.URGENT COMPLAINT AND REFUND REQUEST – ₦36,000 Dear Jukebox Studio Team, I am very disappointed and unhappy with your service. I initially subscribed to your application because I wanted to use it for my music. I understood the payment to be for just one week. I did not knowingly agree to repeated automatic weekly deductions from my account. To my surprise, you continued charging my OPay account ₦12,000 every week. So far, a total of ₦36,000 has been deducted from my account. I only used yo

It create songs that are a little too close for comfort. Clarification: This is really more of a reaction to how personal AI is able to become, and how insightful its responses, both conversational and generative, it has become. Having absolutely no musical talent and still being able to create a "good" song is a sword that cuts both ways. People with real skills and talent are becoming replicable, if not replaceable. I like being able to "create" using AI, but there is a social cost involved.

this is so nice ,it's massively lovely

I like the app

For the yearly price it's not a bad app I enjoy it 😀

GARBAGE APP!!! You can't even try the app before paying $$$. to even test the app to see if its what i want to use, you HAVE to pay and commit to pay an exorbitant amount of money. FAIL. FK THIS APP!!!

verry interresting.

I subscribed for a 1 day AI song generator on the 28/10/2026 and it was to expire on the 29/10/2026. Unfortunately for me, the money in account is blocked to pay for premium subscription. Do not use the app. Your money will taken to pay for premium subscription even if you subscribed for a leaser period. they are just out to swindle unsuspecting users.

because there's issues with a vocal but you lose the instrumental which you may love but say good bye on remake

So reality

I guess this is a scam. I have been reporting an issue about the payment issue and not receiving my credits for the 2nd time weekly subscription. it just kept on popping up saying your membership has been restored but my credits are still in process kindly wait shortly. It's already 11 hours but no one's answering my report.

Love the app! a few things I would love to enjoy with this app are: 1) when choosing vocals, I would love to choose a duet (male and female) on a song creation. currently. no such option. 2) when it comes to subscribing to a yearly subscription, there should be more credits than only 20 for the whole year.

Man, how can AI write something that hits every aspect of my life with just 2,000 words describing my songs....This is so Awesome. Thanks Jukebox for helping me put my feelings and thoughts to music. And I really like the explicit country trap. Thank y'all again.

Omo this app is a big wow... it generate the full track in seconds. The fact that it generate two songs from just one lyrics. Thumbs up... But I don't know if I can decide the voice I want for the song

works well but it's a scam. After purchasing the app you still have to buy credits to create songs. Minimum credits $30 and there's no way I can use all that in a week.

I am a Jukebox Pro subscriber. If I generate and download songs while my Pro subscription is active, do I retain the commercial usage rights to those songs permanently after my Pro subscription expires? Can I release and monetize those songs later on YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, Instagram/Facebook and other streaming platforms without renewing Pro?

I created a song with my free trial and it was awesome mehn I just can't wait to dig deeper and learn how it works properly but in the main time I have got to keep producing songs

Amazing! I'm so wowed by the outcome... this is so beautiful... I don't have to do too much to get my desired result. Oh...this is really cool. Smooth song with nice instrumentation....I love you guys....God bless you.

what a Joke... cant even prompt once to experience, not even close to sono. needs alot to add features etc.. need to subscribe first before your prompt can be processed. tsk waste of time...

I do like this app as it uses the words you actually write vs some of the other apps that change your words so something completely different than what you wrote I do wish you were able to create a couple of songs at least but you can only make one song unless you pay for it

I'm giving 3 stars because on the Adverts where I saw it in Facebook before I downloaded it, the Young Man said it doesn't require any payments, but I was asked to pay a huge amount of Money, I want you alk to cancel the fact of paying, otherwise it will limit people from using the App, tho the App is so amazing and nice i user the free trial and is so lovely 🥰🥰 keep it up and remove the payment options

I was charged $19.99 just for a 10 second video of me walking a few steps. It's trying to charge me $99.99 to remake the video. I am reversing the charges through my bank, and I'm gonna burn the company's reputation to the ground.

