The AI false ads are getting ridiculous & offensive. The latest "we'll stick a fat patch on a pig" & then claiming it has the support of the BBC & St Thomas's Hospital is especially so. Also the AI ads in front of a M&S store with a link to a website that is clearly NOT M&S is downright fraud. There is clearly no moderation of the ads, probably an attitude of "if they pay then we'll let them show anything". PLEASE BECOME RESPONSIBLE AND STOP THE AI GENERATED SLOP! The game itself is great!

Getting steadily worse. Sound glitches off when you return from checking a text or another app. Watching the ad to get another life crashes into a black screen half the time. You were making good improvements. What happened?!?!

It has been more than 10 years reaching level 10099! At 10k+ level, it is just way too difficult, missing all the "fun" out of my stress life. It become the stress itself. lol Thanks and UNINSTALLing.

A very fun game to play and its variations are fun, challenges are awesome, and levels are more and more fun and challenging as you go further throughout the game so you use strategy with your problem solving skills

I like to play to keep my mind thinking, but I can't really afford to buy lives and tools, and the systems knows this and doesn't allow me to move forward a lot of the time. It's quite obvious how the games play out during these times and is quite frustrating. Other than that I enjoy playing.

Certain levels are guaranteed 1 star completion with no chance at improving your score, except for a very lucky string of matches.

Not good. Love the game but there are a lot of Play Store apps that just freeze. I'm having to close the app, losing my progress + rewards gained. This is happening on Candy Crush Jelly, Saga and Soda!!!

I have always loved this game. My only issue is that the app freezes up and I have to uninstall and reinstall, losing my progress. I have to start over.

The game was good for the first six levels... Then comes the real game... Moves are very less... No ways to earn gold other than buying... Also the lives are taking very long to come back.. I am die ahrd fan of candy crush saga... That's why installed this but this is no near to it... Also after each failure it just adds 1 move to spend gold...

King has always made the best puzzle games. I've been playing these games with my mother since I was a child. It all started with candy crush saga, soda saga, and now jelly saga. The other games I love are bubble witch saga and farm heroes saga. No other puzzle game made by some random brand can ever replace ones made by King! Thank you for all the fun levels💪

You spend 85% of your time watching adverts. Then if you lose lives they kick you out of the game so you can't even play it and they make you wait ages before letting you play again. Dumb.

The only draw-back to this game 🎮 is the player profile, unless you're equipt with a Facebook account, you get a random 'Player' tag and a random image to go with it. The 🎶 music 🎵 is like a vintage soundtrack from a Disney movie and the rater 🐭 is deep-voiced and enjoyable to listen to. There's plenty to rave about 🤢, so much I could go on all day about this game. Just give Candy 🍬 Crush Jelly the version a try!

I enjoy this game so much but the ads inside the game plus the ads force fed to me while playing other games makes it so that the candy crush saga is not even playable

Annoying bugs for how long this has been out. Most recently it bugs out in letting you use your gold for extra moves. it will keep telling you to continue but then no option to do so. only about 1/3 of the time does it actually give the option to add moves.

Like most ad based apps, the ads are very poorly implemented. After watching a 30 second ad you have to wait an additional 10 seconds before the X pops up to close the ad. The X didn't work. It either takes you to the product advertised or did back to the screen where you can tap to watch an ad or pay for more turns. A ripoff!

been playing this for a while now... at level 1131. not because of skill but because of perseverance. the game decides when you get to move on to the next level. you will play and play over and over one level and then the game says you have played that one long enough and you win in 2 moves. I don't think they care about the complaints though as I don't see any replies from the company. I am sure they are making a ton of money so why care. bummer. will probably uninstall as I am just bored now

it's ok... but... It's obvious that you are forced to lose over and over. Random levels it's impossible to win until the algorithm sees fit. so you lose over and over until you run out of lives. then come back later and you win within 2 moves. it's not a game built on skill, or whether you are any good at matching, it's built on whether the algorithm will let you pass that level easily or at all. I've only made it to level 92 and it's just been a consistent thing I've noticed.

I like the game. But..... 1. I cannot stand the fact that if you have gold bars you still need to connect to the store to use the bars you already own. Why is that even a thing? And 2. From the start it's almost impossible to play the game without purchasing anything in order to beat these levels. They're just demanding money at this point just to enjoy a what's supposed to be simple game. Example being a super hard level with say 15 moves how is that even possible.

