Very poor experience. Support never replies to my Gmail messages, and my songs have been stuck in moderation for 1 month and 20 days and are still pending. I was also told to remove “other text” from my artwork even though it only contains the artist name and song title. Very frustrating, and the promises of fast/reliable distribution haven't matched my experience.

Be careful here. Freecords will falsely accuse you of using AI if you use any loops. Distrokid is probably the best choice for distribution.

I've been trying using this distributor since 2024, and it's never worked!, they always find an excuse not to release anything, Now I wanted to release the music I've been working hard on since 2025. I wrote, composed, and mixed it myself. Everything was going well, and I was very happy with the release. And they sent an email simply saying that all my work was content generated by artificial intelligence!, But these songs are not AI, I don't even support AI, The vc is robotic bc it's auto tune!

Okay on Google I downloaded the app and opened it and signed up and everything, then it said some error code that never went away. I opened it on Google and it worked flawlessly.

GO ELSEWHERE, i have posted legitimate non ai music, after 6 months it finally got on music platforms like Spotify YouTube etc. HOWEVER, i was not paid for a full year! I actually have an account before on audiomack and free records just created another one for me pls is it possible for me to link the one they created to mine so I can the the stats on my audiomack creator and also be able to control it

I accidentally uploaded my album with my audio quality being terrible, so I tried to find a way to remove it from pending but I couldn't find it. So now I have to wait a week and pray that there will be a deletion option. Also, I emailed the company about this issue and never got a response. Terrible service. Use routenote instead.
