Updates are purely aesthetic, devs are constantly pushing updates that "look" great to maybe .0000000000001% of users, but they literally tank functionality and efficiency. Have to click through multiple screens now to complete a delivery, can't work in airplane mode any longer - this saved battery life, stupid square geo-pins in the middle of the street instead of at the actual location, can't update geo-pins if it's in the wrong location for certain properties. Devs are absolute idiots. FU!

This app is optimised like dog water on android. I have a s22 ultra and an iphone 16 plus. A typical shift would kill my Samsung while I would have 85% remaining on my iphone. The Bluetooth handshake is messed with which means unstable connection. Other resources like internet and location is so damn heavy, it causes the entire phone to overheat. The experience of selecting a block is stupid. Click for hours and see blocks dissappear within milliseconds. This is a multi $trillion company btw

the navigation would tell me to turn left when I should turn right. Not all the hubs are organized. 4 hours to deliver 48 packages with 40 stops, but your first location is 20 to 30 minutes from the hub.

Amazon Flex treats drivers as disposable. I arrived for a scheduled block, but Amazon had nobody to check me in. I lost my pay AND got penalized for THEIR failure! Drivers are sent to dangerous, isolated rural locations after dark. THIS MUST STOP! Support is useless, package issues are constant, and pay is insulting: $75.50 for 37 deliveries BEFORE expenses. Amazon demands accountability from drivers while taking NONE for its own failures. Absolutely disgraceful!

overall ok but. c return pick up issue with varification now. go to cx doorstep asking for pickup. he says to see me picture of stuff i suggest varification image a show frist then varify and take pictures of the item .

busted my tire delivering packages tonight. It is very overwhelming to get 29+ packages, 27+ stops, at night, driving 40minutes-1hour, 3.5hrs. Customers are in gated communities but there is no access code provided. They want locker deliveries yet the lockers are at max capacity. You cannot gain access yet the app will not allow you to select unable to deliver because you are outside the gate. I signed up to deliver packages not call customers! returns are terrible. very frustrating.

might be the worst made app in existence. terrible at directing, from knowing which exit on the roundabout, to giving a parking spot to walk a literal 5 minutes when there are parking spots on the other side of the house. constant freezing problems on the app, houses next door to each other not being combined into a multi delivery, but number 8 and 17 are. same address and same person with 1 full delivery, but separated into 2, and wanting a picture for both, even though they are tiny squares.

The app is a joke. The phone gets warmer every time when I work with it. The app can burn your screen when it crashes a couple of times.The navigation makes the job harder because it never gives you the right direction. It also always gives you to enter the restricted roads to make sure you will be charged for that. It showed me to cross the roundabout from the right side in the UK🤣🤣

Honestly a well made app that has very good GPS and a cool function to open gates withing a certain proximity. When completing deliveries I have had an issue that says I still have the package even though it was the last thing I dropped off. Hopefully that gets fixed because it hurts standings.

Will make you drive 40min to a station, then parking is so bad it took 10 to 15min to find a spot, after asking someone taking up 2 spaces to scoot over, and by then they canceled my route because I was 10min late to getting inside and scanning id, despite checking in on the app in time. what a scam app wasting nearly 2 hours driving to the station, then to charge car, and back home for no pay. screw you amazon if this is how you treat us. garbage app, you will have better luck with instacart.

There are too many bot users, and they've already claimed the packages before we even see them, and it's truly appalling that they're not preventing this. Yet, they're closing people's accounts for logging in multiple times. If they blocked the bot users, the app's natural flow would improve, but right now, only cunning individuals who infringe on others' rights are making money.

I would give zero stars if I could. im a full-time delivery driver, and it seems that every new "update" makes the flex app worse. this latest update is a real doozy. It runs slower, drains the battery more, and now for multi-stops it shows the wrong info when you start scanning. yay. seriously, you're a billion dollar company. get it together.