Well, was nice getting gold from races... Until the game decided that actually competing a race and crossing the finish line doesn't mean jack. That's twice now I've placed in the top 3 in a race and would get gold for it, and the game just flat out refuses to acknowledge that fact. I can play random levels only available after completing all current levels. Oh, and let's not forget the "watch ad to continue" feature occasionally dropping dead and force failing me.

This game used to add the rest of your moves as upgraded candy to add to the score and to add dopamine to the brain. recently they decided to remove that and base it off the candy you destroy and it makes some levels actually impossible to get three stars on unless you try that level for the 30th time. Edit: So it does do that, but it doesn't use all the moves to make special candy like the other games do. And there's a bug where some of the combined candies doesn't do the intended effect.

This game is so much fun to play that it's addictive. They give you boosters every day a. And. They're easy to earn. You also have the choice to watch up to three ads to get up to 6 to more moves to help you win the game which is awesome when you and don't have any more moves or bars to play. If you still don't win you can continue to keep watching ads to get more moves in the game. Love the game and definitely recommend it. I give it a 10 star rating.

This game would be a lot more enjoyable, if even the easy levels weren't super hard a lot of the times. I enjoy a challenging game, but this is over the top. 32 attempts on just one level and then on the 33rd try. POOF! An extremely easy win. And the levels started getting hard in the very beginning. Was 4 stars. Came back, still very long ads and now a Google ad where the X close button won't work, the ad won't let you exit unless you download another app... No. • I had stopped playing when they introduced 30+ sec ads (I don't mind ads, that's how we get free games, but not constant, 30+sec ones). - After watching said 30sec ad, it may black screen, you have to shut down, and you lose that life. -- I also lost all my collected boosters over the years, whenever I switch phones.

I find the hard levels to be very hard, almost difficult to pass. The fish have no surrounding splash when combined with another fish. I left this game before because I found the levels to be difficult for just having fun. I came back to see if the game has improved or gotten easier but I see it has not. Some levels I have to spend all my gold just to pass. It's more frustrating than fun. Guess I'm leaving it again.

I play these games to relax and have fun. I do not mind having to play a level over and over again to win and, spend a little money to achieve a level. I enjoy playing other games. At this time not only will I not spend money but, will only play this game when lives run out in other games because The levels with the "Queen" and Mustache Marty are ridiculous. Someone needs to restructure the turns. I'll move once and they move two to three times! It's not fun.

Horrible. I have had on more than one or two occasions where before you have a chance to even make a move at the beginning of the game you get a message that there are no more possible moves. You haven't even made a move and you just won the previous game so you have the multi color ball you can use. You contact support and they want a screenshot. A screenshot of what? Something that is totally random?!?! I have spent too much money on this game for this BS!!!

SUPER tired of the game conviently freezing when I have 1 move left. Obviously I lose all the power ups I have from winning games AND any I PAID FOR and used within the game. It's not like it's rocket science it's a game. It's been around long enough to have these issues fixed by now. Will stop spending any money on this game from now on. It's not worth it if it freezes consistently. DO NOT give me your canned "clear your cache ect" it's not always our phones or tablets.

I'm in love with this "series" of games. I decided to download 3 of them to play them almost simultaneously. I started with Candy Crush Saga and I made a lot of progress (past level 45). But, it seems to me that in this iteration of the game, I'm being forced to buy the power-ups to be able to progress. I had to try 12+ times just to beat level 15 (yes, level 15), and I had to use power-ups to beat it. It seems to me like I NEED to depend on paid power-ups rather than skill to make progress.

I never thought that I'd be saying this but this game cheats. Everything was good until hitting level 345. This level is done with another character. The other character's liquid vessel practically fills to the top with just one move enabling it to earn a monkling. Today it had 5 of them but mine barely filled my vessel. I never did get any vs his 5. This may sound trivial but not after trying to beat the level for over a week! It's very disheartening that I don't want to play any longer.

Fun game for a little bit. Then it just takes too long to complete a level, not even a hard level. Been on one basic level for 4 days. Not fun when the game just keeps you on a level for no reason. Used all power ups, gold bars, and anything else. Won't let me move on. Oh well. Delete......fun while it laster.

