엄.... 너무품절이잦음 까비

love purchasing seasons greetings here + keeping up with my idols is 100x easier than social media. ♡♡

just started using and it's fun 😁

good

downloaded it for IVE, its good

BTS army kya aap yaha ho plz voti bts india army plz

soo cute

the optimization on this app is so bad, u need to fix this.

Is there a better way for identity verification? What era are we in now that we still have to use sms for verification? I have been trying to verify my phone number by sending out the sms, but every time I try, it's sending a sms to a different country phone number which was kinda sus (I checked the numbers through WhatsApp and they are mainly numbers of various countries businesses' numbers)

good

This is a super app.I connect with my idol IU 💙,this is really best feelings for me.

this is a good app,I almost give 5 star but please fix the bug

It's user-friendly. But a few more tweaks will make it better.

other then being a little slow, I love the app

I live in Indonesia, and mobile identity verification doesn't work because after sending verification message and tap Done, it only show "We are checking the verification result. Please try again later."

good app service

the app definitely needs optimization. it's a bit slow and laggy, I don't like that update: terrible. now the screen stays black when I enter the app. y'all seriously need to fix this app.

A lot more K-dramas, please!

It's a really easy-to-use and accessible app in most ways. I love it!

Love this app!! I was able to purchase my EXO merch with ease.

I ordered off here for a limited album and I loved it and I also love the notification being organized to each group you follow and organizing everything they sell into categories.

I L9VE THIS APP

very cool way to get updates on your favorite idols and interact with them.

♡

best

this a great app for kpop fans, i really enjoy it!!!!

I'm filipino monsta x fan I'm satisfying on this app and thanks you very much

I actually love the app because we connect with the idols but I feel like I need subtitles to translate live streams. Love the app.♥️

this app not responsive, very bad app.

Hi Berriz team! I really enjoy using this app, but I have a few suggestions that could make the experience even better: 1. Live Invite Feature It would be great if idols could invite other members during live streams, similar to Instagram live. This would make lives more fun, interactive, and chaotic in a good way, especially for group dynamics. 2. Story Feature Please add a story feature so idols can share quick updates.

the app was always crushing

everytime i open a community it keeps showing error

그지 같은 어플..

I installed it because of the K-pop queen IU but it always crashes.

how get the notifications working from the artist.

for me BERRIZ is a good apps to watch ur idols live or information😗 BUT theres one thing that i hope berriz improve ,pls add the subtitle during the live...cus i couldnt understand what they said during the live cus theres no subtitle/caption,i CAN watch it w the caption but its only the live replay(so if anything happens on the live i was a bit left out) ANYWAYS TYSM BERRIZ FOR THE FREE APPS , ILYSM PLS DONT MAKE US PAY TO WATCH OUR KPOP IDOL(cus i dont have money,PLS ADD CAPTION FOR DA LIVE

great app just got better now that subtitles are added to live replays, thank you berriz now I can go back and rewatch them with subs 😀

tq cuz this help me to watch ive

nice app 👍

VOTE FOR PLAVE

I see injustice in the calculation of the number of votes in this application, I am one of the people who participated in voting in this application for the MMA AWARDS 2025. And I really see how the number of votes we gave to our idol did not increase even though we voted 10,000 times! please be honest!

VOTE AESPA

this app is smooth and i like the interface but IT NEVER GIVES ME ANY NOTIFICATIONS

It's good, but considering there are a lot of people who don't speak Korean, they could put subtitles especially for Livestream

The app is sometimes so laggy and hanging.

Love being able to keep up, but no English or additional subtitles on love replays, even after months of being published, seems like an intentional choice. It's wild.

I'm from India and using it only for IU

I could actually talk with I've,idid their my fav groups and this is your sign to download this app!!

this app is very fickle, half the time i can't even access it because "a service error has occurred" and refreshing doesn't make a difference. in fact, the refresh button doesn't even work. and sometimes it tells me i'm logged out but is unresponsive when i try to log back in.

For a new app it ran well, but I am not at all interested in having comments scraped to analyze what other fans are thinking about something. That takes the community out of fandom and is such a waste of resources that could actually be bringing fans together.

here just for IVE

Whenever I click on to a post and then when I come back, I don't see the notification where I was previously, it comes back to the first notification all over again. I have to scroll down again to the old posts which I was seeing. It's quite annoying when I have to go back and forth continuously. Please fix this.

apps crash all the time, no english translation during live? please enhance the features !

The app is good as a whole, but can you please add a feature where there are english subtitles in the artists' lives for international fans.

as a user I need an option for light mode too not only dark mode. I hope it will be added soon.

I'm just happy that IU gets to talk and interact with Uaenas through this app. I hope the interface becomes better with time 💗

i wish it could get lives translated in english subtitles and other postes of the artist also in english it would be good for international fans~~~~

Just Downloaded it Because of IVE

i like it.

Photos are not uploading, even with the proper size. It doesn't work for profile pictures or posts. Uninstalled reinstalled, just says it didn't work or gets stuck on "Still processing request"

has a lot of potential, but I'm having trouble with changing my profile picture

Finally global fans can communicate with IU, I'm happy ☺️

When you check your notifications one by one, and you pressed 'back', it would be nice to return to where you scrolled down previously. I'd like to catch up to every comment IU wrote but it's hard because when I press back, notifications reset me at the top. every. single. time. At this point, using a browser is easier. Pls fix
