*Update* **They commented under my review to submit a ticket on their website, why do you think I left a 1 star review? I literally submit a ticket and never got a response back.** I got an error message the day of concert not allowing me to view my tickets. I tried both my home network and mobile network and neither work. I changed passwords like the help desk said and still nothing. I can log in on a regular internet browser but that won't help to scan my ticket in to get into the venue.

Unable to use the app, it says I'm logged in elsewhere and impossible to buy tickets. Completely waste of time

Worked great the first use, eventually got stuck on 'creating a fair experience' message. I wasn't logged in anywhere else, cleared cache, forced stop & even cleared data to no avail. Finally had to delete the app all together. Useless.

AXS LOST MY TICKETS!!!! AXS is just for scalpers, because they get to double or triple charge fees so they don't care. It's a rigged system. And my card works just fine for a new purchase but fails repeatedly when trying to buy re-sale and AXS doesn't know how to fix it. Can't sell a ticket after an event starts

Bot detection is way over the top regularly blocking legitimate users from buying or selling tickets. They offer you generic advice of closing multiple tabs, sticking to one account and turn off VPN none of which actually works. Customer support offers the same useless advice. Awful.

The worst of humanity works at this company. BOYCOTT AXS, Ticketmaster, Seated, Live Nation and never pay scalpers. LOL at their response to this review - make resale tickets be forced at face value price. Simple solution, no? But oh that would mean you don't get all the extra fees from jacked up prices from scalpers. Don't give such a bs response, we see it and it's disgusting.

Edit: on the next day, I was able to get through. But only with mobile data. Falsely determined as a non-human being. Support Live Chat was incapable of resolving the issue. Impossible to purchase tickets.

can not download the app, can not access my tickets, the box office doesnt open till 4pm my performance is 10am so can not go to box office for help, thinking that a refund is my only option, never never never going to go to bp pulse again, unless they change the ticket system

Can't buy tickets as app blocks me and says I'm a bot. reloaded, logged out and back in no use. Use a different app if you can.

I dont like i cant send in Google wallet and 2 tickets are one cube qr. and it appeared on ads app. then it showed tickets. Hopefully it is 2 tickets per 1 qr. but it should go google wallet

I can never sign in to my account as a page comes up saying call help centre and then you can't get out of that page. Ticket apps are supposed to be easy, others are, but this one is a nightmare!

It was my first time buying through them & it was seamless and easy using pixel 10. I bought the tickets themselves on their browser site through the YouTube artist link & downloaded the app for the tickets. My purchase immediately appeared with directions to the venue linked and a message that the tickets themselves would appear closer to the date.

did not get tickets until an hour after the event started.

Why am I forced to download the app to access my tickets? in addition, AXS forced me to buy additional tickets because the system won't allow single tickets to remain. They have been reported to the ACCC. Why can't my tickets just be emailed as a PDF?

It is physically impossible for me to buy tickets in this app. Whether I'm on Wifi or on 5G, it tells me I'm a bot and won't let me through.

The app works very well as intended, i am able to see my purchased tickets and venue details also!

Worst ticketing app - won't open, thinks you are a bot, suggests remedies that simply don't work, so can not even access account. Then, it suggests: If you still need assistance, our customer support team is here to help! blah, blah! LOL! Cannot get access to any help! Absolute trash app. Don't have these issues with other ticketing apps.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I can't access my tickets through the app or the web browser. I tried to uninstall and reinstall it, I tried with mobile network, nothing happens. It gives me a "log in" option only. I successfully changed my password and when I tried to put it in, it says "invalid password". It seems to think that I am a bot. Frustrating and ridiculous. There is no option for creating an account. Worst experience ever.

Haven't been able to log into this app for almost a year now and support is less than useless. As an IT engineer it's insulting when the only troubleshooting steps given are "don't use a VPN" and "update the app", which are rarely relevant.

This app is useless! Too busy making sure that you don't resell your tickets and not enough effort into letting you actually use your tickets!

Prime example of how to overcomplicate privacy and security and ruining experiences. The app simply doesn't work, asks me to create an account every time and doesn't recognize my account, even if the browser version does. It also wants weird permissions simply to work. And it doesn't allow connection to tixel to resale tickets. It costed me a ticket because everything needs to be done on their app, which doesn't work, absolute pain to deal with.