The Credit Karma ad is enough to make me want to get rid of this game!!! I can't clear it!!! Please do something!!! ***UPDATE! The last update really messed this game up. It used to be that if I watched the ads after using up all my moves, I would get some extras to continue the game, but since the last update, watching the ads does nothing, except end the game. Dislike the levels you have to play against the computer. They are next to impossible to beat, they are often times multiple levels in a row, and if I wanted to play a game against another "player", I would grab a board game. Frustrating and I don't enjoy this version of candy crush. Also, gold bars are rarely given. Been playing a month or so and have 26 bars. Most of which seem to have been "earned" by downloading the game. I haven't earned a bar in, at least, a week. Going to Uninstall.

I like the verses game. One person has the advantage of the other person really has to think about what they're doing. I'm an older person so it's a problem solving and fun at the same time . I recommend this especially now during the quarantine it keeps your mind busy and active in the problem solving area and gives you a little bit of satisfaction when you win a difficult game. A very good, challenging game, but it all of a sudden stops, quits, fades to black, all of which causes loss of turns at play. Part II - After years of playing this game (since at least 2015), why was I started from Level 1 after getting a new phone? I've had other new phones during these 7 years and being brought down to Level 1 has never happened before.

Review update: some of the glitches seem to have been fixed, so that's a plus. This game used way too many tactics to get you to spend money including making the game crazy hard to beat levels unless you're buying upgrades. Once you purchase an upgrade the levels will automatically become easier. Also wish it didn't take so long to refill tickets to play in the championship. Thats the main reason I play but I can only play like twice a day.

I really enjoyed playing, sometimes too much. Especially the royal challenge where you play an opponent, trying to cover you have board with the most jelly. But for the last 4 days the arena has been "closed" and I can only play the race part of jelly saga. Very disappointing because I can't figure out the issue. I'm sure it's not really closed to all players. I had a similar experience with candy crush. I was not able to participate in any of the booster or coin challenges.

The game is fun and relaxing until you get to later levels, at which point they are designed to insta-kill you if you have any boosters, or have multi-stages designed to waste boosters, or set up to make the lvl impossible if you have boosters. At which point, customer service just throws their hands up and says "hey, that's game design". The whole thing becomes "spend money to get gold to buy lives" and it's a real shame. Just reset your progress around lvl 1400 when it happens.

I play for relaxation, so I'm not looking for a difficult challenge. However, I do like to achieve 3 stars upon accomplishing the game--WITHOUT needing to purchase boosters to beat the level. Sometimes reaching that goal has been fairly frustrating, which defeats the purpose of playing this game, at least for me.

Royal Championship is better, not as unstable. They are working out a lot of the bugs. Not sure why it doesn't consistently match players with someone 🤔 you have equal opportunity. For example with tool selection, one player selects standard tools (maybe they didn't win or used special tools); other player selects one or two special tools starts first and likely to wipe out the player with no special tools.

Updating, but now I see those fish aren't working correctly again. Or, they work weirdly on purpose in level 1640. They go beneath one of the monklings, but when the other is right about to get into the finish, the fish go everywhere else but there. I don't like that inconsistency. Edit: The fish have been better. This game keeps me busy still!

This app has fixed all its previous problems I don't seem to have any more problems with this it doesn't slow down my phone I love playing and buy stuff a little but you don't have to if you don't want to. I'm on a fixed income it's only sometimes can I buy stuff but it's still rewards me with free play time and stuff the more I play. so I really enjoy it thank you for fixing everything and making such a relaxing game. I love how it keeps my brain going it helps with my memory.

I cannot even access the arena at all today to play one on one which I absolutely love. I believe there should be more than 2 different boards to play and also agree that the game is decided who is going to win before the match ever begins. I'm currently looking to get away from all the candy crush games as it doest matter our input, nothing changes!! Ive easily spent 200 dollars on in app purchases, the more you spend, the more you loose so you will spend more.

I like the challenge of the royal championship but I'm getting pretty frustrated with the way it plays. Always getting error and losing lives because of the error. I really wish you would get that straightened out so the challenge plays correctly. I am almost to the point where I'm going to quit playing Candy Crush all together because after this long it should be playing correctly.

I like this game well enough. It's a typical match game from the candy crush series. My favorite part of this game is the tournaments where you can play other players. I would have given 5 stars yesterday. Today I reached the last level. There's no map and I spent 40 minutes scrolling back to level 1 to play up. My lives time and free fish ran out while I scrolled. They need a map to jump to levels. No tournaments on Mondays so I'm stuck here writing a review.

