ads can be ok but when it takes the same amount of time to show them they are not ok. also the timing to air the ads are poorly timed. I wouldn't recommend it.

Been a Vudi/FandangoAtHome user since 2012. I've purchased quite the collection of movies from Vudu/Fan and I have generally loved the app, I've used on several different device and the app has run great, not without a few hiccups of course, but recently I have been using Android TV Box and the most recent update on the Android app has made using FandangoAtHome app unuseable, they basically made it a touchscreen version type app for Android phone used and forgotten all about TV box users.

this app on TVs like Samsung and Vizio aren't functioning as advertised anymore. you can only view one strip of your purchased movies and one strip of your saved movies that you would like to purchase or rent later. the app still works as advertised but the TV version doesn't and that isn't gonna work for anyone.

I should be given the option to what tab I want the app to launch in. ever since the free tab was added it defaults to it so they hope you watch something and they get ad revenue. I don't use Fandango to watch ads. I use it to watch content I paid for. this company has lost the plot.

Cannot sign in anymore. Clicking sign in produces no result. email/password is correct. Also the "continue watching" feature is standard in every steaming service yet they still can't make it work. Y'all have had over a decade to fix the memory issues on continue watching.

Go-to streaming app, Fandango is. From "Vudu", to "_ at Home", to "_ Stream", whatever they wish to call it, Fandango has 98% of the movie and television titles out there. Not to mention a vast collection of those titles are available to stream in 4K UHD, compared to other streaming services.

I don't know what happened with this app but some of the screens now refuse to load fairly often really not a great shopping experience.

Never Remembers...I have TV shows I've purchased, but everytime I go back to watch, takes me to the very beginning, never remembers where I left off... all other aspects of the app are fine

i cant play 4k on any device, i dont even get the option, i rented 4k . very disappointing. its not an internet issue either, i can play 4k with any other streaming device no problem.

This App is completely amazing. You don't have to pay money per week or month. Better than watching free movies apps with annoying ads. And even though it can be a little pricey, this app is perfect to buy movies and TV shows for relaxation. As long as you're happy you have absolutely nothing to worry about. 🤩🤩🤩

This app worked great on my much older cell phone, and works great on Roku. However this runs like garbage on my Galaxy S25 Ultra. It's constantly frozen and I have to restart the app all the time. The developer needs to push out an update to make it more compatible with newer model Galaxy phones.

Very buggy app. No play from beginning button. Search feature disappeared and is no longer available while looking for new movies. I would actually have to try to make an app this bad.

I had previously bought & watched the NEW Adult Aang Avatar movie. Now I just watched: "Street Fighter II: The Animated Movie" for FREE! It was good, but there were ads though. Fandango has to make money somehow to keep going.

My library never shows in the mobile app. TV app works great shows all my purchased items. Mobile app shows correct # of items but never loads titles. Logout, login, restart, update, reinstall, nada.

A really good platform that doesn't require a subscription. You can watch a lot for free (with ads) and if you want no ads you rent or buy it. A lot of movies, however require a purchase. There is a free section on the app that you can go to and it will give you free things to watch, and some you can rent or buy for no ads. Overall a really good platform!!

When I press play the screen is white for 2-3 seconds before the movie loads and the same thing happens when I press pause then play again. The volume on my smart TV randomly goes to 100 when using this app as well. Sometimes the list of movies I own on the app won't show on the app unless I close the app and open it again as well.

horrible app! lazy devs can't even make the app retain how much you've watched/when stopped which happens a lot because this app forces you to watch 5+minutes of ads every 20 mins or so but half the time after the 7+ads are done playing suddenly the app tells you "cannot play due to not being able to play ads" so you have to restart and it starts from the beginning! then you have to watch the ads again! and then you have to seek to the spot you think you left at but then MORE ADS🏴‍☠️🏴‍☠️🏴‍☠

App works decently, & with the latest (forced) update, it doesn't seem to have those awkward moments where it refuses to register that you even have a library beyond the "My Downloads" list. However, the "Continue Watching" list is bugged, & you can remove only a single title from it before it glitches and refuses to remove any more, with even odds on it duplicating everything in the list as it does so. The mobile app used to be my preferred way of quickly clearing out titles, but not anymore.

