Garbage app that will not let you sign in no matter what you do: reset password, reinstall, clear cache, nothing works. And without signing in you are locked out of rewards, discounts and points that you are supposed to get for being a member - all useless because you are forced to use an app that doesnt work in the most fundamental of ways. This issue has been reported for close to a year and still they won't fix the app sign in issue.

11/1/206 Having "oops there's an error" issues after the update. Seems others are having the same issue. If you want customers to have a good experience, please test the app changes and fix problems quickly. 8/2024 This app gave me an error but charged we twice for tickets. It's super glitchy and has issues. I understand more people are streaming. This is not the way to get Stubs members back. App not working 4/2/19.....update

Was trying to get tickets and a membership and I guess there not getting any money out of me. I had nothing but errors trying to sign into my account even after trying the reset password and also when just trying to buy the tickets nothing but errors. Made sure app was fully updated and I have the newest model galaxy for reference.

Look at all reviews. This has been a persistent issue for everyone that has posted a review for a while now. Unacceptable.

An absolute sh*tshow. Unlimited crashes, every update introduces a new bug. Pulled and returned my payment over 32 times across multiple cards. Website is no better. All the prices went up but all their technical applications are trash. frustrating, infuriating. I RECOMMEND HIGHLY, Screenshot your Ticket the moment you purchase. AMC app goes in into queue amd crash mode and you won't be able to pull up your ticket

This app has so many issues. you can't change your password without getting locked out no matter what you do. the online version isn't any better. I have changed my password multiple times and it always say failure to fetch or has an error. I like AMC theater but y'all need to fix this app.

Now flat out refusing to work with VPNs, random crashes & showing tomorrow's movies or even no movies playing! Annoying bugs constantly asking for notifications to spam you and forcing a favorite theater that has cost me money by booking at the wrong place! They either need to fix this or find a way to use their website which isn't much better. If not for their A-List program I wouldn't deal with them at all! *YOU* NEED *US* AMC NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND!!! GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!

It charges $6 extra if I buy two tickets online, claiming it goes to "cover the cost of processing". That is a lie. It costs them less to process the payment online than it does in person. Just admit you're greedy. Don't lie about your reasons.

Been using the app consistently since 2018 and haven't had many big issues with it. Suddenly the app won't work at all. Haven't been able to buy tickets in it for a week. Cleared cache and was still getting "Oops an error has occurred" anytime I tried to buy tickets. Cleared data and still the same error. Uninstalled and reinstalled and now I can't even sign in cuz I get the same error. Not sure what's happening.

This was a Fantastic app to beat all the lines and reserve tickets, get points ahead of the competition, now it never works and constantly says an error has occurred. It's not VPN related.

I was a little disappointed when using the men's restroom. There are not any privacy dividers between the urinals. I will say the bathroom was clean.

UI is great.

I have been a premier member for years and I love this app. It's easy to navigate, get tickets and pick your seats, and even order food ahead of time. I love it. HOWEVER lately I've not been able to log in to the app at all. I keep getting an "error occurred" when I try to sign in. I had to go through the main website to get my Godzilla tickets. Am I the only one experiencing this? Hope it gets resolved soon.

Mostly love the app, but please fix l Wallet on Android. I tried entering my new debit card twice, only for it to not show up as an option and I was unable to delete the invalid card listed as my primary payment. On your website my new card was listed twice. I should be able to change payment methods through the app. Wrote this review over a year ago and this is STILL A PROBLEM! Please fix this! I also got an error message when trying to change my mailing address. Seems like an easy fix

Can't login for the past couple of months. I can use my account on my laptop utilizing the website but not on the app. If I try to go to the website using a browser on my phone it doesn't work. I even got a new phone and it still doesn't work. My old phone was only a year old so neither should be an issue.

the app doesn't work at all if you have a VPN enabled, every network call is blocked and shows an error. no other app on my phone gets bricked by a basic VPN

does not make sense, lots of time cannot tell the real Mom from the other. The little girl is hard to follow either, need to see the subtitle version to follow the story.

Login Error - Everytime I try to login on the app it says 'error occurred'. I've cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled, checked letter capitalization sensitivity...nothing works.

unable to login. uninstall and reinstall the app multiple times. the only way I was able to resolve it and sign in is by turning off the Wi-Fi on my phone and using mobile data. for some reason that's the only way you can log back into the app.

Not sure why, but I haven't been able to use the mobile app for 4 months now. I have contacted customer support 3 months ago....and nothing has changed. I have no issues when I log into the website. I am only changing my review due to no response to my inquiry about the mobile app not working for months.

AMC is the biggest rip-off corporation you can imagine they fraudulently bill your account. they deliberately have no customer service for you to arbitrate their fraudulent practices!

Loved going to AMC theater in Kent. They have great customer service and loved their reclining seats, and It's heated too. It's a plus, plus for me.

Login doesn't work on pixel 10a, always fails with "Oops, an error has occurred". Same password works in the browser. Edit: login is still broken, and multiple reviews are complaining about it. Time to cancel the subscription and uninstall this pos.

App doesn't give me any issues and it's the best thing to use as an A-List member. You can see your upcoming reservations, rewards and tickets all on this app.

I've been an AMC Stubs member for awhile now, but was recently signed out of my app for some reason and have been unable to log back in. I am an A-list member. For the last couple of months I have been often receiving errors while trying to book movies. So today I reinstalled the app hoping it would solve the problem, and now I can't even login anymore. I had to go to the desktop to reset my password, even after resetting it won't let me login on the app. So what now? I guess I will just unsubscribe!!

Recenty the app always logs me out and everytime I try to sign in from the log-in prompt I get an "opps, an error occurred". The only way I can log in is to do it via the "forgot password" route...and once I close the app its back to the same problem, logs me out and cant log back in. Please fix these login and server issues. An app for a major movie theater chain should work reliably.

this app is pretty bad guys, most of the time if you want to fix your payment method or log in gosh darn it I keep getting an error message. That wouldn't be so bad if I could get any kind of help but they have no support system whatsoever. No chat, not even a number, and the poor amc workers don't know anything about it and aren't equipped to help with problems in the app. AMC, please look into fixing these issues 🙏🏼
