Works pretty well. The only issue is updating the maps stalls each time. I am forced to uninstall and reinstall the app each time an update comes out.

Ive personally been using copilot for well over a decade. Ive seen many changes the worst being the change of how diversions are delbt with its gone from an easy to use click of divert for .... yards/meters to an absolutely rediculous set up where you have to try to click on a road get it to select and then click rout through here or avoid this road...It simply does not work! You click avoid this road and it still routes you through it. Also there is no easy map error reporting availible.

Companies pay money for this app and it's primary function is to waste fuel and time.

took away satellite view when adding stop!!! why??? thought it was a glitch so re-downloaded the app and its still gone. also the pinch zoom is messed up now and the app can be super laggy

I have tried several different apps that work with Android auto. This one is the best for the price. Easy to use. The only issue is that when going from one time zone to another, it displays current time zone and blocks out most of the miles to the destination. If you could fix that I'll give it back to five stars

Navigation is much better for a large RV than other options I've tried. Definitely avoids routes Google would send you down that get you in trouble. BUT the ANNOYING WARNINGS about restricted roads when using the truck lanes to fuel at truck stops and telling you to turn around. Pulling a 42' 5th wheel RV and using a fleet fuel card is my normal. Has given warnings at interstate rest areas also when signage specifically directs vehicles with trailers there. Remove them I'd rate higher.

Useless & Inaccurate Please cancel and refund me! Mapping is not accurate and can't locate the majority of the addresses that I go to! Google Maps gets me there, every time! This is useless to me and I can't even see a satellite view either!!! Very Inaccurate!

needs to bring back live traffic updates, needs to give better routes that avoid cities and very tight turns... it used to be a very good app it's still not bad it's just not as good as it once was. I've used co-pilot for many years.

usually I trust co pilot without a doubt but today it was taking me to truck restricted roads that clearly had marked signage showing no trucks then it took me to a secluded road with no distribution center and said you have arrived i had to find the location myself which was roughly 8 to 10 minutes away disappointed

Been using this since Windows phone around 2008. Great for being in the middle of nowhere with no Internet connection needed

13/10/26 - Any plans to do Wireless AA yet? I've uninstalled the app until then. 03/03/25 - Really happy with the UI revamp. However unusable here in NZ due to not having the latest maps. Raised this with the support and still waiting on this to be materialised. Down to 2 stars until then. --- Using it for 9 years now. Was a bit sluggish initially. Improved the performance after the overhaul of the UI. But haven't seen any regular updates for maps or features or UI. Getting a bit outdated.

I used the app for free seven days and I was hooked. On the 8th day I had to purchase the app in order to use it. But copilot doesn't like my money. I tried using 2 different credit cards. The money's not a problem from my end. Copilot always has an excuse for declining my payment. Okay. You don't want my business that's fine with me. there are a lot of other GPS apps for truckers.

the app never wants to load a trip when you hit the start button. You literally have to drive a few miles before the trip loads. So far the worst thing is a safety issue were you cant be on a wireless Bluetooth Headset and hear navigation at all while your on a phone call forcing you to constantly be looking at your phone which is a huge distraction created by the developers of this app. Had to give it 1 star cause you have to select something but wont be renewing my annual subscription.

Just trying it out, 2nd day today. App stalled upon start of the journey. Directed me to a carpark that has a height barrier, despite the vehicle dimension provided. Cannot zoom out of the map, I had no idea where I was until 10 miles away from the starting point heading in the opposite direction. I think it shows me all I needed to know.

Every time I start CoPilot I am asked if I want to install updates. Stopped and started several times in past 1/2 hour and each time I was asked to update regardless of whether I had previously accepted the update. Only use the app fairly infrequently so not sure how long this behavior has been happening

The maps are fairly accurate, but this app cannot find a needle in a haystack. 40% of the time it cannot lead one to the correct address. It has left me looking for the place when it claims that I have arrived. There are other FREE, OFFLINE GPS apps that are superior. I am now using TomTom which leads me to the correct place and which has not led me astray even once. Thank you for nothing and goodbye CoPilot. You have my money and I wish you luck. But use your app..........