I've been using this app since 2012 when it was VUDU, it's been my #1 app for digital movies. I love that I can share my account with family, & download my movies offline

The "Final Season" Cover Glitch: For complete series bundles, the app's algorithm frequently overrides the main series artwork and slaps the final season's poster (like Season 6 or Season 7) onto the main folder. It confuses users into thinking they only own that single season until they click into it.

The streaming service needs work. It buffers about 20 times per movie at least, while in SD, and that's not an exaggeration. My download speeds are great, I can have a 60Gb video game downloaded in less than an hour, but Fandango streaming is ridiculous.

I loved this app but since the last update I can no longer open it on my Amazon Firestick. I do not know why this happened, but if you cannot guarantee viewers can watch their own movies that they purchased then... what is the point of paying you for them? I can no longer use the app on my TV which is where I watched most of my content. Sad.

unable to watch HD video on Android tablet (streaming or downloaded). just an fyi, if you're planning on watching on the go. Tablet is a Lenovo Idea Tab 11, just purchased new. I've tried both the app, and via browser. The support website says that HD video is viewable via the Edge browser, but that was not possible for me - just received error messages.

I really hate how the bundles have been spread out. I want all movies in a series in one place. I purchased bundles for ease of use but now all the movies in a series are split up by title. want to look at the special features? good luck finding them. Who wants to scroll through hundreds of movies trying to find what name it is saved under? Whoever thought of this is a moron and must not use their own app personally

I call it my Famdango ❤️ App runs great. You can even watch movies from your browser which is a really cool when you don't have access to the app you can still sit back and chill with a good movie. They have a pretty good selection as well. So thumbs up 👍 from me. Keep up the good work Fandango or should I say #Famdango

Used to work. Now the app crashes for the simplest things like scrolling. Fandango has ruined this app and company. Bring back Vudu!

Load times and downloads are always an issue. No actual customer support and horrible automated systems to keep you busy while they ignore you.

Finally added 4k to Onn devices

Even though you can occasionally find some amazing deals on complete TV series, the viewing experience needs improvement. The service only updates your watch list if you leave an episode partially viewed. If you finish an episode and don't start the next episode, then the series is removed from your watch list. If you stop watching a series for a month it will be deleted from your watch list. There is no easy way to find where you left off, you have to remember the season you were on and look for the resume button among the episode list. Should just have a resume button on the intially series page at least. Using an nVidia Shield.

While casting to my TCL Google TV the volume keeps randomly resetting to mid range and making the volume 65 on my TV which is too loud. I keep it around 10-14.

apparently Google play as payment is no longer supported and if you use it expect to not watch the content you pay for. it takes 48 hours to show up in your library??? Customer support is useless as well. this is like going to a theater and buying a ticket for a movie playing now and having to come back 2 days later.

why can't I see my collections as collections any longer? those with different alphabetical titles do not group together as I like. please return the collections as they were.

upd keeps making me sign in, because it is forgetting my sign in info, on Roku, on Firestick... Then it tells me my password is incorrect. Odd, because I just changed it a few days ago. Fandago is a great platform to find movies you want to watch but can't find on YouTube or other free platforms. Definitely worth the money (not too pricey at that by the way)!

I have had this app since it was vudu. its a wonderful app but, the adds during the free movie section are terrible. The ads always time themselves at the best part of any movies. You need to change the add times. My only complaint.

4/13/24: Used to have this app on my old phone and it worked great. Have a new phone (still an android) and now suddenly the disc to digital doesn't work, which is the only reason I downloaded it. Looked on online forums and evidently this is a long-standing issue... 10/3/26: Update. This app is still awful. I have scanned the same barcode on disc to digital probably 15 times and it doesn't tell me it's unreadable or that the movie isn't available. It just restarts. Awful app.

