They charged me for this app , and I did not like it for my daughter because it wouldn't understand what she was saying most of the time. so after that I unsubscribed. and they're trying to charge me again with a different Name. it used to charge my card with " Google buddy ai kids " and now they tried to charge me with " Google buddy toss" i tried to contact the app with that name because I never had it , and I checked my emails and I got a email saying " OCT 18 BUDDY AI " I email them to STOP.

Not really a free app I downloaded this app because it was listed as offering in-app purchases, but in practice you are immediately pushed into a 3-day free trial that turns into a paid subscription. What I find particularly frustrating is that the trial screen says I will be charged after 3 days, but it does not clearly show how much I will be charged. I don’t think users should have to start a trial without seeing the subscription price clearly upfront. Very disappointing and not transparent

Scammer, do not click for free trial they will directly cut 6 months subscription. and no one going to take responsibility, not even google play. I believe its not only their fault its google play's as well. and then they will reply to contact support which i have done multiple times from app where I got no reply and after mailing them they have asked to contact google play hahaha. big scammer they will throw you like ping pong to each other and u will be left with no resolution.

cancelled the subscription but somehow it still charges my card months later in a deceptive way without notification in the app or on my account. devious little app, do not recommend, it also records everything your children do and say for further learning and development of their AI. which is something that they should pay their users for, because that data is valuable. stay away from this app.

It's very interactive and keeps my child engaged; however, my daughter can't login with her tablet after using my phone to create the account. It gives us the run-around. I bought the 6 month plan and couldn't even use it. We switched to ABC Mouse.

BEWARE : the application is impossible to unsubscribe. I registered using the browser with my hotmail email for trial and added a credit card. I downloaded the app on my phone. I was asked many questions no matter what I do I can't find any options in the app or in the playstore to cancel my subscription. I have sent an email with details on 26th Sept. I have not received any reply. I sent a follow up email on Oct 1 for which I got an automated reply case # 822358. Still I am waiting for rply

not good. downloaded this for my 4 year old cousin and it annoyed my cousin so much that my cousin started crying because of this ai, it kept asking my cousin questions. also sometimes it pronounces words wrong too please fix that edit: wht do you mean "what went wrong" I already said it asks too many questions that made my cousin cry and the ai pronounces words wrong too do I need to be more specific than that

How many times must we purchase it? my child uninstalled the app and when I downloaded it again, I had to go through the same set up and do the free trial even though I paid for the 6 month subscription. There is no sign in option. I reached out to them and they kept telling me to give them some info via the settings which there are no settings that I could find even when following their instructions, no settings. makes it feel like a scam.