UI a little clunky and unintuitive, but becomes fine with a little practice

When creating a custom profile for my Motorhome, after setting my length to 7m 50cm the length keeps defaulting back to 7m 30cm. As per the standard profile motorhome. All the other values width height & weight save successfully saved but length will not. Can you please fix this bug or explain what im doing wrong. Regards Roy

Helps map routes, but the app lagged so much, it was impossible to navigate with in real time. We gave up after a couple of tries.

Just Downloaded it right away says 14day trial is over... What? Can't even try putting and address in that's a premium feature too.

Installed onto new phone and I can't even log in. I try typing my email address in and I get so far along and the cursor jumps to the start. It looks like it's taking exception to my email address being long. Needs sorting Trimble.

Again a new update and again i can not use it because i am the administrator of my phone (root) on my Xiaomi 2203121C. i have the unlimited world version that today it is USELESS.

Just updated the maps and the app cannot find anyone campground. I tried the name, the address, nothing works. This is not the first time I have had issues.

I've been using this app for three years, travelling around in my motorhome & it has been absolutely brilliant. Well it was brilliant, until our last trip to France - halfway through our three week journey it simply refused to start - giving an error message stating that my android head unit is 'rooted'. I've tried just about everything I can think of, but it seems this simply won't work on our head unit any more. such a shame

As a truck driver this app almost always intentionally has me passing my exit just to take me down the street to the next exit just to turn around and bring me back to the previous exit. It's terrible at rerouting if needing to detour. It falsifies red zones. It switches prechosen routes when you aren't paying attention. If I knew a better truck map app I would definitely lose this subscription. It harasses me about access to my mic ever route.

Don't buy it. I have bought this app for a few years. now out of nowhere it says I need to renew my subscription that I already paid for a yearly subscription in April. They have NO HUMAN CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

They FINALLY was able to get everything straightened out and they refunded my (3) months (I guess because I had 2 Gmail accounts linked (possibly). Either way, glad they got everything fixed and 'great app'. 👍 K

Navigation works well, favorites etc...Using android auto the Map is hard to see... small fonts and colors make it harder to see in day or night mode. Speed limit is not displayed in android auto.. 9/2426 speed limit is now randomly working with compass heading... map is a bit better to see in America style... still not as visually pleasant as Sygic GPS.

Just like when I was using as a company driver it doesn't keep me on the road. I've missed exits and tonight it directed me to a "no through truck" road. worst $10 I've spent.

I've had copilot since 2014. I bought the life time subscription with lifetime map updates. it WAS great. I used it in Ontario and British Columbia and Quebec up until 2017. I don't travel much anymore but tried to use it today sep. 2026 and it's impossible to start my trip without clicking 'add stops en route' and ignoring that option. very bad lay out. with so many free and good apps this is tough .

I have used and loved copilot for a very long time, now a new update prevents me from using it, it complains about me having administrator access on my phone (root), and will not start for 'security reasons'... You have no right to tell me what i can or cannot do with my own device!

'DO NOT EVER' get this trucking app, I just saw that they double billed me for the past 3 months, and I actually SHOWED them the past 3 months of my credit card statements AND my Google Pay, and they STILL denied me..... trust me, don't ever get this app 😫....(And yes, I pay monthly 🥴)

Co pilot overall is horrible. Many times, the audio does not match the diagram. it has you making turns that don't exist. it's horrible in round a bouts. It will say take the 3rd right but shows the 2nd right 3 of us can have the same address with different outcomes. I'm seriously considering not renewing. 2 other camping friends are just as unhappy with it.

Give me my reports just the way I like them. Not intrusive, able to make sense of unusual queries, and give pertinent suggestions.

A trusted app for safety for years due to road preferences settings. removing this feature by stealth for paid users not on subscription ruined this app for me. It was unsafe to do this without notifying users who have relied on this for their vehicles. I need my road preferences back. Updated. The road preferences feature appears to have been reinstated thankfully. And, yes the addition of road speed limits to android auto was most welcome.

Much better for towing than google maps. I have used it a good bit over the years with no real issues. Thanks.

Just started a 2week free trial - travelled Newark- Northampton...app system bug keeps popping up every 5mins which requires manual screen clearing, taking Exit15 on the M1 wasn't shown as an exit number, and route twice did not show active roadworks with lane closures and traffic congestion...got me here on the right route, but ngl features not great

Since a recent update it no longer functions on my Eonon UX6S due "This device appears to be modified or rooted. CoPilot cannot start for security reasons". Support told me to use the previous version without telling me how. Subscription cancelled. Good Day Sir!

