Must Use For Every Indian. This App Is Sooo Good

I am facing an issue while fetching my PAN details through DigiLocker. After uploading or capturing my PAN card, the app displays "Document captured successfully. Please review and submit details." However, when I click Submit, nothing happens. The app does not move to the next page, and no error or confirmation message appears. The PAN Verification Record remains stuck at Fetching. Kindly investigate and resolve this technical issue.

Horrible user experience. Why is this even a thing??? Edit: I'll admit, I judged it a bit too harshly. There are definitely some steps that they could take to make it a bit more comprehensible, but it's quite handy when you get used to it. A good initiative from their side for sure.

My experience with this app has been extremely frustrating. It keeps showing "No record found" for every certificate, even though the certificates are valid. I have been trying for one week with no solution. I also tried raising queries through the help/support section, but it repeatedly shows "No network", making it impossible to get assistance. I honestly don't understand how the same issue can happen repeatedly. This app has caused me a lot of unnecessary stress and frustra

DigiLocker is a very useful and user-friendly platform. It makes accessing and storing important documents easy, secure, and convenient. Please continue improving the app for a better user experience.

forget pin option not working . Please rectify the problem at the earliest.

I don't have any option to give it a zero rating; otherwise, I would have given it one. It took three days just to verify my Aadhaar card. Then, when I tried to reset my security PIN, it started showing different errors, such as "Date of Birth Mismatch" and "Aadhaar Already Registered." Every time, it comes up with a different reason for the failure. I have also sent multiple emails, but received absolutely no response.

excellent customer service

This is a very shorted document aproval in india

Please provide 10th and 12th marksheet of Rajasthan Board

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The worst experience ever! DigiLocker is unreliable and frustrating. It frequently fails to fetch details properly, and important issued documents are missing or unavailable. Simple tasks become unnecessarily difficult due to repeated errors. Please improve document fetching, issued document availability, database updates and overall app reliability.
