Avoid this app for insurance purchases to prevent unnecessary stress and delays.

Just spent 700+ on insurance but there's no bill, no active or pending forms showing in the app and opening support tickets is bugged. Trying to contact them via WhatsApp shows that they're not on WhatsApp. Did I just get rubber?!

تطبيق مخيس اخترت طريقة الدفع تابي ودفعوني كامل المبلغ، ولما كلمت خدمة العملاء رفعو ضغطي وقالو راجع تابي وتابي قال ماجانا شي. وهي واضحة ان المشكلة من عندهم تختار شي وبالاخير يطلع شي ثاني هذا غير الأسعار اللي لقيتها افضل في تطبيقات منافسة لكن انا المقرود اللي اخترت هذا التطبيق الفاشل

السلام عليكم في العادة ما بدخل اقيم برنامج لكن تجربتي مع البرنامج وصلتني اني ادخل اقيم التطبيق اراد اصحاب التطبيق صنع شيئ مختلف فجعلوه تطبيق مزعج في التعامل صعب بدون شرح او توضيح خطوات وحتي عملية التسجيل مزعجة يطالبني بوضع تاريخ ميلاد ولا يوجد خانة لوضع تاريخ الميلاد يقوم بوضع مدينة العمل الرياض by default اغلي سعرا وبدون ان يقوم بتنبيهك او يجعلها واضحة للناس نرجو منكم تحسين التطبيق ليسهل عملية التسجيل والتعامل

رهيب وشغال زي الحلاوة وعطاني سعر ارخص من الموقع الرسمي

تطبيق سيئ ومشاكله كثيرة، والدعم الفني تتواصل معه لاوقات طويلة لا يردون، وان رد بعد جهد جهيد مماطلين جدا، وموظف الدعم يبحث عن اي حجة لتصريفك، وعند طلب المشرف لا يرجع لك، على اي حال بعد محاولة لمدة ٣ ساعات لم استطيع اكمال عملة التأمين من قبلهم، حسافة على الوقت والجهد، عندي ٥ سيارات ثانية اتممت تأمينها عن تطبيق "تأميني" خدمة افضل ولا مشاكل وتتم عملية التأمين خلال ١٠ دقائق. ولولا ان النظام لا يسمح للوسيط بالتأمين على اكثر من ٥ سيارات لما تجاوزتهم الى تطبيق بي كير البئيس. *النجمة لا يستحقونها*

This application purpose is to fool customers and make money in fraudulent way. They initially shows charges as yearly but later charge sub part on monthly. Intentionally hiding full year cost which are present initially on yearly bases. Be carefully with Bcare. Customers service does not timely response and most information are in arabic only. Site is extremely slow.

Worst experience ever. The app is just a webpage with too many errors and is very slow. THIS IS NOT SAFE FOR OUR CARD INFORMATION.

امنت على المركبه و تم اصدار فاتورة بس الوثيقه و الفاتورة مو راضيين يتحملون... يعطيني error كل مره اجي احمل الوثيقه او الفاتورة دقيت على التيلفون ارسلو لي الوثيقه مسج وهم مو راضيه تتحمل ولما رجعت ادق على التيلفون مره ثانيه ما يرفعون يقولون انتهى الوقت المسموح به على التيلفون للامانه انتو سهلتو علينا التأمين بس لازم تضبطون النظام عندكم لانه اسوء من سيء حتى البرنامج تضغط على الازرار يهنق تجي تدخل بيانات يضل مدة طويله عشان يدخل الارقام يعني الفريق حق تطوير البرنامج يبيله تضبيط والله يوفقكم

حصل لي مشكله عن طريق البرنامج .دخلت اعمل تامين للسياره بعد ما وصلت للدفع وحطيت رقم البطاقه ودفعت جاتني حصل خطأ اعد المحاوله وبعد ما اعدت المحاوله وتمت العمليه وجاءت الوثيقه . فوجئت انه انسحب المبلغ من حسابي مرتين . وبعد يومين جاتني الوثيقه مره ثانيه .

اخترت التامين بتاريخ قدام عشان يبدا مع نهاية تأميني الجاري ولكن بعد الدفع جات الوثيقه بتاريخ بكره. وتواصلت مع خدمه العملاء قالو لايمكن التعديل واسلوب الرد كأن الخطا مني

أسواء منصة للتأمين وغالين حاطين نص السعر زيادة ويتاخرون في الربط بين مجلس الضمان و منصة مقيم لا انصح به ، واخر مرة نتعامل معهم

By mistake I paid 2 times for mal practice nursing until now, I didn't get my refund from b care they are really bad in services. Among this I would like to appreciate MS. SARAH from customer services she listened n atleast forward my complaint to the concern dept. Thanku dear 😍. Its going to be 2.5 months but until now I did get my refund no any response from them. Very irresponsible behavior of company towards there client. Will not recommend to go with it.