Use to love it. Now it doesn't even work most of the time. GPS won't sink up and show where I actually am or register that I am traveling. Paid a lot of money for something unreliable. Definitely would not recommend to anyone at this time. In the past, yes. Not now.

I've had this for a couple of years for my caravan and generally it's been ok but not now! it won't open and tells me there's no internet connection, which there is and gives an error message of 808. impossible to contact them so be very aware before purchasing this app.

It's easier because I don't feel locked in. Once a month is just fine for me.

Stopped working on my Chinese made 10" car touchscreen android radio system. Which I bought at a shop in South Africa. Now a message appeared on Sunday, 06 September 2026 "Your device was rooted or modified." We already live in a traffic congested environment, high fuel prices & I've been using this paid app for 5 years to safely navigate from work & home. Anyway just another American / Chinese device sanctions going on & leaving us as consumers with no alternatives as usual. Update: Cancelled

reinstalled again. works in AA, now just need satellite view to always be on.

Trial starts when you open the app (bad) and ended before I had a chance to try it. Need to use Android Auto so can't test without buying a year. Map display is awful - can barely see anything. Suggestion - Let users open the app to familiarise themselves, then choose when a functional trial starts.

it would be better if the text size was scalable as its too small for me to read

I did a test route before I committing to paying for the the full price. I tow a caravan and having seen a few reviews saying how good this app is. I put it to the test, set a route from home to east coast knowing full well caravans cannot go via Sutton Bank. Checking route on app to find it has routed me on this road. reply from support was "If you're towing a caravan, I honestly can't recommend relying on this app for that use case right now, since it won't reliably flag those restrictions".

The latest update has ruined what used to be a brilliant 5 star app. Please let us have the previous version because it was so much visually better and allowed a choice of map styles. The latest update is so disappointing and looks like change for the sake of it. The app is so slow to load and dragging map is slow compared to previous version. I still want to like it but it's barely usable. Still no voice to text so behind other apps. The good feature is the map is downloaded so no data used.

I purchased this app for touring from the UK to the Italian Lakes, but it becomes completely useless around the Gothard Tunnel A2 area, both north and south for the tunnel for some 30 miles. GPS mapping positioning places you on minor roads, presumably roads in the Alps and not on the A2 which you are on. This has now occured on the four occasions that I've travelled over the past two years and have to switch to Google Maps. Outside of this the app works well. So for me it's not fit for purpose.

terrible app, keeps telling me my account has finished when I'm paid up and it renews each year! so annoying!

I gave Copilot 5 stars because I'm an over the road truck driver and I use Copilot as my main tool to help me get to my shippers and receiver's. I only have one complaint. I paid my subscription on 8-16 with my card not on file and was charged today on 8-27 with my card on file. I had plans for the money that was taken today and it totally messed up my plans and my day. How frustrating and just ridiculous since I already paid for the year. Trying to contact someone to rectify is stressful.

absolutely BS trash app! Do not waste your money on this slop. payment came out on 8/17 and the app no longer works and tells me I need to "renew" my already paid for subscription!!!! I've been using copilot since 2014 and have done my best to give them the benefit of the doubt. Even after they sold out and their bs UI change. I have the newest Samsung tablet and even with the newest tablet the interface is extremely slow and clunky. Switch to truckerpath.

Would be a 4–5 star app, but now 1 star due to the recent removal of the 'Road Preferences' feature. The ability to favour main roads and avoid rural routes was its key advantage. Without it, the app loses its value—especially as free alternatives offer similar routing. Please restore this feature. **Feature seems to be restored again in August 2026 so I have increased my review score accordingly. I want to thank the developers for bringing back the 'Road Preferences' feature.

Disappointed. Had high hopes for this app after trialling two apps as a family towing a caravan. I actually like the interface but in spite of AI generated results suggesting there is a setting to avoid steep inclines this app guided us up a 1:16. Had to drop into 1st gear and the engine of our 2L diesel 4x4 still struggled. Incredibly stressful. Now it's trying to route us up Sutton Bank - caravan banned route! No way to set to not do this. Yes I have told it I'm towing and dimensions etc.

