Also, contractually, it states they can sell your data at any time after a merger or buy out. this means their data privacy means nothing for safe guarding your gut biome data, personal health. anyone remember 23 and me? yeah, they sold all your data after going off of business and it's on the Internet for people to review.

This App is the best, if you want to learn how your body works and which foods help your body, then this is the program for you. I started in March and it's may now and I have lost 20lbs eating alot of food that I love and learning about what works and what doesn't. I recommend 100%

The app has started not recognizing many foods in the pictures of my meals. Some of the foods aren't included at all.

if you get GLP-1 through the app and decide to cancel it will be a hassle to get your money back. It has been almost a month and I still haven't received my money. I DON'T RECOMMEND IT!

Only downloaded this because Navitus made it mandatory for 2026. I already had my prior auth sorted, but now Digbi is the sole gatekeeper. The app is basically a clunky administrative hurdle designed to make you jump through tracking hoops just to keep the meds you already take. Honestly, it feels like they just want you to get frustrated, give up, and save your employer money. Two stars because it technically processes the paperwork, but the forced monopoly is a joke.

this app is horrible.

They are terrible as a provider of services, are requesting my genetic material, and are interposing themselves between me and my physician. I am horrified and upset. I've only been signed up with them for 48 hours and they have called me twice, sent me 7 texts and 12 emails. They are worse than an ex who can't stand no.

One size does not fit all. I was so excited about this program but it was terrible for me. I eat five small meals per day to regulate blood sugar for diabetes. Because of that, I spread out my fruits, veggies, probiotics. On this program, you are deducted if you don't have 2 types of veggies PER MEAL. So, I would get marked down for carrot slices, which is a good choice for me. Lots of quirks like that. Plus conflicting advice on genetic report. Done. Not for me.

this app crashes all the time. its main feature is to take a picture of your meal and it will analyze the nutrition. But every time I take a picture through the app, the app crashes. practically useless

This app is so buggy, it's become almost unusable. It crashes half the time I open it, and when it does open, it takes me 5 attempts to log a meal photo. How am I supposed to comply with my plan requirements with this garbage app?

It is an app that is to analyyhow you eat and help you make better eating choices, however it concentrates on trying to create longer fasting times, which isn't appropriate for everyone; eating all your meal at one time (again not good for everyone); and you loose "points" if the meal doesn't have at least two different types of vegetables, food based probiotics (🤢), and there is an unnecessary emphasis on foods made at home (not necessarily better.) disappointed my work changed to this one.

App has been humming along, then a out of nowhere, it has just stopped working on my phone.

I have not been on the program long enough to comment on the diet program but the app is really 3rd rate. It takes forever to load screens. Does not update information as you log it and continues to tell you that your next step is to do the things that you've already done. I am not at all impressed with the app.

Good program - Poor App I'm part of a weight loss program and the sheer amount of provided information is tremendous. My issue is that this App requires connection to Google Fit or Fitbit, which is now owned by Google, but Google Fit does not recognize this app. Really hamstrings the program when automated processes don't work as intended. You can manually enter the entries you need so it's not a deal breaker.

Anyone else need to restart their phone in the morning to be able to open the app? Hopefully that changes soon. Can't wait to get the information from my test kits and get started on my journey!

This app keeps me on track. I have been using it for 8 months. I like seeing the progress charts and the cloud link to my Digbi scale. Rated a 4 for no real bells and whistles, but no complaints. The Digbi program is awesome. At 60, I was giving up on losing weight, had a lot of joint pain, sciatica, sluggishness, insulin resistance. The plan is anti-inflammatory, and I feel SO much better and have dropped 40 lbs. Such a sensible way to eat to reduce cravings, I feel under control now.

I love the service at Digbi Health and think it is a great program. However this app needs work. It is slow - every time I open it I have to wait for it to reload and show me the splash screen, every time I log my meals. It also loses connection to my Fitbit scale once every few months for no reason, and then I have to set it up again. The experience feels sluggish and archaic and there is no way to search through the chat for previous advice from your coach.

