2 Nov/26 Good as long as they dont bring you the wrong order or someone else's order then the set it as delivered and stuck with other people's orders and to ask for a refund becomes your problem... you have to chase your refund after 10 days still no full refund. It has happened already about 3, 4 times and Deliveroo still owes me back money. I am a frequent user of delivery, but do not take advantage. Figure out your accounting. Be correct!!! refunds pending from 21 Oct up to 25 Oct 👈🏼

My order with deliveroo has been terrible. I am 1st time user. Yesterday I ordered fast food(wont name the brand here) by 10.30 pm as i was really hungry.it should have arrived by 11.05pm My order arrived by 12.30am or a bit later. And that too after repeated phonecalls on the resturant customer support number not deliveroo that i want my order...because apparently there is no option that i could see to call deliveroo directly. best app i ever tried to order food, they know no limits

app works ok, but death by charges is unpleasant. we get free delivery, so now delivery charges are 80p but the admin fee is £5. Another subscription level to get that free. and if you don't want your delivery arbitrarily delayed, you need to add a couple of quid for priority delivery. etc. and the predicted timings are often unrelated to actual timings which can be a few minutes away, for you to half an hour

sort the freezing issues out, it's bad enough that we have to look at an advert when we open the app but the fact that the advert often freezes so bad that you have to delete the cache all the time just to use the all properly is beyond annoying.

3:24 AM order with 50 minutes expected waittime arrived at 6:15 AM. At this point have the decency of not sending it at all. Plus average customer support response wait time is 4 hours. AI DOESN'T WORK JUST ACCEPT IT AND STOP FIRING PEOPLE.

Very disappointing delivery experience. The app showed an estimated delivery time of 8:55 PM, but the order was significantly delayed with no proper update. There was no tracking available and no convenient customer service option in the app to check the status. Customers should be given accurate updates and proper support when there are delivery delays. Hopefully, this service improves.

Was sucked into downloading and using this app by the offer of a joining voucher for use on my first order. Voucher said it would automatically apply. It didn't. Customer service said it wasn't applied because they reserve the right but to honour vouchers. I'll stick to Just Eat. update 1/11/26 - tried the app again, was quoted over £30 for the same food that was £20 if I went to collect it. fed up of being taken advantage of just for being disabled. disgrace of an app and company!

would work fine until you need to amend/cancel an order. I've tried to cancel an ordered instantly (or wanted to change to delivery) as in under 1 minute from the payment going through, its essentially took my money and no food will be arriving. until I get my money back I'm not going to use , of course deliveroo won't be fussed and I know I won't get anything refunded so ultimately I've been scammed legally. I wonder how many £20's get scumbagged out of people everyday?

Very disappointing experience with Deliveroo. The service was extremely poor, and I am not satisfied with the way customers are treated. The overall experience was frustrating, and I expected much better from a well-known delivery platform. Customer satisfaction should be a priority, but my experience was completely different. I genuinely regret using this app and would not recommend it based on my experience. Deliveroo seriously needs to improve its service and customer support.

A complete con. The advertise free delivery and then they charge you a processing fee of 10%. Delivery times can be up to an hour, so then they allure you with another €4 fee for faster delivery. It's a lot cheaper and faster to go and collect it myself.

There is a visual bug on the 5-second countdown overlay screen when placing a scheduled order. Even when a future delivery time is correctly selected and confirmed on the review page, this final popup incorrectly displays the live, immediate delivery estimate (e.g., "Deliver in 25–45 mins") instead of the scheduled time. It makes it look like the app has glitched and is sending the food immediately

i odered 2 buckets of kfc from this app then i received a call from kfc and they said colslow was not available then i acepted it but i got a call again couple minutes later saying that bun is not available. then i canceled the order out of anger... if this is not available then why order kfc??? send a replay for this comment

I have never used an app where there is no Help or Support option. I placed an order, and it was supposed to be delivered by 11:10 PM. It has now been almost an hour, and I still haven’t received my order. I tried contacting support, but there is no option to chat with anyone or call customer service. This is very frustrating.

I ordered dinner and I had guest visiting that night. The food arrived and the parcel was torn and the food was spilled. I contacted customer care but they argued and didn't provide and solution. They also closed the email so I can not send any emails.

Five of my vouchers disappeared over time. Customer service was unable to help and kept asking for screenshots (of things that disappeared...). A lot of time wasted, plus the money for the Premium account. I'll never use this app again Edit: I was charged again even after cancelling my subscription, and upgraded to Gold without asking. Of course finding the cancel subscription button is nearly impossible in the app. You're a bunch of thieves

Unfortunately they are so expensive now, service charges should not be included as i wouldn't pay them in restaurants let alone for a takeaway, they charge this as well as a delivery fee, bag fee and whatever other charges they feel like. My last order came and the food tamper seal was broken and they wouldn't refund me even though it clearly stated do not consumed if broken. Unacceptable

Remboursement des objets manquants mais ducoup quand ca implique de devoir recommander ça oblige à repayer la livraisons, donc ça ne compense pas.

very bad experience . it's my first order on this and my order get late more than one hour and I want to cancel it and they said they not able to cancel it and once your order delivered you able to apply for compensation but I said cancel it and they said you got compensation after order delivered and when order delivered they said you not got compensation it's not on our policy. like what first they said something and after they are changed.

Courier was helpful and nice.

I had a good experience until I got an offer for buy 20€ 4 times and get 20€ coupon for the 5th. After buying 4 times, the next time I checked to use the app and the offer disappeared and I know for sure it wasn't expired as well.

What customer support?

Needs a far better facility to deal with customer complaints, particularly to deal with problems with the restaurant or delivery drivers. Refunds are important, but so is good, capable, customer service. The App also needs to show the delivery time, before confirming the order, rather than take customers money, then tell them its a very long wait. Not customer friendly!!!

I feel misled by Deliveroo’s voucher offer. The voucher appears to be available, but when I try to pay for my order, the payment is declined. If the offer cannot be honoured, please don’t advertise it to customers. This is frustrating and disappointing. Please be transparent with your offers and don’t mislead your customers.