There is an option for speeding alerts, both visual and audible, that I always use. After the latest update, the audible part does not function half the time. I cannot figure out the logic of when it alerts and when it doesn't. I chose Co Pilot after testing several gps aps, but this latest update has me revisiting those other apps.

unstable, forces unusable routes. when I customize a route point a previous changed segment reverts to a copilot preferenced route. Can't believe I paid money for this level of abuse. How do you spell masochist? This program gets worse each year!

Epic fail today. Road highlighted in black as closed, which it was, but Copilot insisted that was the way to go. Had to route around the closure manually.

The back up service is fantastic. Stopped working after an update and they got it sorted quick.

proper good had no issues using it! using it for a fortnight as a trial to see if I want to buy it but as I said it's easy to use unlike some I could mention does all I need from it so yh looking very promising

Another app ruined by updates. I used this app on a smaller tablet that was just the right size for GPS in my RV'S cab. Now, it is no longer available and manufacturers have upsized all their tablets. Don't waste your time and money. it's just too frustrating. 8-17-26: I AM VERY SORRY. I've been using this app for several years now over multiple devices and I've never encountered any issues with it. The app and maps are regularly updated making it the most reliable sat nav for routing. I would recommend this app to anyone.

I had the trial on my eld for work and it worked fine. but I had to use my phone to subscribe since work has blocked pay methods on the eld. my phone says I have a subscription. my eld copilot app says I need to renew. it worked fine yesterday I dont know why it's acting like this now. cant figure out how to call for support either. because I need a quick solution not something to make my work day even harder!

Really doesn't offer anything more than using Google or Apple maps. Much more difficult to use than it needs to be... maybe ok for over the road truckers, but for RV'ers taking the occasional trip I saw no advantage, certainly not worth $30.

sketchy at best, voice guidance is hit and miss, can never find an address in the search, and keeps resetting the length, width and height of my caravan. Absolutely won't be subscribing after the trial

Loves sending you down single track lanes...not worth the price. Despite having the app set up properly with the correct size caravan etc, we often find we're directed down single track lanes! On our last trip to Longleat, we were getting out to snap off branches on trees to get through. That was the last straw hense the negative review. I wont be rebewing my subscription!

loved it especially this beta version then the updates happened. It's a shame. We have finally reached the point where each update takes us deeper into the abyss of atrociousness. the most recent update has changed the map interface to where it is a hindrance. I'm using a 10 inch tablet and cannot read the text on the map preview. Roads in the route preview can no longer be selected to view or use the route thru here feature. Support has commented below but l can't reach them.

Can we please add an option to lower our vehicle weight? 26000lb minimum is excessive for my current vehicle: Pickup w/ HAZMAT Also, app will randomly add 1-2+ hours of time mid travel despite estimates being much lower when selecting route. No traffic present to make up for the 1-2 delay.

getes u from a to b doesn't let you view your route or show the actual speed your doing until a camera is near would get 5* if you did the above showed the route abit more clearly

3rd time I've had a hard time getting back on my account not happy

Several times the app has been out-of-date. Took us down really winding step road you avoid another supposedly worse road. The road had been fixed and was very gentle climb with few turns and no hairpin turns likes the recommended road. It's taken us down gravel roads instead of paved ones that were available. Dead ended us on nasty gravel road that out kept trying to make us take again. Putting in feedback is not easy, usually dealing with the issue and can't click to send notes.

Avoid! The app diverted me with the caravan through the road unsuitable for long vehicles, 2.5m wide, single track instead of normal road even if I set the app properly. I want to delete my account but I need to create an account with another company to delete my data! Madness!

Poor! Does not choose routs for our rig even after inputting dimensions. Routs us down gravel roads that do not go to destination entered. Will not take most addresses we try, can get kind of close then you are on your own. Does not provide current traffic or road conditions. Free apps provide more. Recommend finding something else. Update: It is nice to hear from the provider. However the link provided is to their website and requires a login which I do not have so further details won't work

New the app used app GPS on the kept routing me through residential area, I notice that when applying the zip code and address that it doesn't pin point the actual location it'll give you different zip codes to choose from with the address. If not paying attention you will assume that your being routing correctly. I lost a hour on a Google delivery because of this app which caused me to have a late delivery. I had use Google map to get my destination. This my reason as a first time user .