I completed all the onboarding steps almost 3 WEEKS AGO! It still shows my license and background check are being verified. I have tried numerous times to contact support. I get the same answer, my information is being passed on to the appropriate team and I will get contacted in 2-3 days, and that it can take 2-3 days for the verification process. There are multiple job openings, and I am ready to work asap, I would like this issue resolved ASAP!

the app works. however... when there's a dog present you have to click the warning screen multiple times to get the package delivery complete. It creates more time for an unpleasant interaction with a dog. When there's multiple people at the same exact address it does the same thing with multiple warnings just doubled. Each person at the same address and drop location is treated as a separate drop. That's just a safety thing from my experiences so far.

I bet nobody who develops this application has ever delivered a package. there's no need to have a whole screen dedicated to a dog warning. grouping the stops and making the font so small for the actual address is highly illogical. countless violations for marking the delivery as delivered when you're outside the orange location is highly illogical. nothing is said in regards to how far ahead or behind you are. what are the worst applications I've ever used and I could go on and on

It says it updated but nothing changed on my app. and I still dont get any sound notifications when offers are being sent. I only see them if the app is open and im constantly looking at it. Does everyone's app do this? it should make a notifications sound but it dont do anything, but show up on the screen.

I've been on the waiting for almost a year. They email to send in all my info background check everything they needed and wanted. Goes back into see updates and page been hacked 😔 Had to start all over again from the date. I am so pissed, calls the customer service they have no clue told me to wait 24-48 hours. So now I dont know if I am hired or not 😡 Someone please help if you had this happen to you.

I missed 3 shifts and was banned. 1 shift I missed because there simply wasn't parking at the jobsite. there are very strict requirements for temp jobs, and then the employers treat your like garbage. dont recommend, the jobs are hit or miss and not consistent.

The app has terrible navigational ability, it'll have me go to one side of the city to do and order, then drive 5-8 minutes to ty3 other side of the city, just to drive another 8 minutes back to where I just was to do a delivery, sometimes on the same street. Please stop having AI make the routes, it's always having me drive up the wrong way of one way streets. it's the most stupid, asinine thing on the app store 😒

My local amazon facility is always running behind so I start late. every time I either have too many or missing packages in my assigned route. the GPS in app never seems to work right. it's nearly impossible to deliver to the correct address and delivery support is no help. now I'm being told they will charge my account because THEIR app is faulty and I was unable to deliver packages!

This app is that bad, it is one of the reasons that I resigned as an Amazon Flex delivery driver. I have so much feedback for this that I can't fit it in this 500 character limit review.

App works fine. just don't understand why, in 2026, we have to click a button for 30 minutes in hopes a delivery block pops up. why not allow us to go online, then send us offers automatically. if we don't accept in a certain time, move to the next. orrrrrr have an auto refresh button so we can check the screen periodically and accept a block when we see one.

I don't like giving bad reviews but this app really sucks when they did this update. I have a Google pixel phone. none of my Google pixel phones works on this app. far as instant offers. And then I get punished when the app malfunction. Amazon you need to do better!!

incredibly slow to load sections, glitches in the middle of picking up, can't provide any kind of worthwhile feedback regarding stops, grouping stops that then causes problems, and now perpetually downloading maps. not sure what is going on, but for a company with this much money this should be embarrassing (or maybe that's why it's not)

the GPS voice directions are often wrong

its cheap and poorly designed. last week I had to return some packages. I get in and scanned one package out of 10 then app says iam all done that returns. I took a picture bc I thought it should have prompted me to scan all of them. Anyway the next day I receive a email from Amazon saying I didn't scan the packages. in my head iam like this has to be the most unorganized unprofessional company I have ever worked with. I appealed 5 times sent pictures still denied.

Working for Amazon Flex is very rewarding and I appreciate the opportunity to work with them

awful app. too difficult to use. I signed up for my region and immediately put on a waiting list. The app says you can change your preferences for region, but that's pretty difficult if you never see any settings menu or main menu to make the desired changes. Support was not helpful.

I just started at the beginning of last month, and I've already gone from excellent standing to fair with no way to file an appeal because I "didn't call the customer" that I called twice before refusing to rush in, and drop their package in front of an unleashed aggressive dog.

Super Glitchy and frequently crashes. For Amazon to be a billionaire dollar enterprise I would expect better. Driver Support doesn't offer THAT much support. If anything happens to you involving the app it doesn't matter you will still be at fault. GPS is awful. I believe the app was designed for IPhone originally and they HAD to make an Android version. They are constantly trying to improve the app, but again Amazon is a big name so I would expect better.