I was able to monitor my weight daily. I also was able to keep track of my meals eaten. It forced me to eat more vegetables and be more aware of what I eat.

I love this program. It has helped me to loose weight and keep it off and learn healthy eating habits. My coaches have been amazing in their abilities to listen and respond to my mental and physical issues as I strive to beat cancer for the second time. I greatly appreciate their heartfelt help and concern for me. I am blessed to be a part of this program.

I'm having a very positive journey. My Coach (Azel) is beyond AMAZING! 🤩 She has helped me understand my results and all her suggestions have been life changing. My health has improved since week one of this program. This is a very hands on program. You are guided every step of the way. Information from the moment you wake up to when you go to sleep is recommended by you. You are then receive feedback on this information. My Coach takes everything into consideration when she reviews my info.

I really enjoy this app it is easy to use. I really love the program.

I've enjoyed the digbi health app. The support from the coaches has been very good. Coaches are always available to help out answer questions and offer encouragement. Since I work on my computer 💻 a lot wish there was an easier way of storing and printing out recipes. Also some of the recipes on the app do not follow digbi guideline and as a result do not rely on the app for recipes.

On Aug 8, 2022 my weight was 216.2 lbs, re-started using the app adding every day my weight, pictures, and description of my meals... my coach Azel has been guiding me on what to eat and on 9/26/2022, in less than 2 months my lowest weight was199.8 lbs and as of 10/3/22 my weight is 200.6…I was able to keep a weight loss of almost 16 lbs noticing more energy, have a more stable blood pressure- also lower-, pain on my knees is almost gone, reduced 1 inch my waist size and feel better with myself.

I've been using this app for about 10 months. It is easy to use. It covers many aspects of our health to keep us on tract. It has great recipes, videos helps you to improve your health specific to each person's individual health and needs. It helped me lose weight and keep it off and improve my health, energy and outlook on life. I would highly recommend this app and program.

The Digbi app has been instrumental in helping me to track patterns of sleep, exercise, weight, and meals and how they affect my health. I love being able to chat with my coach and receive targeted feedback on my meals and get answer to my nutritional questions. I would love it if I could send photos of nutritional labels outside of the food log to get feedback. The app is a great tool, but is only one component in the total program.

Really enjoyed the DNA and gut biome analysis. Lost 24# in six months. Lost 4 inches off my waist.

The DNA & gut microbiome part is very cool & I can see the benefits to the food plan, but the coaches don't leave you alone. There's a request feedback button, but it doesn't matter b/c the coach is always going to comment on every meal even if you eat the same thing every day and don't want feedback. I specifically asked not to be contacted via my personal email or phone, only the app, but I keep getting obnoxious phone calls, text messages, & emails. They must get comission or something.

The program is awesome, the coaches amazing. Definitely recommend to everyone.

Seriously, a great lifestyle plan that is based on science, healthy eating, your DNA, and YOUR body. And as a bonus, in my case, it was fully paid for by my insurance...including a Fitbit scale. DNA testing, Gut Biome testing, and coaching sessions. So far I've lost 46 pounds! 5 to go! It's changed my life and helped me better understand myself. The app is user friendly and tracks your food, exercise, sleep, stress, meditation, and more. It even has recipes. (There are no ads inside the app)

Great system. Easy to follow program and helpful counselors! The DNA and gut tests are so helpful to learn what are good for promoting weightloss to your body. Dropped 9% of my weight in 4 months - do not feel starved, feel better physically and mentally.

Update! The app has been updated and made easier to use for 2021. 03/2020 review...The app has lots of good features but would be better if 1) you could have access to your weekly action plans and 2) you could see the videos in full screen mode 3) the system let you log in with biometrics.

