Technical Issue. we face a problem of security alert message. we tried to fix it but doesn't work. stopped to visit again.

Stop asking me to disable devolper mode when even banks don't ask for that

you can't access the app because you are using Gboard .. first developer options now keyboard.. this is bad

app not sending otp to allow the login

I can't receive OTP to open my account and cumulate points. plus the email written in "terms and conditions" in the app is not operational.

very useful app and redeeming so easy but application always crashes.

The app doesn't open because it doesn't allow google keyboard? Screenshots also not allowed. It's a coffee app not a bank app.

Why is the app paranoid?? It thinks I'm using some suspicious keyboard but I'm using SwiftKey! And it asks me to uninstall edge gestures. Why?? It's my phone and I choose how to use it conveniently!! What kind of coffee app demands to control your own phone's usage?? This is ABSURD.

not work for honor mobiles 600 give message: found unauthorized keyboard 🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫

bad update so google keyboard is not a trusted keyboard 😂😂😂😂

It is not working

The app not working always showing me untrusted screen reader detected.

the app iffered us a birthday cake and when i went to the shop they rejected

guys, you broke the app with recent update "security" lazy detection of sceen recording, why do you even consider it an issue

untreated screen reader detected, after I press okay, the app shuts down multiple times.

it doesn't work if android developer mode is ON!

DOES NOT WORK WITH DEVELOPER OPTIONS ON AND I CANNOT TURN OFF DEVELOPER OPTIONS I HAVE MY ANIMATIONS SCALES ON THERE I WOULD RATHER DELETE THE APP FIND A DIFFERENT CAFE

Please fixt it is not working

app not working..no customer assisting..plz fix

thank you

not working

alot of problems in this app, not working the scan and maps

The application has not been working since yesterday. date: May 15, 2026

ok good

application problem technical needs maintenance

unable to open the app. its shows "untrusted screenreader detected"

after the latest update I can't use the app as it says there's a screen recorder that is active,

OK no probs

After the latest update, the app is not working properly. The branch selection map is terrible and very impractical to use. Most branches are unavailable or cannot be selected at all, which makes the app frustrating and unreliable. This issue seriously affects usability and was not present before the update. Please fix the branch selection map and improve its functionality as soon as possible.

The offers are not as good as before! Please, return the old Costa offers!

perfect taste

don't download !! you can't delete your account becarful !

The Costa Coffee at Aster Al Raffah, Al Ghubra is the worst. Extremely sorry to say, some of the employees have no idea how things are done. They have no clue about the app, the points to be used, etc. However, some of the Filipino staff are well-trained.

the taste is good and the staff Mr. rashed is very accommodating

terrible

can't even get it downloaded.

not as good as it could be.. sadly

Great & professional staff @ Dammam King Saud branch 👍

they didn't redeem the points

The app is very complicated, some of the branches are open but I can't order (airport branch). also, some items won't load (food) I'm not sure why.

I've just installed the app. Are you trying to scam the customers?? My order amount was 4.200 KD and I tried to redeem that 1 KD coupon and the barista refused she told me some nonsense and I left.

Not easy to find the stores

App not working from the fitst screen

Very bad app, always not working

Prices are not updated on the application. Can'tplace orders through the app.

Deleciouse and therirs friendly crue

App doesn't work all the time in the cafe. Sometimes it double charges the points when you try to redeem. Customer service are useless. I used to go to Costa Kuwait alot; this app and their customer service made me boycott them. Boycotting even further as it's owned by coca cola

App totally crashes. Had to delete it when i went for long vacation. Now that i'm trying to use it again, i can't even use it. Only says i already have an account registered via my email. Dead end. No option for opening the app using my phone number or email.

شباب عرض يوم الثلاثاء اتلغى خلاص كنسلنا الزيارة no more 50% on Tuesday They canceled the offer

Bad

Unused points are vanished within a short period. I lost more than 5000 points .

Price too high only for brand and tast is not so good

I installed and cannot open it. it gives 403 error.

Doesn't allow me to select preferred country and therefore can't use the app.

Nice 🙂

Recently the app does not work. Uninstall reinstalled many times error 403.

My App is not working..keep receiving 403 message

اوك

Unable to finish the weekly steps activity as the app loses the progress for unknown reasons.

Cant place orders after the and before the update for a specific drink

Will not register

Nice offers. Generous reward program. Convenient app interface

You are only have a registeration screen, so if you have already an account there is no way to login at all! It will keep telling you that account with same email already exists! So how the heck I should login to my account. Stupidity at it's finest!

Your app does not sends otp to registered mobile number. Please take note of it and fix the issue.

Have many issues and steps not calculated correctly at all. Some offers you will not be able to choose as application force you to choose specific offer

Horrible, not working at all !!!!!

Very disappointed , after collecting beans you are not allowed to use them unless you have the same amount for payment.

Very bad app

Step counter doesn't work, each time I progress it goes back 5 or 10 thousand step and never reach 80 thousands.

Gorgeous coffee ☕️

Very bad application, beans are not counted correctly.

