Hello Team, I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience with Aditya Birla Capital, particularly regarding the renewal of my insurance policy. It is unacceptable that my policy premium has been increased by 100% at the time of renewal, without any satisfactory explanation or proper communication. We are applying reimbursement claim aproximate 59k but we are receiving only 36k different amount we are already given clarification to Aditya birla grievance tema bu not received different amount from Last 2 month,it is totally fradly dedected the amount with any reason

As far as activity based rewards system is concerned, this app and its ecosystem are not yet fully operational. Low rating is also because of nonexistent support for any related issue. App always tries to check calories for 14 March 2023 only. Raised tickets for this, but no resolution yet. Edit-Devs asked me to DM on X, assuming, wrongly, that I have an X account. After 3 months, no action from dev team to correct problems. Still ZERO stars.

Dear Sir, Since from last update of App , It's not working... can not updated properly.

They are cheating and causing mental agony in processing the claim. Due to their approval we opted for cashless facility. After surgery the claim was rejected. Though we have PED coverage, they find waiting period as the reason for rejection. They are dead silent on their approval. Very unprofessional.

bogus app. does not do basic things that it suppose to do. And a bot is replying as if they care. Hey how could you look into the mirror everyday with this kind of service and with this intent of operation.

They did not approve my claim even after submitting all the required documents. They are just giving me some automated responses eveytime I ask for the rejection reason.

This is the only Insurance App (as far as I know) which provides all the aspects of Health & Wellness! So many Podcasts regarding Exercise, Yog, Diet plan, Mental and Body well-being! Facilities to buy all Medicines and Products, Consultation with Doctors with discount! Persons of all Ages are recommended to follow the App's instructions and get re-Insured with discounts! I'm a Senior citizen of 72 years and recomend All the Seniors to get the benefits of this App! Thanks, OM

totally Worthless or valueless company , i have been running around since 12 th October for my reimbursement because they cancelled cashless, now every second day they are asking same papers again and again. They conducted a third-party case visit, have shared all the documents on app on WhatsApp and on email but today again they want some more papers. They are fraud and worthless. Go for any other company for your insurance but never ABHI. They are totally frauds and scammers.

Do not buy Insurance with them. Extremely disappointed with Aditya Birla Health Insurance. I submitted all necessary documents for my reimbursement claim, but keep receiving discrepancy notifications without clear explanations. I contacted customer care multiple times, but representatives couldn't explain the actual issue. They said only the backend team knows the reason. When I requested to speak with them, I was told I couldn't contact them and they couldn't contact me either.

The online website as well as this App. is pathetic. Tried correction and deletion of dependents. It simply doesn't do it. There customer service center is even worse, even after sending error screenshots and screen recordings, no help. I had to escalate this issue to their grievance cell and got it done in one month. Don't take insurance from them for 3 years. I just did and will be switching to new insurance. No med. claims but believe it will be a terrible process.

The app constantly throws a "far away from gym" error, even when standing right inside the network gym reception! Despite adhering to their 50-meter proximity rule and sharing Google Maps screenshots with customer support, tickets are repeatedly delayed with zero resolution. This bug directly prevents us

If you are so lethargic, be ready to face the legal actions. better refund my money.And not repeat such behavioir with even a single customer.

Poorest health insurance company in India, after 3+3 years of health insurance health premium paid by me On medical emergency it gave me information about rejection of claim as my family denied to pay bribe to its surveyor in hospital. This is cheater company running bt AI and bot, no human work here to resolve the issue. It want premium, more premium without any facility. It will be better to save money in your savings account so that it can help you in your emergency fully. Never deal with it

This is a terrible app. I never receive the OTP, which makes it impossible to log in. The app is extremely frustrating to use, and the login issue needs to be fixed as soon as possible.

the app crashes at will and very hard to get back on. customeer support asks vague questions nowhere helping resolve the issue at hand.as long as the app is working fine, it goes well. on problem and its hard to get back on the horse

After update it's not connecting properly with Google Fit App, I do connect and after a minute it's again disconnect.

worst application. they made the app faulty, deliberately. because, if it worked properly, we would be able to add daily activities and food items, and they would have to give us 100% waiver as per policy. But, since the app is faulty, you won't be able to add food regularly. Hence, they won't have to give you 100% waiver. Such a cunning plan. I have been reporting this for 10 days or more, they haven't given any resolution. They are just increasing resolution time. ZERO STARS.

I need just to change my address so I go on website and make changes but I get mail that your request is not resolved. you only change address by active health application. so I followed all steps as per mail but opinion for endorsment is not there . so how can I change my address. Some basic information is not changed by me in application or website. very frustrated and disappointed by aditya birla health insurance.