I love this app. I just wish that they would do some changes. in order for you to watch the creation after it's been put together you have to pay for it before you can see it. plus the don't have very many templates for video backgrounds. I wish they had more so I can find one that fit my lyrics butter but otherwise it is a really good program.

wish had more free variety of things you could do but still pretty cool. one of the better apps that I've tried.

I have tried multiple music makers and most of them required multiple attempts to find what I am looking for. So far with this app, 4 attempts and 4 amazing products. I think they all have been hits and would be music charts quality.

I loved it so much, but I thought one time payment was unlimited. Every creation has to pay a one time payment. Why did you not state a cost per generation of a music video? a One Time Payment stated should be unlimited. If I regenerate another pay again, this is too bad.

this app is horrible. it doesn't work. it just non stop loads. I tried making an AI song and it wouldn't work. it failed every time. I tried recording my voice and it failed I tried again and now it's been on loading voice screen. it needs way more work or just work on something different. 1-5 stars.

This is one the best AI music generated apps. There's no sign-up required. You can see how well the app produces music without paying or going under the "free trial" period, where they have your credit card information. You forget to cancel, well your now a paying but this isn't the case here. Definetely worth checking out.

i just wish it was cheaper i will definitely recommend this to everybody in the world it is a Amazing App to use it is highly recommended to anyone who would love to create music 🎵🎶 with this App thank you but if it was a lot cheaper I would definitely that's why I only gave it three stars it is little bit pricey but thank for creating a really great app have a blessed day

Im so happy I get to change my review. after a few days and having to leave a meaner review you guys fixed the issue I was having with my older songs not playing. i was really upset and borderline depressed thinking id have to give up this app and lose those songs. thankfully that isnt the case. seriously thanks for fixing the problem. the app is overall awesome

the app is actually good, but I subscribed for three days, but use it to create only one song, and it got exosted

wanted to put my voice on a song, only gives the option for new song very hard to follow the instructions

The Credits you buy they all disappear after a week so the remaining credits you would have left over in Jukebox just all disappear which is a big disappointment I wish we all could keep all the credits until they are used up, just like the previous version of Jukebox way before all the updates, I always got to keep the credits until I used them all up. The songs are great though and I really like the plethora of genres to choose from, but still I wish we can keep the credits until they are used

I absolutely love using this app. It’s so easy to navigate and everything works smoothly. The experience is just wonderful — great design, great features, great music! Definitely 5 stars from me! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This app was fantastic, but I’m leaving one star until this is fixed. After the recent issue that prevented users from generating music, I lost access to all 30+ of my Vesper songs. I worked hard on those lyrics. I appreciated the notice, but multiple support emails have gone unanswered for five days. Meanwhile, every login pushes Pro upgrades. Restore my music, respond to my emails, and credit my subscription for the four days I couldn’t use the app.

25 bucks is the lowesttop up options. not interested, looking for another app

was mean I have had this 4 awhile now just went to play my songs and they all come up with error play music gutted

I would give 5* but as of the new features update I have all of my other songs listed but "Error" when it comes to try and play them.. Please fix and I will adjust to 5*

Everything was working just fine only to find out that I can't play back or share my already generated music. what could be the issue?

Just lost all the songs I made the last few days, beware, do not download unless you want to lose everything you create due to an error loading

I am short of words. But let me say that Jukebox is wonderful. It created my music as though it was done in a studio with all the instruments and instrumentalists present in person.

this app does help me so much in enhancing my song compositions professionally done. more power. Seen those offered subscriptions for a month, a week, and even for a day. What confuses me is, there is an indicated amount to be paid in a year from those offered subscriptions. If I choose a month of subscription, will I be obliged to pay the year amount indicated? Or just the amount of a month of subscription? Then I have to subscribe again for another month subscription if I decide to do so.

