Bolt Pharmacy are very supportive. They have been there throughout my journey and if I had any questions or worries I put a message on Whats App and I had an answer quite quickly with follow up from my clinician quite quickly after if required.

superb professional service

Extremely frustrating experience. the app will not load or open for me, keeps doing an error message that it cannot connect. all other apps on my phone work fine, connection is fine. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no change. I prefer the Fella Hub website but it keeps directing me to download the app that does not work. it's so frustrating, I can't use it nor can I get a reply when I emailed for support. Would vote 0 stars if I could.

I've been using Bolt Pharmy for nearly two months. The people who work there are always on hand via E Mail with any queries or questions you need to ask while you're on your medication. Highly recommend if you want to start the weight loss. Gone from 16 stone 11 to 15 stone 11 in about a month and a half.

Quick customer support replies but terrible service. I've had to and fro with support for weeks without resolution. There's also an issue with the app where after verifying your identity, it throws you back to the start of the identity verification. You provide information to their customer support repeatedly and nothing moves forward. Awful experience, I've now requested a refund and taking my money elsewhere

This app is terrible. Evertime I get account issues sorted, all my history, dosage records and purchase history is gone, the next time I log in. It doesn't matter if it's the app or direct website loging in. same issue.

Great company. Very good at helping you keep track of things and giving you options for how you want to proceed.

it's only £59 for the first month then its more expensive then alot of the competitors

not loosing the weight like l thought l would. it is very expensive for only 1-2lbs a week. been on it since end of May only lost 10lbs and £650. not happy at all. Now looking for alternatives.

I've had a lot of trouble using my ID

The app has lots of bugs and with each update there is a new one. First - it can't count to 30 doses correctly so it logged me starting the second increased dose a day early. Secondly I had to chase up for the next delivery to be despatched because the app didn't recognise I was close to running out even though I was logging each dose daily and had completed all the checks. Continually prompts me to update to the latest version. And now it doesn't allow decimal points when logging weight

You need to get new IT people the app is atrocious, you can't get on straight away sometimes and when you do get on it keeps throwing you off or reverting to online page. Please have the common sense to listen to your customers.