Enshittification indeed... Why can't you find my location and navigate if location is on but data is off?... What is the point? Basically if you're in the middle of nowhere and you have no data, navigation stops. But the maps live on my phone so... What is the point... This used to be the most amazing navigation app 10 plus years ago. I think it's time to rethink my 5 star review.

I use the Co-pilot trucker GPS and I used to rely on it pretty heavily, more than my garmin. It was in my opinion the best trucker GPS out there! But then they decided to fix what wasn't broken...released a recent update and things haven't been the same since. It's like someone wrote a buncha code, tested NONE of it, and then decided sure let's go ahead and release this, it'll be great! Well, it's not. Please make co-pilot great again! edit 5 years later and still having issues!

Takes you through tolls regardless it is set to no tolls ever but has now twice taken me through tolls which would have been avoidable. Out of pocket by just under £40.

(1) Allow the app to store map Data on SD card, not main phone memory. (2) Stop forcing user to restart the app, on monthly subscription, to use the app TWELVE days after receiving the monthly payment. Today, it stopped functioning, WHILE DRIVING, forced a reset, & cost me 40 miles worth of fuel AND 40 minutes. (3) Stop the new user install's Default to 3D map, which cannot Zoom. (4) Enlarge the Zoom's button's micro-scaling -- I need 30 presses to get to the needed level.

Use to give more options for routing, now limited to practical and shortest, due to its ridiculous suggested routes, have gone back to Google maps, which is a shame

Despite the screen shots showing a caravan functionality, I am unable to find this on my app. Just shows car, motorbike, cycle and walking. I'm assuming this optiion not available in UK but none of the description describes where RV functionality exists. Shame as I've really liked this app and used it over the years but this lack of funcionility means I need to look elsewhere

I bought this app specifically for my RV to make sure all roads I go down would be safe and I wouldn't end up in an unsafe condition. I put all my info in 60' with my flat tow, 13' high, then set my route. The app had me turn down US Forest Road 23. This is a single lane road, that has sharp turns and NO WHERE TO TURN AROUND. The road was 12" wider than my RV. We were stuck on this road for 62 miles. Parts of the road were unsaved for long sections as well. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Great at navigation...can never I mean never get the audio to connect via bluetooth to any of my cars. Trimble have been of little help to date.

Used this twice whilst towing a caravan in the UK. On both occasions it has asked me to leave a major road at a junction, only to then want me to rejoin the same road at the same junction. Thankfully we questioned this and my passenger looked on Google maps to confirm CoPilot was wrong. Another annoyance is that, whilst it does show on my Android auto screen, I still need the phone on to show traffic. I will be deleting this app and going back to Tom Tom.

problems with offline maps and having to reinstall, first problem. Not getting speed camera warnings. Get those in free Google maps. Incorrect speed limits displayed, no bridge warnings... had a much higher expectation having paid for the app. I think, on this Android Pixel 9a running version 16 Android OS... this application is pretty useless. I hate that I paid for it. It is useful for monitoring vehicle speed and direction like a compass. so far that's it. We are in a camper for two weeks

I should give copilot two stars, yet I want to give it 5 stars for more reasons than one. Easy to use. Great interface. Quick real time truck stop locator and other important locations. Terrible at keeping my vehicle on the interstate. It's always trying to get me off the highway only to get me back on the same interstate using side roads with traffic lights. Time and fuel is important to any Truck driver. so please stop trying to reroute me with detours due to lane closures. etc

I have seen recommendations that the app is good for motorhomes... however I can't find anywhere to enter the width / height / weight of the vehicle which have to be fundamental to a bigger vehicle routing. all I see is car / motorcycle / bicycle / walking profiles

only 4 stars because once in a while the gps will shut down all on its own but everything else is pretty great. would be even better if I could view the gps entirely in satellite view instead of just when I arrive at my location. UPDATE: Its been 11 months exactly and no response from anyone.

Have been using for about a decade. It continues to become more useful and easy to use. I like being able to zoom and still have it scroll following my location with the map.