App is awesome to bad no one is maintaining it no more. Only had 2 days to enjoy it .Then it stop playing the music created and I could no longer share it with family. I would like a refund since app no longer working.. Wow you guys responded fast and you were correct. Everything back up and running. I did ask for refund but I take that request back. Ill keep my yearly subscription for now. AI made a song with my Lyrics .Click on rap, slow, sad etc etc. Wow a song that had my daughters crying

I was giving a 5 star earlier. But all my song creations were malfunctioning and the customer service didn't respond at all despite the numeral complaint I have made to them. what the point you give us the option to complain but your company didn't respond at all?! And now all my songs are GONE!!!! UPDATE: thanks for your prompt update in Store. I am not sure but at least there should be a notification that your team is upgrading the server. An email binding account will be plus point if doable

I love it...it's amazing this app can really make you a music can suit you..and it's so easy

Hello, I changed phones, and now the music I created is missing from the app. I tried using the restore option, but it did not work. I previously contacted support but have not received any assistance. Please help restore my music and purchases to my new phone. I have also reached out again by email and will update you if I receive a response. Thank you.

So far, I have not experienced any of the issues others have reported. This app has given me the outlet to write and hear my thoughts more harmonically than regular journaling. Love it!

my phone recently got stolen, after buying a new phone I downloaded this app but it's not giving me a place to log in. it's telling me I have to subscribe again and it's saying no subscription is there even tho I have a user name and all that. all my song, over 58 songs are gone. lost. how do I get my songs back

An amazing app worth the money for music creation what I just don't get is I paid $38 for a 10 second music video ? does that make any sense at all ?

Since the new upgrade I can no longer make inspirational or gospel songs. Every time I try to create something it say my song is inappropriate. Fix this asap or I will loose all my credits. And please respond to your e mails.

I recently changed phones and all of the songs I created in AI Song Generator - Jukebox are missing from my Library. My old phone is no longer available. My Premium/Pro subscription is still active and has been restored on my new phone. I can provide my current user # I had many songs saved in my library on my previous phone. Could you please check whether my old song catalogue is associated with a previous User ID/account and restore or transfer those songs to my current User ID

The new update is horrible. You made it way to complicated it was easy before. And how do i delete songs now? if I had one suggestion for your library you should allow us to have folders to put our different genres of music in. instead of everything all in one folder, just saying.

They recently changed the format of their website and I find it much more difficult to create music the way I was doing it before. I wish they would go back to the previous format.

The song sounded nothing like me, and there is a certificate, chezzy AF, that you can out your name on for $20. Hidden Fees -Flag- Poor Ability to match Music/Vocal Syle or Voice -Flag- Nothing Original Sounding about Track "Dime A Dozen".. (Flag) No option to blend ones own musical talents (Deal Breaker). "Observation".Your Better than this. Lets Colaborate, Lets make music together, Humans who make music together create an emmenation of the group spirit, can be friends and emmenate togerher

Update: OK. after the new update, things have gotten sooo much better. thanks for listening and working out the kinks. Great App EDIT: The fact that yall listen to the complaints and make this app even better is beyond me. thank you!!!

In under 5 minutes this app produced a song based on my story that could easily win a Grammy lol. Try this now!

good you have to pay if you want to make more then one song and prices are high for everything you want to do but makes good songs

Don't fall for this. You won't be able to cancel your subscription. I emailed them multiple times to cancel my subscription, but they are still taking money out of my account

🍸I love creating the great songs it produces thank you ✌️🇺🇲 this is too good 👍 TM399 but I do have one suggestion maybe of a more live vocal setting maybe Auto tune hmmm! I'm always looking for a new hit💿 tm399 thank you sir 👋🇺🇲

The track i wrote 《Flex it》 came out really good free creds as well,so far so good but when you Prompt it doesn't catch the hook when u really need it,apart room that

Holy moly is This expensive for what you get , Short video of a song that isn't anything like you typed $19.00 want a full video with the same lyrics that you didn't write well that's $99.00 a shot or you can subscribe to something you most likely won't use more than a few times. Love that you only get to try it out with one song that isn't what you wrote before it gives you No Choice to rate it 5 Stars lmao, That alone made me want to delete it and write this review realistically to one Star ⭐

the experience is amazing but I'm very disappointed in this updated. when you subscribe you are give 20 song to create but when you unsubscribe the balance of your songs are taken away when you subscription expires 😡 that's not cool. only download this app if you have your songs written already.

jukebox is the best app to use for making music I recommend it if you want to make amazing music.