Pls fix BUG!!!! Love the game, even bought a few times gold bars to participate in the VS game. The only problem I'm extremely unhappy about is that I receive an connection error in the VS game although I've got a very stable fiber line. I loose a ticket to play and my boosters are gone for the round, even have lost progresses. If this doesn't get fixed then I won't be playing anymore which would be sad as I really love playing it. Constantly says "oops something went wrong", and takes away my tickets from the "royal championship" where you play against other players. I pay for tickets, and it will just exit to the main menu while it's searching for a person to play against, then I go back to try again, and it counted that as if I played. As well as the countless times that I win a match, and it does the same thing; goes to the main menu, and it acts like I actually lost the match. It's all rigged, to be honest.

This game used to be fun to play but, now, you are stuck on levels for weeks at a time and vs is totally rigged. You can't tell me that I can beat 4400 regular levels of the game but not win one challenge on vs. Or if I do, then, you get an error message about lost internet or "sorry, something went wrong." Yes something went wrong. I played this game.

For the last few days this game keeps freezing up to where I would have to delete and download the game again. When I play the vs game it seems like it's set up for the opposite player to win almost as if I am actually playing the computer (fixed). And then if I do move on it's locked almost like it's forcing you to buy gold bars to unlock it. It should be a fun enjoyable game and you shouldn't have to pay to keep moving forward. Also if I win it freezes and takes my tickets. RIPOFFS

The championship game is getting worse. It used to just randomly freeze then disconnect in the middle of a game. And when you restart the app, they give you the loss. Now there are candy pieces missing from under the jelly and when you pop them, they're just blank spots; you cannot swap pieces and pieces don't fall into the empty spaces. This is on top of the previous issues that are still unresolved. Been extremely frustrating to play lately. Such a shame since it used to be fun.

So there's been several times during the tournament's (2x in the last 24 hours) that i have won a match with all total points possible, then suddenly it says, "something went wrong" n brings me to the you've broken your steak part. Which i DID NOT. So I'm out the points, the treasure chests and the steak totals. N outs asking me to purchase to not lose my progress. I've spent way too much on this game already n I'm now angry. It's like it's purposely doing this as it thinks I'll fork out more $!

Dear Candy Crush makers, I use to feel smart when I started out playing your game and it was relaxing. As I progressed in levels it became a challenge and that was good in a different way. Then one day I reached a level that became frustrating. There's a line you are crossing making some levels so hard you play them over and over and over for sooooo long. Let's be honest the game isn't meant to be rocket science. It should be relaxing and challenging but not dang near impossible. Calm down.

Rigged. Nothing but frustration. The one where you play in your own is decent. But the one where you play vs the bunny or the queen is very rigged. I will be like 1 block away from winning and the game will make one move and 2/3 of the board turns green. In addition, sometimes the game failed to save your progress. You pass a level but when you come back to it later, it shows that you didn't pass it yet.

The pro I have is the game itself is very fun. The cons I have are that it is slow to load and to turn off, I don't have this issue with other games from this company. One of the games within the game, some kind of race that I do not know how to turn off if possible, is annoying to have to wait for that to load so I can exit that as well and play the games I like. Occasionally the x at the top will show up to exit it but more times it does not. Just needs faster loading for perfection.

I enjoy the game but I've noticed a few things, the fish are basically useless and rarely actually help which can get frustrating but the worst for me is the team boards. I usually get them all because my "team" is slow or stalls out on a challenge but I just got an hour booster after finishing a board... and I have no lives. So I checked 4 boxes in 2 days for nothing. You should at least be able to save it for when you do have lives.

This game is so bad. You have to wait for as long as half an hour to have a new life and some of the levels are hard to the point that you can't pass even if you use all the power ups. The levels with "liquorice larry" is the worst. He literary takes every move possible to make it in a useless way and spoil the whole game. Its to the point you can't even play the game already. They give replenish of lives but those are usually when your life is already full so what's the point.

This game is addictive!!! I love the graphics, the characters and the easy navigation while playing! I really like the updates this game has! Playing against others is fun and challenging!! UPDATE (7/20/20): All of a sudden, game doesn't operate properly. Can't access my 66 gold bars I already purchased to play extra moves, can't access Any events, or even play the game properly to win moves. Already contacted tech support. Still the same. Uninstalling 😓

Bugs finally fixed after a few updates but now the fish are off and it's really annoying. Fish are supposed to eat areas with obstacles, not random free jellies. I've failed super easy levels multiple times because ther fish will eat literally every jelly AROUND the one I actually need, even when it's the only one with an obstacle. I don't know what's up lately, just seems to be one problem after another.

