game, Max times the ball is not visible and you lose. Not also that you have to play out of 2nd court which is not reachable. Please these issues also stop sending nonsense notification saying " a 19 year old girl want to play with you " this is suppose to be a social gaming app not a hookup app. Please arrange a way to stop these stupid notifications. Good for chatting and other stuff like playing games w friends but sometimes why am I playing with bots? I've met lots of em ingame. They have exactly same response time, predictable but accurate moves, and always asks for rematch at end of the match. And ofc they have numerous wins. I've read the review before i write this , some people had same complaint until now Hago Games hasn't fix this problem. What is this, a bot social simulator?

The app is good and games are also nice, only problem is that you can't pause any game, even the ones you play for world record games like block.. in fact if you somehow change from one network to another the game will exit which is the most annoying thing that I face almost daily.. so I can play this game if I am travelling.. which is bad.. I will give 5* only if they do something about it..
