useless app! after I purchased new phone and now I cant log in respite enter correct email confirmation. now I cant create a new account. I been using this app close to a decade and after all the updates made it worse.

can't use it when I was rudely kicked out of the sedalia mo store for being inside 5 minutes before they opened. is it my fault the doors were open or the employee that was nowhere in sight while i walked around for 5 minuted unattended? closed my account and deleted the app after that encounter. I am not able to manage my wife's prescriptions on line.

they keep changing it. I used to like it better it was easier to navigate before the updates. there is no way to change your password. I got an alert that my password was compromised but there's no way to change it.

horrible experience for years now! but my dumbass keeps getting my scripts filled here. They constantly can't give a thirty day supply of insulin, always 21 days, then they take 3-4 days after that to fill it, then they have to order it ... so my 30 day script, wrote by my Dr, turns into a 21 day supply that has to last 27-28 days. just idiotic!!

I've been. with CVS for over twenty years and although, alot has changed, they are still my favorite go to drug store. I am a coupon saver big time and do quite well with my savings and being in the top 1 percentile of customers that save exclusive great deals at CVS. Extra bucks deals are my favorite as well since it allows me to save on pharmacy, purchases. and more all while earning extra bucks rewards I use to get money off my purchases.

Easy and straightforward using the app for prescription refills and simple pickup process at the store.

Rx and Store shopping for delivery in the AM.

The chat feature really eliminates rhe need to call and deal with the phone menu options. they call you instead. send a message and then you'll receive a call within the 15 minutes. It has made it way easier to get on touch with the pharmacy!

the app is new and improved. it stinks. Before I could find information on upcoming refills and other information. now i can't find anything except a message that says we need your help but doesn't say what or how.

Sometimes the prescriptions are filled automatically, sometimes not. Sometimes I get a text that one is due for a refill and and sometimes they contact the doctor automatically and sometimes they don't do either. I realize it's my responsibility to make sure my prescriptions are filled on a timely basis, but with all the texts you begin to rely on them. So here I am on a Sunday morning needing a critical pill. I have no refills and there is no way to get it today since the doctor is not in.

For most prescriptions this is a great app to manage them. But I'm taking one specific medication that the app will never let me refill without messaging the pharmacist. Recently I've been prescribed some pain killers, opioids infact, and those are actually easier to refill then the medication I'm talking about. Its very frustrating to be treated as a drug seeker when I just simply want to get my meds without having to call or talk to someone.

Vaccination personnel have provided careful work that usually has little or no side effects. I like the Care program where I pay $48 & receive $10 free off purchases every month. Also free product delivery.

The app is actually quite helpful in terms of both discounts and helping get prescriptions ready. Easy to use and not a lot of unnecessary, complex features that clog the usual rewards apps up.

The only good thing is they are close. It took forever to get off of auto refills. Just another company pushing pills. My insurance pushed me away from Walgreens to CVS and I hate it.

The CVS has been the best I've ever worked with and there have been some challenges they've had to deal with for me. they're wonderful! they work really hard and I'm sure they're overworked and they're always pleasant and professional. thank you so much!

CVS is the best pharmacy in Athens, tx. They may be a little slow but at least they get your prescription right.

it says item is available but when I go to click on it, it tells me its not available but it says theres 5 instock??

got notified my prescriptions were ready. got there only one was ready. tech said they only have one. I had two. I go to the app the second one is there but, I had to order it. the doctor called them in at the same time... why would I have to refill it? it wasn't a refill.

This CVS on Rufe Snow is awesome. The staff are friendly. I get answers to my questions. I have never had a bad experience.

the constant relogin is highly annoying and I have to keep reassessing my prescriptions every time I go in. BROKEN APP!!! UPDATE just put this on a new phone. won't even load, instantly crashes.

worst pharmacy ever. reporting to pharmacy board for not only refusing an emergency postscript of hrt but also led and sent me to different location knowing they had no pharmacist qualified to even do a SB 159 to help prevent a serious condition. They are EVIL. Plain and c simple and their pharmacists are literally brain dead idiots that don't even try! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. many other better options

I can't update ..

Problems, nothing but problems. I tried MANY times to update my email but EVERY time they sent an email, its blank, supposed to have a code, instead i get a blank email from them! My account was hacked, how the hell do i update my email?

impossible to reach a person. an AI managed phone tree with no escape is just as bad as an old school phone tree with no escape

I've had the Walmart app & the CVS app is pitiful compared to that. not easy to maneuver. hell I cant even get it open after the update. they need to use the same setup as walmart so its easy to use. easy to get into. so we can just . I am gonna switch completely back to walmart even though its farther away. cmon CVS do better

simple reorder of my prescription.

I use the pharmacy option on this app to refill my perscriptions. Since the last update they took away availability to message the pharmacy about your perscriptions , so instead of this update making improvements its only made things worse. At least thats the case for those of us who use the app frequently to refill prescriptions which very often require speaking to your pharmacist. please replace the option to message the pharmacy about your perscription the app is useless without it.

It’s a total bait-and-switch. They use misleading advertisements, and on top of that, they blatantly steal your rewards. Worst of all, you can’t even find half of the items they feature in their deceptive marketing—the shelves are half-empty, and there are products with 2025 expiration dates. Clean up the mess in your pharmacies; people spend enough money there as it is.

Never have enough in stock. The absolute HELL that you put customers through, the sheer anguish and the gnashing of teeth is so unnecessary and unacceptable! You, ever damn one you ought to be ashamed of yourselves, but we're sure that all you are probably concerned about is what color your hair is gonna be that month and which bullring your gonna hang from your nose that week. Time to put the customers where they belong, right at the front!!!! CAPICHE!!!

app doesn't work well

Always polite and efficient and I am thankful.

No problem with the pharmacy part of the app so far but for over 3 weeks now it will not let me add the coupons to my acct., see my rewards or convert them. This is not the 1st time has happened. Honestly happens more times then not when I open the app but in the past it straightens out within a couple of days.

I have been using their app for checking and ordering my prescriptions. It's very easy and quick. I appreciate the great communication regarding up coming prescriptions and relaying when a prescription is ready to pick up. I have zero negative comments.

CVS went to hell when it merged with an insurance company and this app is just the worst bit for the user. can't take screen shot of app information for record keeping. hate that.