Nice

Nice Coffee ☕ wonderful

Login problem. I never get OTP to login and I've lost so many points because of that

Good but the login process everyday is frustrating! Update is needed to make login in much easier and faster

Love using this app and easy to use.

Good

Not well funcionaning!

i hate that i always need to login with my phone number every month why not login and stay login forever i hate to make other people wait while i login just to use the app and collect beans or use what offer i got please make it one time login forever

GREAT

Every time I start the app, it now asks for my mobile number and password causing delays while purchasing! Please fix this!

It's a scam. So much for Play protection.

No English option!!

Won't allow me to set country to the UK!!! Only comes up with uae 🇦🇪

Brilliant staff in falmouth costa

Dumped. Took my free drinks away so I took the app off. Wont bother going to Costa anymore..

Since the last update i have to register each time i use this app

Keeps asking me what country; Kuwait, Qatar or KSA. And here I am in England!

Why is the app asking me what my favourite number is in the middle east , also coming up with the stsrt of a foreign number???

Brilliant totally love this ap

Excellent app I use it all the time

This is for the MIDDLE EAST. Not the UK

Lmao why is this the first one that comes up for people in the UK? 😂

Great service, great coffee, especially skinny lattie.

Good great brilliant exnlt

Won't let me open app and has I believe Arabic writing showing and a network error showing everything I try and open my app, have uninstall and still the same issue

Not the costa app for UK

It good to have this on your phone

Very good 👍

Not got my points from costa sent me a email address not got yes the two I have were not expected by my local costa coffee swanley kent

No UK

Had this app installed for a few years now. For some reason, it's been updated to Middle East only. Was a good app. Now -1*

No English just Arabic countries

This is not for the UK. THIS IS FAKE NEWS

Same problem as so many others -assumes I'm living in the Middle East. Astoundingly poor app.

Looking good

Only 3 locations available, UK is not one of them. Useless, please update quickly.

UK residents take note!!! This isn't the app for UK Costa, search Costa coffee club that doesn't have ME and you'll find the one we can use. Simply searching again for the app fixed the issue I had. One starring the app just because it didn't have English as a option and complaining without looking again is not going to help anyone actually from the country this app was developed for.

Dont give uk option or english

I just want the app to replace my card and it will not let me so it is useless

It's a Virus

Amazing place in corniche

I'm in the UK. There is no English Language option. Only middle Eastern languages.

Can't select English I want to claim my birthday cake before 3rd November n my free drink using my beans ...plz respond

This is fake Costa coffee

Can't even select English its not to be found

Disappointed today. plan to use my 44sr points but the cashier said i cannot bcoz my bill is 48sr so i said i will pay cash. as i paid and since he scanned my points, my 44sr points LOST!

Cant get English??????

The only 3 countries it's allowing me to choose are all in the Middle East and there's nowhere to change it. I've got 2 free drinks apparently but can only get them through the app, not my club card. I've probably got a limited time to use it as well

Dosent work

Why is there not an option for English???

No options for English/England the country to be selet

Can you please tell me when I go onto the app I have to select which country the best of it Englad not on there it's Qatar Kuwait or krs so now it won't let me use the app great

Can't get English on it to register

A cozy place, where you can spend a good time while you're drinking your favorite drinks.

Why mend something when it's not broke, lots of elderly people prefer using a card as they are not tech savvy, l have tried on numerous occasions to download the app without success and besides Costa have made £4.40 in points from me because there is no way to transfer them to the app

Couldn't get it in English

👌👌👌👌

No English option lol

I dont see why its different from the normal costa app apart from you cant pick english language.

Nice Courteous App, Costa cares their Customers.

Good

I cannot download the App, I did have it on my phone but it didn't work so deleted it now I cannot download it why?

Downloaded the app to start using it and there is no English option only 3 different languages so deleted it straight away

Why it asks to select a prefered country from 3 Arabic states? We live in the UK. What type of question is that?

No UK so unistalled !

The app offers 3 Arabic countries at the start. I want UK.

Non starter Loaded with choice of 3 foreign language so uninstall immediately

Not even be downloaded

I love Costa shop , the staff are always happy to help you 😀

NETWORK CALL HAS FAILED FOR A FOLLOWING REASON: 500. Ok, all solved after getting instructions. I'm back in business 😀. Thanks!

app allows error

1. The offer mention on the app is actually not accepted by the staff in store. 2. Spent KWD 4.5/-, staff scanned the QR code but still didn't receive any points. 3. Infact, points expired on the app without notification and information about expiry date prior to expiry. 4. Contact us on the app is a joke. Nobody replies to messages sent through the app/IG, that's why had to comment here.

The App Not working I put the code but still!!!!

Top app

THANK YOU for your kind replay😍😍

I have posted that it is crushing and they cancell all previously collected bonus points

App doesn't work 😕😒😑

I like very much

Not working. Suddenly started crushing, i tried uninstalling and updating my mobile. Nothing helped. And looks like the problem is connected to my personal account bcs it still works for other people. Please help.

I reinstalled the app several times It keeps crashing and stopping Any help???
