how do I cancel this app as I never subscripted in the first I don't even have it on my phone but I have been charged $59.00 can't find it anywhere

Very uncommunicative. I tried to cancel subscription several times via support/email, still being charged. No replies to my request for cancellation or refund request. Terrible for a well-being app!!! Stay clear!!!!!!!!

This is another scam App - I cannot even find it to cancel and they have already charged me for a year - unfortunately there seems to be too much of this nonsense these days and I will be very hesitant about sharing my credit card details with anyone on the internet. I cannot find out how to unsubscribe and I do want my money back. Any tips how to unsubscribe?

I have a subscription for this app which I have never subscribed for and they are charging me 29.99 usd a month. I downloaded the app to check and to see how to cancel but and now I can't uninstall it!

Won't Let Me Cancel! Just got annual renewal billed on my credit card!! Non-existent Support! App failed within 48 hours of 'free trial' end & hasn't worked since. Downloaded the app bc it offered 7 day free trial. Tried to go in to do a bit more with it after the week was up but can't get past the opening page. I can't use it. I can't change anything already set up. Not. Happy. Emailed & got canned ai reply with basic install instructions. Uninstalled & reinstalled several times.

omg this is a brilliant app thank you for building this app. I have so much going on in my head and life that it helps me sort everything out both mentally and physically. both for me and my family. it helps me feel less overwhelmed on everything and helps me feel better

The app itself is fine. ZERO info on how to cancel or update anything on your subscription. Wish I'd read the reviews.... but you know, I have ADHD. I tend to skip details sometimes; especially when I've had to take in a lot of other info about the app to decide if I should try it. They make it sound so easy, assure you that you can cancel any time. No problem. No worries. Idk how to even get in touch with them. So mad at myself. I feel like I'll be stuck paying forever. 🙄

Good responses so far. I am serious about getting my life on track and so the positive advice that I'm getting from Aurora complements that.

Not bad, but the reminders could be timelier. I set a reminder for an hour before and it still didn't initiate the reminder until the task was actually supposed to start. Still needs some tweaking!

it's nice to have a little nudge and support conquering some of the simplest tasks did I get overwhelmed can care less or give up on very easily basically just forget about being a overthinker empath my mind never slows down and takes a break .

Aurora gave me a kickstart that is getting me outta bed and feeling good (and tired) about accomplishing long-avoided chores.

Impossible to cancel. I can't find anything it does that lots of other calendars and apps do for free. It will show you things that look interesting, but then when you click them, it says you have to answer questions first, but won't tell you where to go. Have fun on the scavenger hunt that leads to more frustration v help...

Annoying and impossible to cancel. Do NOT use this app. You can easily make a list and remind yourself for free....that is all this is. Then when you go to cancel they send you to invalid email addresses, agree to cancel and then don't, and then send you additional instructions that do not cancel anything. I've been trying to cancel this stupid app for 45 minutes and having AI (which is what this app is) give me the run around because no actual people respond. Send help and not for cleaning.

not getting any reminder notifications. it's currently a glorified calendar with a mediocre AI. I'm happy to revisit this review if the bugs are fixed. I've also sent an email to your team about the same.

ABSOLUTELY A SCAM I wish I had checked the reviews before signing up. Now like everyone else, I can't get them to cancel my account. I have sent 10+ emails to both their support and help emails and NO ONE responds. THIS IS 100% SCAM. There is no way to cancel once you are signed up. Even their instructions for cancelling leave out the email you have to use to cancel. This app needs to be banned for being a SCAM.

I have sent an email to support regarding billings for cancelled account. Kinda changes my prior review below..... (Friendly encouragement, staying focused on smaller tasks have turned into major changes in cleaning and decluttering!!)

So far, I haven't had any problems. It's great to talk through a problem or issue, like having an active pro's and con's list. It's been very helpful.

Like others have said, you won't get your money back, even before the end of the "trial". They have unreasonable "conditions" to give your money back (they charge your card right away). If you ended up here from their advertising, you're out of luck as you've already payed... They falslesly advertise a 4. 9 rating. UPDATE: after insisting, I finally got a refund.