Firstly the app could not find the postcode despite it being a well established site for many years. when using a postcode that was close to the site, it add a 20miles to the route for sheer hell of it making journey time longer than it needed to be. The app is also not android auto compatible, no matter what you've put on your description it will not open as the main GPS when hooked up. Im using fold4 closed an open. it still needs work!

Testing this to see how it compres to similar apps, the same, in other words, useless. Knowing my local roads very well, I asked to go to a local destination. We're off to a good start, I was directed in to a footpath. If this is the best they can come up with, it's little wonder hgvs get stuck in farm lanes. It did suggest a suitable route for a caravan, and two very unsuitable routes.

It is a very antiquated navigation app. Difficult to search for locations. It really isn't worth the subscription.

Not happy that I can no longer select to avoid motorways. The app keeps trying to put me on motorways which I hate driving on.

Each update is slower and clunkier. I've started looking for an app to replace it. I purchased it as a back up to my dedicated GPS, but find myself using it more frequently because it works well. Each successive update seems to take longer to launch. It's now taking an unacceptably long time to start up.

Running it on Graphene OS and it's awesome! All the features I want without the google snooping.

New Zealand map originally available to me, now locked behind paywall. App failed to work for nearly 24 hours on arrival in NZ using Australasian maps. Subscription required for live traffic feature. (Google Maps free). Now notified that the app will no longer run on a rooted device. I guess it is sayonara Co-Pilot. plenty of free and more user friendly options available.

I used CoPilot for car navigation to have more flexibility than my car's internal satnav functionality, and for primary motorcycle navigation. However, the removal of the 'road preferences' feature renders this app obsolete in my opinion. I feel more and more features are being removed, but cannot be entirely sure (as I've only been using CoPilot occasionally the last years). App crashes occasionally, removal of unique features, not recommended anymore.

very slow to load, beginning to fail to show calculated route again.

So grateful for this app. Was driving through dead zone cell area and could not get my phone Nav to get me a map or location, despite of programming it and was using it in the middle of my trip. Would like to see it zoom in and out to see more maps and where you are going, like Google maps.

I use this app so many years, it's brilliant, so much better than Google maps.

can't believe you haven't fixed the decimal coordinates yet, and you have to place them in separately, all other apps make it easy and you can just copy and paste the whole thing in one line

The update removes the ability to change road preferences on mobile, but seems to have kept previous preferences. I switched to a more local run, and now I'm constantly fighting the routing, having to spend considerable time hitting "avoid road" repeatedly to not go 50 miles out of my way. Also, the search is way worse than it used to be; not sure what happened there. I wanted to just roll back the update, but I can't. Guess I'll switch to Google Maps + common sense.

You broke this with the latest update. You removed routing preferences. Now. i get some really stupid inefficient routes. You guys suck!!!

Best satnav app I've used. I tried quite a few but settled for copilot several years ago and I'm still using it.

CoPilot app is a road hazard it was sending me out of the I-5 all the time, even when my gps for trucks told me to stay there. Yesterday, it sent me out of the I-5 without reason and when I followed that route, it just sent me back to the I-5.

do not like that I cannot use the microphone to speak locations

Unable to create account. Completed fields with spec required but create is greyed out.

android auto works like 5mins until it gets sluggish and stops working at all unless restarted. did not use for long on rv trip as it wouldnt work longer than 5-10 minutes.

updated version sucks need a actual person to talk too to figure out up date

On 7 May 2026, I installed a CoPilot GPS update from Play Store, Since then, the app has refused to launch on my device, stating "This device appears to be modified or rooted. CoPilot cannot start for security reasons." IT ISN'T. Ihave been using CoPilot GPS since 2023 and rely upon it for routeing suitable for my motorhome's weight and dimensions. I am currently in the middle of an extended trip with no functioning satnav despite having paid my annual subscription 2 months ago.

The Calculate button glitches on tablets. When planning a trip and pressing Calculate, sometimes it starts calculating and lets you begin the trip, but other times the button does not respond at all. It seems like there is a bug in the code causing the button to fail randomly. Please look into this issue, and once it is fixed, I’ll update my rating. *update - I think I found the issue when connected to the internet the button seems to work so for some reason when it's offline it does not work

can't create a personal account to try use the app.

after many years, now for rooted devices the application does not work anymore since it's last update 11.3.0.2061. So, because we love to control our devices and because we have payed for a software now we can't use it anymore. Last working on rooted devices is today 11.3.0.2023 version. What a shame.