Needed to buy a ticket to ONE event, was already annoyed I had to make an account online to buy the ticket. I gave my email so the ticket would be sent to me, but I can only view it if I download your app. This is a stupid amount of effort just to buy a ticket, and I'm deleting the account as soon as my event is over.

Tried to do everything it told me to and it kept telling me I was a bot and no tickets for me. Luckily the box office saw my tickets - they immediately said "oh dear" when I showed them the app and were able to help. I rarely leave reviews, not to mention bad ones, but if I miss the start of monster trucks, especially the one that looks like a unicorn, because I spent 20 minutes trying to convince the app I'm not a robot and the help options fail to resolve it, by golly, I will.

Awful ticket experience. Unable to get tickets in cart and purchased without running into issues. had 3 tickets in cart going to purchase, success, then acts like it is trying to find the tickets and times out. Identified as a bot and locked out. Report, retry next day on new release of tickets. App goes through a web page that crashes. This platform and website needs serious work to be usable. None of the tips, tricks, clearing, using other Internet connections or devices helped.

You know a company is bad when you wish the venue used Ticketmaster. Bad tech (read: doesn't work....), even worse customer service.

Requiring an app to view tickets is dumb

Horrible experience with this company. $1,122 on VIP M&G tiks, took me 6 tries. First, I was a bot, close tabs on my phone? Then my WiFi had to be off, then declined Debit 3 times. I thought it was me. Nope. Cause it worked fine with Credit. So, can't pay cash? It's like they want you to use buy, pay later links they have, hmm. Finally done. App is horrible. No band specific info on the tickets (VIP, M&G, ect). Guess I will find out at the venue smh. Hope I don't have to use this company again.

Terrible, it used to be fast quick and easy getting into venues. I could just screenshot or print my ticket off, now I need reception and to log in to this stupid app. And that is not a simple task at all. No i don't need assistance in using the app, the app needs to be terminated completely and go back to the simplicity that it once was.

when it works it is great. do not have to scan every ticket individually. it's not ticket master. it doesn't allow you to look up tickets 50% of the time.

Slow, excessive security for the purpose (including a full VPN block), bloated and inconvenient. Viewing my ticket took several steps and two separate 2FAs. All for something that could be a pdf in an email. For a lesson on how to do this kind of app well look at Dice.

They list possible reasons for the block, but not a single solution that actually works. Brilliant! Apparently, their idea of security is keeping genuine customers out. When you're practically a monopoly, why bother caring? Can't even sort out your own security mess, yet expect people to trust you with their money. Absolutely pathetic. Sort yourselves out first...

I don't need yet another app. I just want to be emailed a QR code ticket and be done with it. It's yet another account to manage, that unnecessarily requires my phone number to access. It also blocks you from screenshotting your ticket code so if you don't have internet access at the venue then good luck.

This has to be the worse app ever, bought tickets and not able to access them.. Thinks Im a BOT, Ensuring a fair fan experience!!!! Help button doesn't work either, been messing about for over an hour just to buy tickets and not convinced it will be plain sailing when I do turn up at the venue.

This worked on Friday, but today says I received my tickets and the app doesn't show anything. Also when looking at past purchases or account in general, it gives an error about connection. Connection is fine, your app, however, is not.

App is still not working well will Pixels at all. I'm not sure what phone or how we'll log in because it is not working as of now. thankfully I figured this out a few days before

Its been easy since they helped me thru it all. This is first time I've ever stepped into the 21st century with buying tickets like this. I'm old school stand in line for hours to get the best seats. This is a breeze.

Not a very user-friendly experience. You have to log in everytime you use the app, which pretty much defeats the purpose of having an app in the first place. Then, you have to log in, AGAIN (why?), when purchasing tickets - assuming you can make it that far - which has been an issue on numerous occasions, requiring me to go to the venues website to purchase tickets. If you're going to try to create a monopoly, at least make sure your technology is good first. 🤷‍♂️

I can't stop this app from controlling my screen brightness. There are no settings in the app and I haven't granted any permissions to the app, but somehow it is still able to do this.

The ticket I purchased disappeared as I was trying to check in to the show. Had to go to the box office and lose the third spot in line I'd been waiting in for an hour. Ridiculous. Use a different service to buy tickets if you want to make sure you have a positive experience.