My account suddenly got permanently deactivated. tried to call the support several times but they couldn't help. after few days I got an email said that their records says that my account was blocked. for some issues and can not be solved.

it gets the job done but the navigation sucks and notifications are iffy. worst problem is it drains your battery horribly. 100-0 In an hour and about 100-0 in two hours on galaxy. I've used the app on both. phone overheats and it uses a LOT of storage. also gives me an error code every time I do anything, forcing me to refresh and do almost everything twice!!

There was an application glitch that caused me to lose another 2 blocks. it wouldn't allow me to check in and then I get the message I missed the block. I have was on support 3 times today and all they could do is raise ticket _______ always getting stuck and I keep missing blocks . every time I call support they keep saying log out uninstall and reinstall. but problem still exist.

The map is a bit inaccurate at times and lags a fair bit could do with an update or being like deliveroo where u get to use like Google maps or ways and stuff instead of there map for directions.

the app doesn't work. every time I try to open it I get an error message and can never log in to see my balance. also, the flex app doesn't recognize the flex card. When I call for help the people on the other end are foreign and do not understand what I am saying and just repeat what I say. The whole thing is a vicious circle of wasted time. And I get charged to add my earnings to the card.

Well you have to fight with them about some of the routes. They say you will be delivering in your general area but then give you a route that is 75 miles form your zip code, takes 3.5 hours then takes you over an hour to get back to your zip code. They will try not to give you any additional pay for it either. If they followed what they said they would do it wouldn't be bad. Transparency isn't exactly in the top of their list. It'll tell you how much the block pays but that's it.

Add a "Keep Flashlight On" mode so the flashlight stays on after each delivery. It's really helpful when making deliveries at night.

I have been using the app for a few months, including today, when all of a sudden it says that my device doesn't meet the minimum requirements?? When I checked the minimum requirements, my device meets all of them. Pretty ridiculous and now I can't pick up any offers.

I didn't think it was a big deal at first, but after using the native Tesla support in the Uber Driver app, I realized how much easier Uber navigation is than Flex. I hope to see Flex adopt this support one day and I'm sure there will be significant efficiency improvements once it does.

In the beginning it was smooth cool and easy to delt with. Nowadays I don't really know what's going on? How does it goes from guiding me where to go with in app map to find it yourself. Glitch/lagged. Well dang, I'm used to doing that anyway thanks. So I left the app to use Google maps. I only used app to receive orders , pick up and scan to drop off if customer available. If not Driver support I use also they are there to assist me with anything and everything job related

Accepted a 3 1/2 hour delivery 5 minutes before the arrival time. I get there 5 minutes after then the app tells me to do a video verification. After the verification the app froze. After I restarted it, it showed a error "you missed your arrival time. dont go to the pickup". This app works 1/2 the time.

I like it doing in OKC now I was a flex driver for 3 years in Texas but when you move states it doesn't transfer you have to sign up again and I was on waiting list almost 2 years but I finally got in and the pay is not like it was in Texas the pay for blocks are way lower and higher ones the bots that people use take them so fast and I have to go far out in areas that are all dirt roads and gravel which I don't care for but you don't get to pick where you go but it's a side huste

it's flexible I multi app so when fresh sends you to far away you can check if door dash or uber eats is busy in that location. 27hours for grocery delivery and merchandise after the block instant pay available though it can be stressful. sign up for wait list on all apps the future of work is gig economy. also screen record and take screenshots some times mistakes happen or the app crashes remember to always update your apps and restart your phone not to get glitches.

I'm curious why people would be willing to work this way when the rate of pay is so low considering you are expected to put wear and tear on your own vehicle, pay for gas and insurance. $23 per hour is not enough to cover all those things and your hourly rate.

the pay could be better especially when you're driving an average of 130 to 150 MI per delivery block with guys being expensive as it is.... most of your money is going back into your car. I also don't like how they will hold you accountable for not delivering a package for reasons like no access despite contacting the customer contacting support they still will send you a email saying we noticed you have not been delivering all of your packages.....EXCUSE TF OUTTA ME???!
