The best real estate CRM in town!

REsimpli has been a great CRM for REI. Their support team is excellent—representatives respond quickly and are always helpful when we need assistance. The CRM can still be improved-pages can still be slow to load, and there are a few requested features that are still in development despite multiple updates. However, overall, it's a reliable and effective platform, and we look forward to seeing continued improvements.

The CRM has really helped get organized and stay in touch with my leads. The voice AI is Great, it makes the calls that I don't have time to make. Following up with sellers has never been this easy!!!

Very useful, maybe top of the class... BUT! don't not specifically help the way I envisioned it would. It unfortunately lacks the cold calling integration on the app and pricing the AI features to a prohibitive rates. Helpful review reward system in place. I would try it.

My only wish is that it had a mass text option for reaching potential property sellers and a bit more flexibility with the SMS credits.

All other REI CRMs are a distant second to Resimpli's tech support. I use their live person [on demand] tech support help all the time for help with drip campaigns, integrating new hires etc. : - )

Driving for dollars sucks in this app. 80% property data isn't found until you click on it 5 to 10 times. The phone feature is awful, too. If a lead calls you, you can barely hear the ringtone. I've missed so many calls, and only if I have the desktop on is when I catch it. I wish the app just jumped in from of other apps to show me someone is calling. Right now it only appears in notifications and is drowned in all the other notifications. If you call someone it's fine the ringer is too loud.
