City Fitness is the app for members of City Fitness gym. Your training programme, workouts, progress, diet plan and membership are all in one place, always in step with what your trainer sets up at the gym.

This app is for City Fitness members, and your account is created by the gym. Already a member but don’t have a login yet? Tap “Request Access” on the sign-in screen to message the gym on WhatsApp.

YOUR TRAINING PROGRAMME
• See the programme your trainer assigned, with your weekly schedule, training days and rest days
• Open today’s session and see the sets your trainer prescribed for every exercise
• Read exercise instructions where the gym has added them

LOG EVERY WORKOUT
• Start a workout and log the weight and reps of each set as you go
• Finish with a session summary: duration, sets logged, total volume, your top set and volume by exercise
• Every finished session is saved to your workout history, where your trainer can see it too

TRACK YOUR PROGRESS
• Personal records for every exercise you log, showing how many kilos you have added
• Your training volume trend over the last 30 days, plus your weekly training volume
• Weekly consistency: your day streak, plus your sessions and volume this week
• Measurements recorded at the gym, including weight, BMI, body fat and muscle mass
• A weight goal based on the healthy BMI range for your height
• A progress journal with before-and-after photos and notes from your trainer

YOUR DIET PLAN
• Open the diet plan your trainer assigned as a PDF and zoom in on the details

YOUR MEMBERSHIP
• Your plan, your renewal date and how many days you have left
• One feed for membership renewals, newly assigned programmes and notes from your trainer

WORKS OFFLINE
Your programme and progress are saved on your phone, so they still open when the gym has no signal. Workouts you finish offline are kept safe on the device and uploaded automatically once you are back online.

IN YOUR LANGUAGE
Use the app in Albanian, English or Italian.