Nice app. Motivating tools with timely feedback from coaches (real people). Useful tips for keeping on track. This is not a calorie counting system but a lifestyle support tool.

Loads of helpful health information! I learned so much about my own health through this program, way more than what any of my doctors have given me. I relayed some of the info to my doctor and it has been so helpful. I thought I was eating a "healthy" mediterranean type diet. But, turns out it wasn't "healthy " for me specifically. Each of our bodies are unique and therefore need unique diets tailored to us as individuals. After changing my diet I lost 26lbs!

I had 10 A1C six months ago. Now my A1C is 6.5 and I am doing better with diabetes symptoms. I sleep much better and have more energy too!

It would be great if the cravings menu drop down had meat or,fish. Otherwise love digbi

My experience with Digbi is great. I thought this program would be whatever. I started very slow. Intermittent fasting 12 hours than started fasting a good 16 hours. I have been on this program for 2 months. I have lost 18.5 pounds and my autoimmune disorder/Lupus is in remission. The coaches are there for me every step of the way. Have questions about parties, cooking out to eat. They really are there.

I just turned 72. I have never been heavy, but in 2020, I ballooned up to 147 and at 5'1" I felt dumpy!!! I had been on tons of diets, but the last one sent my A1c to 5.8 prediabetic! My doctor said stop! What was I going to do? I chose Digbi after investigating diets. It is based on my body..me only! I have lost weight, 7.8%, but my A1c is back down to 5.6, the same as in 2018! Normal! They test you and give you a plan. Easy!! Digbi for life = weight loss with ease!

I have all notifications muted on the app and my Android phone is on silent, but I still get a sound notification when the coach messages me. Also, the food images under connect dots report won't load the different images for each rating. I have to reload the report. Fairly easy to use program, however.

Lost lots of weight

The app takes getting used to, but it doesn't take long to get used to. I find that it has everything needed for the program- place to chat with your coach, ability to go back to previous meals (so you know where you did great fixing a meal), logging meals/snacks, exercise, mood, cravings, and weight loss is easy. The only thing that is hard is when the fit bit app and Digbi apps do not talk to each other- but you can work around this by entering your weight but yourself. LOVE THIS PROGRAM!

This app is great the only drawback is that I can't send a message to my coach that's longer than 10 characters. It's annoying when my coach asks a question and I can't respond.

Difficult to get used to after using FitBit app. No place to track food other than meals. Excited to work on my health from a DNA perspective and to harmonize my gut health. Hoping it helps with my chronic inflammation

I love this program and for that reason I give the app a 5. The app needs some fine running since some features might not appear or are harder to find. But overall the program will improve your life. I highly recommend it

My insurance covers this app, but I am so glad I gave it a try. Having the 1:1 coaching is a great asset. With a recent update, my coach reviews my food choices and pictures and helps me improve and stay accountable. The education component (short weekly videos) is also very informative. I've had a great experience and feel very supported to continue my health journey!

Great love this app easy.

So far its a great. I have had a difficult time losing weight and sticking with it. With the food recommendations from my first report. I have lost almost 15 lbs. Really not one to talk with a coach. But will give it a shot.

The program Is excellent! I loved the Gut Biome and Genetic insights into my food and lifestyle! Very helpful! Also, the app has worked wonders for my weight loss. I've been struggling with my weight forever, but my coach guided me to customize my health and fitness plan based on my genetics and gut biome. I even discovered that I have a genetic trait for slow caffeine metabolization. This app is so helpful, simple, and handy to use. Thank you for making this app, I am motivated every day. Love it!

I have been looking for an app or a program that can offer professional guidance on weight loss, as i struggle with my weight for the past couple of years. I found the digbi health app super helpful!. The best part is that it's personalized to my Genetics and Gut Biome! Digbi has done a great job of integrating the app with its weight loss program! totally recommend this app!

