I always get the above error when trying to login. even after 60 times uninstall, phone restart and fresh install I am unable to login! 4 months now and I still can't login to my paid membership account. You guys keep closing the service ticket stating that seniors will look into it. I don't have the confidence now that if some actual security issues occur you will even save

nice

effective and affordable

they upsell everything

I subscribed in May and it's constantly asking me to subscribe to services that I have already paid for.

warns me of potential fake sites wanting credit card details

good

very nice app

this is my favourite security app on my device

I'm new to avast and still not sure how to use it or even wha what programs I have.

I was using the free core plan for years than suddenly it was trying to force me into paying for a subscription.

junk

very good app

It saved me yay

customer service was very helpful including the AI.

I need to cancel my subscription before 12/3/2026. I do not want this app after my free trial. ty

Great! Stops everything! And gives good advice too.

very active in action saves my phone and myself from harm

"Love it! It’s the best security I’ve ever seen, so I’m going to buy the subscription because it’s damn worth it."

good

responsive to problems

I am a young Christian lady named Sabrina and my brother told me about avast over 10 yrs ago and he was a Security guard for the school system and Avast worked well for him and the protection against cyber attacks and a stalker he warned me about it is excellent and you can take out ads that are annoying thanks to my big brother big Mike we are easily protected from👹 Kieth a lunatic stalker 💜💜💜💜💜Big 💖💖💖💖Mike we love you Thanks for your love and Help God Almighty bless from the family

I feel secured that my information is protected with Avast antivirus.

it's nice to know I'm protected but the app can be frustrating at times

exceptional

easy and no problems so far. runs quietly in the background without eating up my battery. thank you avast one!!

spontaneous alarm

sudah berlangganan tahunan, ngak murah loh. sekarang malah tiba2 kudu bayar tambahan untuk pakai vpn. parah. ngak lagi deh langganan habis ini. edit : padahal sudah beli paket tahunan AVAST ULTIMATE SECURITY.

I have a problem using my paid application b it's mentioned. The update failed can't reach the server .

it's very useful,we can use it with out subscription also

Best

Excellent service.

did nothing to help with my phone problems. not worth the money I wasted on it. my loss their gain is guess.

why am I PAYING for your service and receiving ads?

Mind blowing apps

bahut achcha hai lekin jab main bol raha hun reserve all this problem to fir tum mujhe kyon kah rahe ho ki 30 rupaye chahie

It's good, when you get a free version in your phone with a Paid Application CCleaner.

very good 👍

good app

Case number 25492741 I contacted customer support regarding a refund for a subscription that was charged prematurely. The charge occurred on October 24, 2026, even though my annual subscription for the product was not set to expire until November 29, 2026. Customer support completely ignored me; to make matters worse—almost as a mockery—I received a message from Avast three days later thanking me for the purchase. It is the height of cynicism.

It's a good app.

saved my phone from a virus even 5 start is too low for it

The best available . I love it .

vpn service troubled many times when that still avtive subscription. vpn feature become dormant, not giving response at all. must uninstall and reinstall many times just to get active vpn feature that can be clicked.

Absolutely phenomenal, I love the great protection Avast provides. 5* Ratings!

Avast One is the best security protection for my mobile phone.📱

so far ,so good

. useless, ive had more malicious pop ups since I've installed this app and don't recommend this at all. in fact more dangerous. Try Norton instead. of course this reviewed is checked and if unsuitable doesn't get published.

Been using this for a year and very happy as so simple Their driver updater is a fantastic add on package Only (minor issue) I had was when I tried to download Linux mint ?

ok

well done I think.. I saw no difference

terrible app

very good 👍

Easy to use, rapid response!, very efficient!. Happy and still keeping me updated!. Thanks

Purchased a basic plan, paid for it but received no confirmation from Avast and I cannot activate it so they in effect stole my money.

faultless install, short duration adware, good junk cleaner, WiFi security checks, great value antivirus, thanks Avast.

I love it !

it's good

They saved me more than once!

new but impressed so far

None stop spamming.

Still getting threats of virus & storage overload

good

quick and easy

عالی

Doesn't work. Try to open.it but will not activate. Google continues to hound me about Total AV but I've read nothing about complaints.

everything

works okay 👍

great app

constant protection on my phone is GREAT. most phone users have no protection at all.

excellent

App severely screwed up since renewed subscription, constantly reverts to basic level rather than Ultimate paid for, trying to recover just gets you going round and round in circles.

Months ago, I canceled your product. Avast is still high jacking my email. Need it to be removed from your server. please help. TY

good

exceptional app! I have used it for years for good reason.

Edited: it runs in the background and we have peace of mind and are safe. however, any program that uses Accessibility in the background and runs through the system core of your phone, thus having access to reading your screen as you type, read messages, passwords, emails, etc to protect us, live online and at a distance and claiming it is protecting us IS A MASSIVE DANGER TO OUR PERSONAL SAFETY, THERE IS NO GUARANTY WE DO NOR GET HACKED AND ALL OUR INFORMATION STOLEN BY SOME MALICIOUS ACTOR

Vep

good

Was very much helping to get to doing nowadays too many ads in this app

avast detected several scams, informed me , and then deleted them. This has happened on more than one occassions.

protection when you need it!

allow

upon opening says it can not connect to server and has to close

Exceptional app. Very good for protection against cyber attacks.

be better if auto scan would quit shutting off on it own

Good cover, thanks 🙏

Best Antivirus App used years ago with Windows XP

Too many ads that hijack device screen forcing a restart. Junk cleaner deleted all photos from Gallery. Used to be a great app.

good

thank you. I using free version at the moment.

