my best app Google Photos

Google Photos is an absolute digital vampire I tried putting my phone in airplane mode to delete some photos directly from the cloud without touching my local device storage. Instead, Google Photos bypassed local safeguards, wiped the photos completely without putting them in the trash, and left them totally unrecoverable.

this is the worst app ever it took all my videos and photos uploaded them and took them out of every folder I had them in mixed them up and made it impossible to get back it just wanted to sell you more storage. I NEVER SAID TO UPLOAD MY PICS AND VIDEOS NOW I HAVE LOST A HEAP BECAUSE O COULDNT DOWNLOAD

it works outs

lacks edit tools that I need

very good evening dear

bad all around they take your photos and then they want to charge you to get your things back.

I like the photos that pop up from the past , they are a nice surprise.

nice 👍

Why try to FORCE me to upload my photos? I'll keep my photos on my sd card and backed up on my computer. Sort the uncloseble prompt telling me to upload. If you haven't released an update fixing the issue in 1 week i am deleting Google Photos app and will use a generic 3rd party photo app instead.

recently i texted that we need a separate locking gesture for locked folder

never wanted this app. My phone broke the gallery app and forced me to use this app. I never wanted it, the old app was pretty and this looks like corporate slip designed for farm my data. It's been nearly a year and I still resent it.

Good luck 🤞

This app was somehow bearable when there was 15 gbs of storage available. Now the latest update just sucks . My 15 gbs were full and I made a new Google account only to get 5 gbs of storage? Can you please explain this behaviour? You have taken basic free plan from the users with this update. Would not recommend to any new user ! P.S didn't get the answer to my question. How can I get 15 GBs basic feature ? still waiting for response.thanks!

Very good, photo is save and secured

when it goes wrong very hard to fix

Stop with the Gemini push, it's the worst AI agent available, it lies constantly, can't answer simple questions correctly, and can't find answers it's staring directly at. How is yahoo search smarter than Google's AI? The image generation is an absolute joke.

can't find anything now that they forced the update

BEWARE Just eat refusing a refund for food not received. Beware. They said it was left outside in a secure location. Where's the proof it was left in a secure location? I checked and nothing was left outside, il have to request a refund via my bank, absolutely appalling service, I called the restaurant and even the restaurant said the driver probably stole it and that it happens a lot. It's basically theft. Just eat clearly don't value long time customers with many many successful orders.

please app fast download installing

Everyone already knows Google Photos is the business!

You never lose pictures that were once in the phone

good

I only have one problem right now it's that whenever I open a app and I try to send a photo it doesn't show all of my gallery, I've checked the permissions and I put fully access but still doesn't show

I like

this an amazing app to have it gives you ideas on how to put all your family and friends together and make amazing memories come true 👍 ❤️

cool.

good

Complete garbage - bad UI, constant nagging to turn on backup and to connect to online storage, which I rejected multiple times. Every time I open this garbage, I keep getting harassed by popups.

Despite some backup problems now it just good enough.

good

you still haven't told me how to delete photos in my phone

this app is very useful and I enjoy how it's helped me when I need it. I can keep all my personal videos and photos right where I want, and it has always been my "go to" photo app.

fun

It's great!!

good

good system

well I'm sad

wow

Unusable update after update--persisting crashes, forces users to allow permissions to all photos and videos, constant nagging to enable backups (to fill online storage), failure to load shared albums....there are so many things broken with this app it's nearly useless. Google Photos has been getting worse and worse, with neverending crashes and no meaningful improvements.

Very user friendly

Love that keep up the good work Google you doing the good thing for the people to see their photos

very important app for your memory save

becareful backing up photos. if you back up your photos it will erase them from your internal storage and you wont have access to them through Pps like Instagram and WhatsApp. i am extremely annoyed with this