It's a really good app for driving with plenty of info & over the years, I have found it to be accurate. I've never been piloted into a river, so I will still keep on using it. 👍

Many years liking this as my main car nav. Bought most maps, subscribed to traffic notifications, trusted it to get me across Europe. Android Auto implementation's not great, but I put up with it. Since last update, it refuses to start 'for security' as it thinks my phone is 'modified or rooted'. It's neither. Not a banking app so blocking usage I've paid for is unjustified in any case. If an update in next few days fixes this, review deleted & usage continued. If not, finally time to uninstall.

I love the updates that you are doing with the app it does make it easier one thing I have really hoped for over the years is that you would change it so that we can voice text our address in instead of mainly having to type the address in

I really wanted to try this app as I have heard great things from it. however it won't let me create an account as it does not recognise any of the email addresses I have (tried 4). I hope this bug gets fixed quick.

since day 1 never had an issue. This app is great for truckers, it has never sent me down the wrong road or path

App is scrambling my favorites list. At first it was all in alphabetical order but now it's all over the place. The app is also having location issues. When I'm driving, it moves my location on the app saying I'm somewhere completely different.

Bought this for caravan towing. Unfortunately the first time using it took us towards Sutton Bank which is not accessible for caravans with no alternative route. Had to turn off and use another app

it's not too bad it's too zoomed in while you drive

All the street names have disappeared. I'm not sure if this is because of the latest update. I can't seem to get a response. I've been a customer it was a Windows product named door to door over 25 years ago. Don't know what's going on! Edit, thanks for response, it solved my issue!

I wrote this review many years ago. I can only repeat what I said then. It still applies. - What a great app! Everything is as a SatNav should be. Great value. No short change on the programme capabilities. Does everything I want. Been using Copilot since early 90s. Compliments to CoPilot.

this app has already led me to the middle of a field on the side of the freeway and down a residential dead end street. Cancelling subscription and switching to something else.

love this app it works better the Garmin or ranMcNally I have had both and why would you spend 899 dollars or 499 dollars at a truck stop when you can pay 9.99 a month and get the best

consistently shows im driving in the woods, throws up restricted routes and roads even though im on an interstate. I really tried to like it but after weeks of nothing but issue after issue I decided to buy a real truck gps and not have to worry. My CDL is at stake and the amount of issues, off routes and errors is not worth it.

If this worked nicer with Android Auto it would be wonderful. No speed on the dashboard and no camera alerts. I use others but nothing else is as good for getting me to particular houses for service calls. As the map data is on your phone even lose of internet and phone signal doesnt stop this gem of an app. Im a field service engineer and can confirm this app has never let me down in location or traffic warnings since installing the first version 8 years ago.

installed this app in the head unit of my motorhome and then uninstall it as it wasn't showing any maps, not good

Excellent app. I always use it. There is always room to improve but, when used simultaneously with regular maps, it is unbeatable. Truck stops and weigh stations all seem to be accurate. Overall, one of the best apps for truckers. Keep up the good work. Thanks 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Tried to send us down some very narrow lanes! Luckily we knew the area and knew the route the app was trying to send us down was definitely not suitable for a caravan, if we had followed the route we would have been in big trouble.

Strangely starts accurately and then after a few uses directs you onto no truck roads. 1 star because this is a pass or fail basis when health and safety at stake.

Pretty disappointed. It seemed like the answer at first. Then it started getting ahead of itself. So many times I'd be watching the traffic and it would think I'm already on a road I should have turned on, and when I look at it, it doesn't show a turn. Until I pass it... then, it shows I must make a U-turn. Often, it's miles to tyhe next place I can safely turn around. It's made me late enough times that I'm getting rid of it. I got another Rand. Maybe, it won't make me want to throw it out the

This is, without question, one of the worst GPS applications I’ve ever used. It consistently fails to function properly routing is inaccurate, directions are unreliable, and it frequently instructs unnecessary and absurd U-turns. On multiple occasions, I’ve entered a correct address only to be taken somewhere nowhere near the intended destination. A navigation app that cannot navigate defeats its entire purpose. Extremely frustrating and a complete waste of time. Do not waste your money and time