The app is having loading issues all long! It won't load any of "My Library" This app is becoming a chronic issue. 1st you have a lot of trouble logging in despite all your steps to follow. They changed the layout, now i see ALL of the featuretts which makes for continuous scrolling. movies won't play and support days there is nothing they can do. Refund is an option and they say no.....

too many commercials during the poorly timed break

After mandatory latest update, all of my lists vanished. All was working g just fine before being forced to update, and now it's a burden rather than a help. Is there a way to reverse this terrible,unnecessary "update"?

The app is glitchy and prone to buffering even on a solid connection. it is so bad at times that it will reset to nearly the start of a viewing. and the completion tracking is a joke: I have completed movies or shows and it still says "watch now".

Despite 4 emails looking for a solution, I still don't have access to my movies purchased on Vudu. Fraud is a crime, guys.

This is one of my favorite streaming apps to purchase my content. I really hope they update support for Ankers Nebula devices (Access to 4K, Dolby Vision, HDR) as my family and I watch outdoor movies often.

I have you on PC and went to look at tickets and prices and you have a malware attached to your site. i went to the colorado blvd location. Just fyi... ill fix when you fix..

one of the worst places to own digital content. you can have fiber optic and it will still serve 4k content looking worse than hd and HDX movies looking like 320p. can't delete or clean up your library unless you talk to their customer service which is worse than having a conversation with AI. they give you free "4k upgrades" every now and then without giving you a 4k license that can port to places like movies anywhere or prime that can actually serve 4k content. there's a lot more. beware!

In my opinion, Fandango doesn’t care about the Android TV app. Contacted Fandango’s support about issues with UHD playback on ONN devices. They abandoned me after a week of emails & then they ghosted me for three weeks. I’m hesitant to buy from their platform. I feel like I've been lied to by Fandango’s customer service. I've had issues with them in the past. I hope they will update the look of the app & improve their service. Although the issue is now resolved, it took a long time to get here.

The latest up for Android and my Roku sucks. I don't need everything listed out separately. It makes is very difficult to find titles in my library. plus the cc doesn't stay on.

I love the free movies they have, and the sales they have for bundles and individual films every other day.

Start screenshotting your movie purchases! I hopped on just now and they have deleted a movie from my purchases. I had 202 movies, today I only have 201. I didn't delete any. And there is no way to look up purchase history of movies/shows. Criminals.

I love Fandango because it allows me to watch my Favorite movies and TV show (Person of Interest) over and over again 🙃. Yes I purchased every season. But You also have the option to rent movies and have 24 hrs. to watch as many times you want.

It would have gotten 5 stars if not for the fact that on tablets and on my mini-projector the only resolution available is SD. If you guys can up the resolution to HDX on these devices that would be great. Another way to improve the app would be to including an option to sort movies via country of origin, original language, and/or studio

Before the last update I was able to download and save my movies on my phone to watch offline. With the update I can't seem to download movies and my previously downloaded movies are no longer there.

Changing my rating since the Fandango takeover. Lists can no longer be easily maintained, sort order changes, etc. Vudu is awesome! A bajillion titles to choose from, and every weeks great specials. The disc to digital feature is great, with a price break for 10 or more conversions. I only wish that I could purchase more than one item at a time instead of the current pick one, check out....pick one, check out process. Need to create a shopping cart type approach for addicts like me.

Constantly has buffering if you want to enjoy anything in any quality, regardless of how much they charged you. And, changing the content of my movies?! If I wanted a different version of any of my library, I would have bought a different version. it has only gotten worse over the past 2 years. So much so that I avoid watching movies I paid for because it can't just do the one thing it is supposed to do. I recommend just paying for a different streaming service and being satisfied.

I purchased the Equilibrium movie for 14.99 and i was charged. And the movie doesn't play right its nothing but colors and blurs theres not even sounds! I waited for them to fix it but had to get refunded by Google. It's horrendous that i was "sold" a corrupted file in place of the movie. Vudu needs to be investigated because that is very cheap, suspicious and what scammers do. Buyers beware. app often logs me out after updates. these 5* obviously fake beware