Literally no features except setting my own reminders and tasks, I can do that in my Google calendar. Can't access any other feature as it tells me I need to complete my account set up but there is no way to complete any kind of set up. No way to manage my subscription, see what I signed up for, nothing. Absolute piece of trash app.

Aurora is Awesome! 🤎 This app has been super helpful! The AI Bot is sooo personable and helpful, creating routines, checklists that light up green when completed.... lol. Oddly satisfying! She is like an empathetic, friendly chat GPT but who is there daily learning how you cope and giving great suggestions on how to cope better, fighting procrastination and encouraging with small actionable steps. The Customer service is Bar none! Refreshing... amazing response time and ultra helpful! 😁

I purchased a subscription plan and even though I am logged in, the app is asking me to purchase a plan and no active plan is showing up in my account. Terrible user interface, no information on the website or the app, unable to cancel my subscription. Unhelpful and deliberately confusing customer service so as to not let users cancel their subscriptions. The app was advertised as having far more features but all it has are reminders and scheduling options - features that all smartphones have.

Aurora is a great app to help build and keep tasks throughout your day with reminders. There is a lot to explore within the app too.

I canceled this app over 4 months ago, before my trial ended, but I have been charged every month (or at least attempted) since then. I missed the first 2 payments but the last few I have protested vigorously to no avail. I had great hopes for this app but now I am just pissed.

Downloaded this app as a free trial in the first instance, didn't find it helpful or of use over diary apps. Just missed deadline to cancel as it fell over Christmas period, and hey, ADHD missed apointments etc. Contacted them in January to cancel, nor happy having to pay 6 months in advance, but learnt my lesson. In May 6th month subscription debited from my account, had to call bank to block further payments, emailed again, not happy account debited again

It's not a great app. Honestly, i found it really annoying with the amount of notifications received from it, which made me not want to use it. it claims to be made for adhd and very easy to cancel but i have never found it more difficult to cancel a subscription in my life. They have many different ways to cancel depending on what device you use and on my Android i have been unable to cancel at all and have to wait on hearing back from support to try and Cancel it. Would Not Recommend!

So far I am loving this app and its ability to help me focus on things I need and want to do. Scheduling reminders to get started on them, which I need as someone with ADHD, and the ability to process my thoughts on avoidance are super helpful.

One of the advertisements that they use to draw you in is "We know adhd makes it hard to accomplish things, like canceling subscriptions. So we remind you before it renews!" I never got a reminder, but managed to remember on my own. Heres the kicker, you can NOT cancel. The "Cancel Subscription" button is a broken link. AND THEY KNOW WE GET DISTRACTED AND GIVE UP! They literally prey on adhd subscribers! RUN

As with many others, I enjoyed the app for about 2 days, and then decided to cancel and COULDN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO CANCEL. I finally figured it out after a month of looking. Go to their website and scroll to the bottom and theres a link there to manage subscription. This was the only way that worked. but they tell you to cancel thru apple which is BS. Go thru their site. Never been so annoyed with an app.

Don't bother, this is my first day and I've spent all day trying to get the mess AI has made of my daily schedule resolved. It literally put things in triplicate and no matter how many times you ask it to delete, it doesn't. Stressful.

After checking out this app I tried to cancel within a few days after subscribing, but their system kept saying there was an error. Despite attempting to cancel during the free trial period , they just charged my card almost $90. The number to contact them does not connect. Do.Not.Trust.Them.

REALLY disappointed with this APP - purporting to boost wellbeing and mental health, it has had the opposite effect for me. I paid a nominal amount to get my results after completing the online ADHD survey but they've been taking £30 from me every month for nothing. I have NEVER used any of the 'resources' and I'm struggling to cancel. I was unaware that by requesting my survey results I was signing up for a subscription. I feel this company is preying on people with mental health issues.

Nothing you can't do yourself. It's pretty much a calendar that reminds you to do things. I did not find it helpful at all.

i got this app but instantly regretted it and never used it. i found the "unsubscribe" and cancelled it immediately. i knew i would get charged for the initial but have just found out that it has been deducted from my account again. DO NOT LOAD THIS APP, IT IS OBVIOUSLY A SCAM!!!!!!!