I was stuck on a level for at least 20 hours (accumulative). Finally, all that I needed was just one more move, but I was on my last chance. I decided to buy the $14.99 multi pack which came with 100 bars. After the purchase, in anticipation, I clicked the button to continue. I couldn't. The plethora of candy 'tools' appeared, but no bars. I was livid! I emailed the developer and changed my rating to one star. 15 mins later, the bars appeared. I feel tricked.

Developers.. the app freezes every time it gets to no moves left. I don't even see the 'continue?' Screen.. it's fine if you pass a level.. is this a known bug? Otherwise, I love the game! I've been playing for some time - the piggy bank is a bit of a con to ask you to pay for gold bars that you've 'earned' but I love the random rewards of 2 hours of infinite lives

Poor update. Daily gifts aren't presented until all lives are gone, pointless. Fish also no longer benefit the player, so you're hoping we'll drop more cash. Poor, greedy update *** Update Oct. 2019: The game was recently updated, and since, it's no longer possible to retrieve messages. The app shows I have messages (sending and receiving lives) but when I try to access them, it's blank. Way to test an update prior to releasing. Won't spend any more more money while the game is jacked up. ***

It is fun but im not a fan of freemium games. Instead of counting down moves left it should count down time. Instead of designing the game against player in order to line your pockets you should let them advance to the next level with the option to go back if they choose. I enjoy match 3 games just not these. It has potential but it won't change.

I think the extra lives and boosters use too many gold bars for the prices of the bundles and how long it takes to fill the piggy bank. I purchase in app all the time.. But it would be nice if I didn't have to go through my gold bars so quickly because of how expensive the extra lives are to pass the level 😔😔😔.. There are levels that are fun and enjoyable. But the levels where you have to take turns with the computer generated player that is supposedly on your team, is more frustrating than words. More often than not it sabotages good moves that you've set up, or steals candies that you were saving for a specific move. It happens too often to be confidence. For this reason alone, this game is getting uninstalled.

I enjoy the game overall. But I find some of the levels are too hard. With this one and Flower Blossom, there are levels that take weeks to beat. Once it actually cost me longer than a month of frustrated evenings trying not to much around my grandkids while wanting to throw the device across the room. And I get that the games are free, and money is made from advertising but it's hard to collect those boosters that at times seem to be the only way to beat especially those levels with the quee

made it to level 679. started to notice in the 500s that the specials (color orb, color bomb) were fizzing out every once in a while instead of doing their job, but blew it off as I was just seeing things. also, the "fish-o-meter" kept filling to the first line on a level, and then returning to where it was before on the next level. So, i would have to fill it again. Finally I notified King, and they told me to get video of it happening. Really, video? So, I'm supposed to video myself playing?

Since the last update my game freezes and I end up having to quit and loose the game. At first I thought it was my phone but found out it's the game. I even purchased several coin packages to try and complete the level but still continues to freeze and loose the level with 22 and 16 moves left. I love the game but wish they fix this bug. update- still never got a reply to my emails or a comment on this review. ridiculous This is ridiculous! I was on level 1034 and had tons of color bombs fish striped candy and etc. I thought since I was pretty far in the game I would finally click the Facebook save your progress option. What a mistake that was! I logged into my Facebook only to lose completely everything and start over from level 1! Why would it say "save your progress" when it totally doesn't save your current progress.

It's another 'match 3 or more in a row' puzzle game from King Software that's free to play, but pay to win. And these guys are the pioneers of that genre, and it really shows here. First few levels are fairly simple and easy to get the hang of, but then it gets relentless and starts throwing levels at you that are impossible without buying extra moves.

I'm at level 380. I'm uninstalling this game. Sick of trying to fight an impossible battle. You can obviously see the game is stacked against you when trying to fight licorice Larry or the queen. Way too many hard and extra hard levels. Almost every other one or every one is hard or extra hard. I've given it a valiant effort but for me.. and the login gifts are a joke. The other game soda at least gives you better gifts even if it resets itself saying you didn't play the day before.