Ticketek and Ticketmaster have always worked well in the past. This app is completely unusable. Don't know why we needed this change. FFS

The extra security against bots kinda means nothing when reselling is allowed at above the original ticket prices. Sours the experience. Trying to sign in to buy was annoying enough.

It's an awful app. I tried many times, uninstalled it, and installed it again, but i still couldn't log in even though I could log in with the website.

I'm so sick of having to download an app for everything. I should be able to access tickets I purchased without installing their app.

I tried 3 times to get tickets for my favourite band Brooks and Dun in Melbourne 27th March 2026 when they were VIP status, assured of best seats nearest the front and 3 times it timed out on me after paying via Paypal. This app is not very user friendly and is certainly not fair if you are not given enough time to purchase. Thank god paypal did not process the payments (all 3 pending) because my attempts were unsuccessful or I would have been up for $1500 I only wanted 1 seat. Not worth 1 star

Wildly buggy. Glad I checked on my tickets days before the event. I had to delete and reinstall the app to even see the tix I bought. Get a "download to Google Wallet' option already. Dreading getting to the venue and seeing everyone else get derailed by the app. Will think twice about buying tix if they're thru AXS.

there was an error which caused 2 purchases of the same tickets, and they quickly resolved it and refunded my money via chat. less hassle than dealing with Amazon.

Absolutely 💩 App won't allow me to get paid for selling tickets. AXS will take 3 months to issue a check for $540 for selling tickets 🎟. not recommended 😑

Cannot pass the first login page after inputing my email address and hitting continue. The blue continue button keeps endlessly scrolling. I've done all the troubleshooting steps and was able to login initially. Once I logged out of the app, I have not been able to log back in. Bought tickets to an event tomorrow and cannot access them. Absolutely pathetic app.

Have used the app for over a year with no issues, until a week ago. Spoke to help centre yesterday, as unable to access my account. App thought I was a bot. Got my account deleted and then started again, had access but no tickets, was told to log out and back in, and was back to unable to get access. Was told this is a known issue with the android app.

What a terrible customer experience on both the website and app. Going round and round in circles trying to log in, but each time blocked like I'm a bot.

Just send me the tickets , i don't have access to the internet at the event i am going to . it gave me a headache trying to log in and then another code authentication and the QR code is valid for only 60 second bull💩

took a while 24 hours to work out how to receive verification code. So now 4 months later and 2 weeks before my event, I've had another frustrating weekend as I'm now unable to log into the app! I've followed all online advice about permissions, clearing cache, webview, changed password on desktop site, and reinstalled app several times and still can't log into the app and access tickets. I've logged a request with Axs support. This is so frustrating and time consuming!!

ZERO ! ! Don't download app and expect tickets to work. You will need to probably triple check them and spend at least 3 days on customer service (get hung up on ) to get a QR code that never comes with your ticket automatically! Please bring back old fashion booths. SHAME on you. What if someone was really far from home and their tickets dont work at the door ? SHAMEFUL. Also glad to see damage control out here commenting on people's review. If only your tech support was as prompt and swift.

There is absolutely no need to have me download an app to give me a ticket to an event. To sign up and then sign in, it's 4 emails and 2 text messages. You could have just sent the ticket as part of one of the many emails.

axs is by far and away the best platform for Bots to go out and buy shows just to resell them.

I purchased box seats for a show and the venue changed to one that was GA only. When I tried to contact support (multiple times) to get a refund for the difference in prices the issues was marked as "resolved" even though I got no response and no refund. ETA Yes I have tried your horrible AI support. It was not helpful.

What a trash app. Doesn't work. Can't see my tickets and I'm at the door. Utterly terrible. Avoid at all costs! How did this thing even get 4.7, can't believe it stars are real. If you can, print out your tickets instead of using this garbage.

Worst ticketing system. Keeps giving me payment method error. Tried from other devices, cleared cache, etc. Contacted CS & they said my ipn is blocked and they will send a ticket to IT & see if they'll unblock it. Seriously?! This is the only event ticket company that I've ever had issues purchasing through.

This app won't open on my phone, it just appears to load but goes nowhere. I've bought tickets to 2 upcoming shows, so hope you do something to fix it. It seems many others have this problem too.

Purchased Vip tickets. Everything showed the event started at 8pm. Vip was actually 3 hours earlier. Nowhere was this communicated. Ripoff, Unfair, Unethical sales practice.