Bought the one year ultimate subscription, it is actually very affordable for the features it brings, and I'm hoping it stays affordable. I never once felt unsafe even if I bring my phone to somewhere crowded and connect to a public WiFi. There's a feature where the VPN auto-connects. Overall, it's an AFFORDABLE annual premium service where the full features are accessible, affordable, and protects efficiently and boosts my phone effectively. (clearing RAM)

Overall, great antivirus app.

Awesome user experience! Clean and Virus free gadgets.

The best in providing safety online

everything was working and now its not working. ill have to find something else.

good

my data is safe

great

very good

good app

Locked me out, I don't if it happened after the last android update orbwhy, but it replaced all my pattern locks I had on certain apps with a 4 digit code, literally locking me out, cutting my access to essential apps. So I found myself scrambling in the middle of the airport unable to contact my airport pickup. When I was trying to use the "I forgot my password " link the code was sent to my Gmail which was ... locked by the same 4digit nightmare.

I highly recommend this app

Great product

Doesn't do anything besides draining battery

exceptional protection.

gret work

you cost me a lot of money

been my most trusted anti virus since many years

Great service

it keeps dropping VPN even when I set it to always on. it turns off when I am on my home wifi but I use services and sites in Canada and I must always restart it. the old multi user versión was much better

Enjoying the app. Strong defense.

I purchased Avast Ultimate. Every time I try to log in I get the following error: "Oops, something went wrong We're fixing an issue that prevents us from completing your request. Please try again later. Error Code: -5034" also, the VPN feature is disabled which is included in my subscription.

you need to clean up your act. considering that this is supposed to be one of the best antivirus softwares out there. it can't be that I have a premium subscription and now after the latest update it tells me I can't use vpn. getting worse and worse every year. edit: no joke it requires a subscription. you think I didn't think about that when from one day to the next I don't have access anymore. you guys must be geniuses.

I love it.

nice

Im giving it a chance i hope i feel more secure.

saved me numerous times from dodgy selling sites

better

always delivers

excellent

this app is pure scam once you buy a subscription they'll ask you to buy more subscription and then after that one more plus vpn feature is not available in india still they sell it here... pure scam

will not connect keeps telling me your working on it.

used on pc for a very long time never had a problem does what it says on the tin.

I was okay with this app, but NOT ANYMORE. It locked me out of my own phone.

I uninstall the app and was still charged even though I uninstalled it before the deadline

i did not agree to pay 19.99 monthly for 1 year i feel scammed

was charged for this today I didn't order it. Canceled as soon as I saw it, but they won't refund my money. DON'T order from Avast!! They are not fair! Since I paid for it, they SHOULD continue the subscription until Oct 26, 2027. I have already paid for it!!

excellent app works great

I've never had this much trouble trying to cancel a subscription that I didn't even know I signed up for

good so far

VPN HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM MY ACCOUNT AGAIN!!! FIX IT NOW OR I WILL REOPEN MY CASE WITH PAYPAL AND DEMAND A FULL REFUND!!! THIS IS UTTERLY APPALLING SERVICE!!!

Good antivirus. I've been using it for years.

Awsome app it does the job like it's suppose to

good application to protect my mobile security

no clear way to exclude app from checking. not recommended for developers ))) I do not want to exclude specific app, I want to have functionality to exclude any app. I develop apps I do not want to bother you and myself to contacting you for any app I want to exclude to be excluded. :)

what part is your free virus 🤔

great application

thanks for advising at once

I have upgraded again 10/04/2026 to the A57 5g and I will renew Avast again. I like the Avast It is installed on my computer tablet and I recently upgraded to a Galaxy S7, now no security. I had paid $$$ to upgrade, shouldn't it transfer to this new phone? Now I am upgraded to Galaxy A71 5g. I Will always keep Avast Security. I love it.

good

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Just using it

Very effective app

quick delivery

I don't know if I am protected or not. It wouldn't let me download. Need help.

cool

Good enough for me. Anytime it says "keep out" I listen. I'm not interested in anything it says is suspect.

It doesn't let me sign in. Always says theirs a problem, even though all details are correct

Great app! Very helpful and works smoothly."

I don't freaking get it. I have a virus and I want to see what app it is but the only thing this app is showing is "Allow this, allow that" but I allowed everything for app to work normally.

great 👍

Great

great

positive, easy to follow,

I love this app also bitdefender and phone gairdian now i have soldiers in my back

wonderful

I have always liked avast antivirus. very good and notifies me when anything is red flagged and stops me from bad or false sites. I would recommend avast 100 percent

Can't log in with given code

OK!

I've always used avast free, it's fine for what I use or do on the Internet but if I was using the Internet on a more professional or for work I'd step it up to one of their better protection products. I've been using a avast for over 20 years with no complaints. thanks Avast.

very good apps

thanks and I need help with the deletion of some apps temporary

it's nice ... but you guys should hide real locations very well

Better then McAfee, detected virus on my pc and McAfee did not.