Fantastic App. It helps me track my overall activities - workout, hydration, calories - according to my dietary requirements and health goals. Additionally, the app is as simplified as possible, with a wide range of options to monitor my lifestyle vitals. I can schedule my coaching sessions and check my genetic and gut biome reports. Confusing, not easy to use for less thecnical people

So far pretty so-so. Load time is my major gripe. Also questioners are not properly formatted and were a pain to complete. Part of the question/answer kept being hidden by the keyboard. Logging food/meals is awkward and not clearly labeled, look for the camera. I'll update after I've used it longer. Over a week and meh...I don't like taking a picture then listing what I've eaten and having someone judge it. I need to 'see' the actual numbers for fat, carbs and nutrition. Doesn't meet my needs.

The worst app and program ever Don't waste your time. Not Intuitive at all. Can't print off reports. Videos constantly lock up. Horrible.It says it has messaging ability in the app but I never hear back once I message somebody.

I am very pleased with this program.. I have a really dedicated coach who has tried hard to work with my dietary health issues so I can eat healthy and lose alittle weight. The DNA tests helped me learn things about my genetic health traits and personal traits to help me eat healthier and vitamins I am lacking in. Still waiting on my gut biomes results but I know when those results come in I will learn a lot more about myself in away my medical doctors have not been able to know about.

Program is excellent to achieve information about individual's requirements in maintaining a healthy weight. Nutritionist assists in interpreting results of test though not very insightful on info outside of the box. Program not easy to communicate with nutritionist. App is not user friendly but appears to be evolving. Videos are informative but not up to date. Program needs refining to achieve maximum results for client and keep client engaged to complete program with healthy results.

I've recently joined - and paid for - Digby Health and installed this app. It has several glitches and features that are not user friendly. Ive told my coach and open tech support tickets days ago with ZERO response from them. * unable to follow the program because the buttons don't work allowing me to continue after watching videos. * unable to connect to Google fit (it's not deaignedwork with Fitbit tracker or MyFitness pal) *unable to edit logged meals. *unable to view/edit logged workout

Nothing new here but they'll charge your insurance an arm and a leg. I actually ended up gaining 10 pounds with them and their tech issues were ridiculous. They'd constantly annoy me to do a task even though the app showed I'd done it already, and they wanted me to do a testimonial that i'd lost weight even though I hadn't. I also think they extend the time to give you your test results so you'll keep the app longer and keep your insurance paying.

Amazing

Do not pay for this program that claims to offer "personalized" bite size health coaching, but is not personalized at all. They try to rush you through a one-size-fits-all program and act like prison guards that won't give you your DNA information unless you waste your time on coaching calls that are utterly useless. The coaching calls consist of someone explaining basic nutrition and exercise principles as if you are a kindergartner. This program is traumatizing. The app has major glitches too.

I love the idea of this app - the execution needs some work. It's cool to be reminded to track your daily stats. Downsides: the sleep can only be tracked in half hour increments and maxes at 8, the cravings list is very generic, and the recipe browser needs a lot of work.

Nothing works. Have to do everything online and it still doesn't update on the app. Wish it would sync more Fitbit info like steps, food and water intake.

Can't open the app after i updated

I have used a number of health trackers and worked with health coaches - best experience was with Arivale which I miss a lot. The problem with this app is that you can't edit and you cant have much of a dialog with your coach. The education is good but if I don' have a community to connect with what does it matter? I will lump away with this programin order to get the information about genetics and health.

Can't contact a human for help. App doesn't work. Keep getting texts that I have to sign up with a coach before I get gut/blood kits. There is no where on the app to do this. I've gotten bot emails & replied to them asking for help, no response.The support email button in the app opens a blank email with no address to send to. There is literally no way to talk to a human. Guess I'll try to get my money back as this program is worthless with out the gut/blood kit.

not very useful. there's a weight screen but no way to actually log your weight. taking pictures of food is awkward and unhelpful, would be better if the app synced with fitbit to get data automatically. the check off badges for daily tasks never seem to reset.