Great when it works... It's awesome when it works, but when you pay for a service and the app won't even open, and there's no way to contact the company, that's unacceptable. Also, last time the app stopped working and then said I didn't have a paid account anymore and couldn't access any previously made song... Had to start a new account.

really fun app. good for relaxing as you write the all important prompt for a song; then discover how AI makes it happen right away! what fun!

i love the result came out two song same lyric and i can choose which one is the best and sometimes i choose both. unlike some apps the result came out not good. i love this apps. i dont mind paying weekly

This app has serious problems. After downloading it on my new phone, I lost a significant number of my songs. More frustrating, the app keeps asking me to subscribe again, even though I have an active subscription (May 2026–May 2027). When I try to resubscribe, it says I'm already subscribed—a catch-22 that makes the app unusable. I've contacted Customer Service multiple times via email and in-app messaging, but I haven't received a single response. The songs being to sound same after a while.

The quality of the music and sound is very good, giving it Five stars, but please can you give 2 free credits each day. That would be nice.

I really enjoy being able to put a sound to my own words! I've been writing since I was a child and I do not know much about mak8ng music. I have had soo many people tell me that what I write should be made into songs, so I am so very greatful to be able to finally put sound to my words. it gives it the character that I am unable to provide to just written and spoken words. I have had so much fun with this app this last 2 months and I have to say that as long as my brain can think, you me sold!

I can't find my created songs. it seems like a new downloaded app as I open the app. all my created songs were lost. please Admin, address this issue.

easy to create, very good assisting to create songs and music melody. suggestion about the style of music? it better instead adding create 4000 letters

this is the epitome of ai music generators. its like the thoughts in my head were copy and pasted with the midas touch. absolutely freaking awesome. will be subscribing immediately

easy to use, and lots of tools at your fingertips. beautifully built.thank you

I wish I could give 12 stars..ohh my lord this app is wonderful, perfect and amazing. You will regret not downloading,believe,5 stars isn't enough.Best wishes and thanks to the creators ♥️

The music it creates is great, but I have trouble sharing the music with others, and sometimes it does let me edit my lyrics in real time. Plus, it's hard to contact the company to solve the problem. It's frustrating, honestly. I hope they solve the sharing problem soon like before noon!

paid the pro membership and can't even record voice now it says I have to many voices recorded and need to delete some but there is none there to delete. I would love to give 5 stars the songs are great just you can't record a voice. if this isn't fixed soon I may delete account and go back to another Ai platform.

stopped working all of a sudden. loads the ads and that's it. doesn't go any further

This app is Awesome!,m I'm writing songs with the help of AI. Healing my childhood trauma!! It's absolutely breath taking. only I had to get a new phone cause I broke the old one. I had my songs backed up I thought but after getting my new phone on and looking I can't find my songs anywhere. Ive tried several times to get someone anyone to tell me where to look but no can do. I sent over all the proof of purchases but still nothing. I even shared them with my Google files. There not there either

I gave it 5 stars at first, because it is great music, but 2 weeks in a row my credits have not renewed, nor will anyone reply about a refund.

I've really enjoyed using Jukebox AI and have created a full 12-track album with it. The quality has been fantastic. I have one question that I haven't been able to get answered through email or the contact form. As a subscriber, am I permitted to commercially distribute songs generated with Jukebox AI (for example through DistroKid to Spotify and Apple Music), or is the $20 per-song rights option required for commercial distribution? One reason I'm asking is Suno etc is clear and releasable

VERY VERY UPSET WITH THIS APP!!! Have been using it for a year now and all of a sudden if I do not use ALL 20 song generations then what ever is left just falls away and I have to pay R140 all over again. This has been happening for a while now and I am super upset about it!!!!!!!! Taking MY money and not even giving me time to use what I payed for.

do not change phones. the restore option does not work. keep saying I don't have a subscription. i paid for a year subscription. good app until I replace my phone. (same phone model and year). I left numerous messages and no response.