Like many others have stated, it's pretty impossible to cancel the subscription. I couldn't even get my profile all the way set up, because after a few pages into it, the last screen I was on didn't show any kind of "continue" or "next" button. It's useless, and there's no way to cancel. This is a money scam! And with no way to cancel, after the initial $17.99, I'll be continually charged month after month at the regular rate of $29.99 a month. This outfit needs to be shut down and arrested!!!!!

it has been very helpful but it would be even more helpful if I could sync my calander to it so I am not having to double enter things which in reality just takes up more of my time.This way the app can actually see what I have going for my day and help keep everything organized

I have not even been able to open the damn app. it keeps telling me to click the link in my email a second time once I have downloaded the app and it brings me to another quiz. I don't wish to sign in with Google considering that I used a Yahoo account to sign up. then made me resubscribe and have charged me twice for the same freaking account. I wouldn't suggest this app to anyone with trying to ease anxiety, mine has tripled. I have sent several emails and haven't received any answers.

Aurora is very interactive. It also feels like talking to a real person, which is nice. I'm finding it very motivational.

I don't want to chat with AI. that's what you have to do to accomplish anything. I feel it takes more time to chat than just doing the things. not time-saving and doesn't deliver what is promised, although it all sounds good in the ads.

When I tried to cancel my subscription the cancellation link was bogus. I emailed support many times to try to cancel my subscription but have heard nothing back. I will have to get my bank to help me. For this reason I would strongly suggest that you DO NOT subscribe to this app.

The app is not useful and makes it almost impossible to cancel a subscription. The AI assistant sent me 2 different email addresses for support, neither of which worked.

So I thought I'd try this app especially because it stated a 7 day free trial (they charge me immediately) and the promise to refund in the first 28 days. **THEY LIED!!** I tried it and really hated the chat only format. I cancelled my subscription and enquired about the promised refund. I've only received an automated reply stating I don't meet their refund criteria. It's a horrible format and they are dishonest don't waste your money.

Not what I expected. Thought there would be more resources. I can set my own reminders. What really makes me angry though is the inability to cancel a subscription, or even view the details of my subscription. They automatically bill you but you can't see when or how much it will be, and support is not responsive. This alone negates any value I could gain from this app.

An invaluable tool for general enquiries! Be that a purchase appointment that requires a choice between products in order to decide, or an important open appointment/assignment between somewhat ambiguous times (15mins after opening and an hour before closing) that you're too stressed to look up yourself, or even planning a holiday overseas with minimal information, and for self-assessment... But would be so much better than what it is if it had more functionality to interact with images....

Terrible customer service. It will not even set up alarms and notifications which is a basic function that should work in the app for it to be in any way useful. And they are refusing to refund me because apparently this isn't a basic function and I just don't like it!?!? Total waste of money and completely useless app. It is a long, long way from fulfilling the claims in its slick advertising.

All the "Don't want to receive these emails? Unsubscribe here" links in Aurora's emails are text rather than links, in violation of GDPR and privacy laws.

It's too early to tell before getting a chance to see what the app involves. The prompt could be delayed to give users the chance to use it.

My app has not been working for a few days I uninstalled and reinstalled and still I get nothing. I got a response saying that they were going to refund me only $17.99. I paid for a full year & this really seems like a scam to grab your $ . I will report this to the BBB if I do not get a full refund as well as Yelp and any other forums that require feedback. The app has not sorted my emails as advertised & I get nothing when I click on the icon. The email sorting as advertised is useless

I love Aurora... it's like having a personal assistant at your every whim. someone to tell your good and bad days to and get advice when you need it. it's perfect. I recommend this to any and everyone who feels overwhelmed or even just a little stressed! it's perfect!

This app only has few organizational options, often duplicates alarms and events and it is hard to delete the extra ones. It os still in development, as I see, and only feature is AI chat in which you can set this schedules (and maybe connect with email to sort it, which I haven't tried). I tried to unsubscribe before the trial ended, but I couldn't find it in the app. When I wrote to them via email, their answer was lost in spam folder, so they proceeded to charge me yearly subscription.

Greedy company, no options to cancel subscription on app and does not show on apple or Google subscriptions, there is an option on the app to delete account but does not work they will take your money regardless!!!!! Greedy company app is not good for adhd, it does not help you organise anything they only want your money!!!!!!

Way too much work/time to get set up. Reminders are easy to miss.