I paid for one year of the unlimited plan, and my subscription is active until November 2027. However, I'm limited to only 20 generations per week. Once I use them, I can't create anything until the next week. That is not unlimited. Please restore my unlimited service or issue a full refund, as this is not the service that was advertised. I look forward to your response.

I have the app and it only let use one vocal styles, in the past I could add several vocal styles but can't do it anymore. I dont like that little boy sound. I use to be able to add different vocal styles. I love the app be will not spend another dime if it stays that. it dont benefit me. p.s I canceled my subscription for just that reason. App is useless to me now.

Hey Folks, there are some issues. I am unable to match my mobile account with the website, so I can't transfer my songs over, and though I have a Pro account, the website does not acknowledge that. As well, additional genre capabilities seem to have vanished as an option. You can add them but they don't stick. Other than those issues, I'm still having a good time with the app!

I paid, but can't even record my voice, and been a week; it's not working always saying error. Very disappointed.

1 Star The old version was much better. After the recent updates, almost every song sounds very similar, even when using completely different prompts. The melodies, arrangements, and overall vibe feel repetitive, which makes the generated music less creative and unique. One of the main reasons I used this app was its ability to create fresh and diverse songs, but now many outputs feel like variations of the same template. While the audio quality is decent, the lack of originality is disappointin

The music result, is just WOW!!! My team and I entered the prompt not long the results came out... BOOM!!! 💥 while listening we were all smiles and next, increased the volume via the loud speakers, dancing to the music on replay. 5 ⭐ from me

can someone please help me. I have numbers of songs on this app. My phone cracked and I just went and brought a new phone and downloaded the app back, and it's not showing none of my music I paid for. all I did was took the old chip out and put it in my new phone. can the ppl who tun this app tell me what's going on and how I can retrieve all my music back please

Swift, the creativity is top-notch, I like it. I look forward to paying for the premium package , but so far I notice some of the songs it has created for has similar chord progression, and that makes it boring. I will like to prompt it to create few songs for me using the popular Cameron makossa genre. Kudos to you guys. I love the app

while the app is great & very user friendly I find if it has glitches, Like you construct a song, go through the process then the song loads & doesn't play. The biggest drawback though is the customer support, it's non existent. So if you do run into an issue and contact them?,don't hold your breath for a quick reply,or even a reply,& that includes those who have actually bought yearly memberships. the App needs to add an option to edit the song after creation to fix any mispronounced words etc.

This app is disappointing. I paid for 20 songs per week and didn't use them all. I open the app to keep working on new songs and my unused songs are gone. I have to pay again to be able to make more songs. I will be uninstalling this scammy app.

What an incredible app. I used a mix of my words and the App. What It came up with was a story and a song of my life, my love and heart poured out to the ones I truly love. It was such a wonderful way to put down words and then hear it in a very very personal song that will be treasured forever. Thank you to the app maker I will be forever grateful for this wonderful experience. I ended up purchasing thanks again.GBY

it's alright, just don't like the fact that if you have 17 songs left and the week is up, you lose those 17 songs. Be cool if you pay for 20 songs and the time frame is not an issue on using the app

I paid 31.99€ for a “one-time video generation” and did not receive any usable result. The app started generating the video, but while it was processing, my phone screen turned off. After unlocking the phone, the app was no longer generating anything and the project had disappeared. There was: no saved video no option to continue or retry no way to recover the project The payment was taken, but the service was never delivered. Also, the so-called “one-time payment” is misleading.

I was actually coming to update my review to something positive but this new update doesn't leave room for that & getting in contact with support is a loss battle at war. You may or may not get a response & if you do, you won't hear back & if you do, it takes weeks to months. This new update is nothing less than horrible. Sure it looks better but it doesn't work better. The vocals I originally had is gone & the new one SUCKS & I haven't been getting my credits & I paid the year subscription!

would be awesome if the song could be longer thou, longest ive made so far is 6:36 3000 words really isn't that much. although I love it, I have since even before all the recent updates that have added so much. the auto word generating has gotten better it seems also. before the last 2 recent updates the words seems to be regular ones it would use. still loved it.

trying pay for the yearly subscription the app keeps saying temporary out of service in all my songs I wrote the ones I even paid for is gone and now app acting funny won't even show me the yearly subscription no more for the $50, subscription and it keep acting me and keep freezing up and glitching up to ask me to pay the $50 again the screen say error and then crash anyway , we can get this situation fixed or resolved or problem fixed on the app

I love the new video option but $89.99 for one video is a bit steep for a new artist who is not making money quite yet. I was excited for the feature until I saw the price. what happens if I don't like tje video? I spent $20 on sondo and th video was glitchy and weird and had offensive nudity in the background I deleted it and canceled my subscription and they said too bad we are not refunding anything

App is good as a song generator, but it now has a music video option with no info, so I tried it! Filled all required boxes (lyrics, pics, etc.) then to continue, it asks for a "one time payment" of $89!! Nothing else,I thought ok, cool! This is what is doesn't mention, its $89, per generated music video!!! Had I known that, I probably would've tried somewhere else. Welp I hope this helps some of you😮‍💨

Hats off to the creator of this app... Really help me put what's on my mind into a great song. Easy to use, you have choices given, you may create your very own Lyrics or do some prompt then the app will arrange it for you in a snap. You may choose the vocals and the genre to use. Really love using this app!

I use to use Jukebox a lot but after discovering Suno AI app, the quality on Jukebox is poor compared to Suno AI. Suno produces better melody if that's what your looking for. Also. I purchased a remastered version on Jukebox and never got it which I paid $20. I emailed Jukebox multiple times and no response, it's been 1 months and no response. it's ok, you need the $20 more. you just lost a loyal customer. Switch to Suno AI y'all 😜

This was a good app that I've enjoyed for several months, but the new layout doesn't allow me much space for a song title, or more of a song description section like it once did, making it tough to get the type of music I'd like. Now I find myself looking other places, but I'm hoping this can be corrected.

I’ve been using the Jukebox app since last year and it was amazing. But with this latest update, it no longer lets you explore musical styles from the 60s and 70s or enter the year for the genre style. Please bring the app back to how it was before — it used to create very realistic music. I really didn’t like this latest update

Really cool app ( however) it does lack some features... like creating a song list for continuous play, syncing with other devices. It will not let me log in to use my other devices. keeps wanting me to start another subscription and that 6$ a week for 20 songs adds up and gets annoying. But it uses all my original poetry lyrics but I have to pay extra for proof of my songs which is a big let down. I have tried several song generators and I like this one due to the quality.

The app keeps crashing. I have to restart my phone for the apps to work. This jukebox doesn't have a ballad genre, jazz doesn't work. I wish there was a preview of the song before the credit was reduced. I paid $19 and I didn't even enjoy the apps.. it's disappointing.. I'm planning to delete these apps and find another music generator. What a waste! effort and money!!

Fun and easy to use BUT it struggles with rock and metal music in AI voice mode, which it cannot seem to create at all. Basically, it'll generate a weird droning synth sound, with no drums or guitars and call it "heavy metal". Has potential to be the best app... but it's overpriced for what it is because it still needs a lot of work.

I have been using this app for a while now. I have made countless songs all of them are great quality. even when I couldnt put the lyrics together myself, I was impressed with how the AI was able to put the song together even songs about historical characters and machinery like famous trains, ships etc. one thing though I wish the app would quite doing is freezing every couple songs. im constantly having to restart my phone to either get a song to quit playing or for the app to work right.

Poor App, I recorded my voice (I am a singer) I entered my own lyrics, the final result was an extremely bad product, my voice was not even close to what the app used, app cannot differentiate when you write [chorus] closed like this and adds it as part of the song lol, no options for customization, no options for what style you want for what it created for me seems it has an extremely old database, SUNO and UDIO, are far superior than this, not sure why the rating is 4.3 ghost ratings

don't like it limits me to 20 a day. I just got it and was playing around with it and ran out of credits. I didn't realize there was a limit. and no way to buy more. whish it would let you change things once generated. I liked a beat but was still working on the words, but now I have to regenerate it and get a different beat sucks I can't just regenerate with the same beat once you find one you like with the lyrics. also if there was a way to do a duo with a man and woman voice or 2 of the same
