Awesome App 👌🏿

doesn't work useless

not a default home app WHICH IS LOCKSCREEN BASED ...

So easy to use.

seems to work very well, sometimes better than the thermostat at changing quickly. It's a great tool to have when you leave home and forget to turn down the furnace or turn up the AC. Great to just be able to glance at what the temperature is set at, at one point in the house that is distant from the thermostat. Just after it was installed we were vacationing a long distance away and the app still kept track of the house as we made adjustments due to weather conditions. Truly a great tool!

This app finally after 3 weeks loaded properly to regulate house temp. On initial log in to register, there is no way to verify that password was typed correctly (no little eye). There is no IT or tech support for this app when there are problems. Local installer was no help with problems with this app.

I have so many cliches it makes me hate it.... it resets the mode to away periodically. it will do this multiple times then some reason it stays on the correct mode it wont be in my next house unless I can get this fixed

Update: this issue has been fixed. Thank you! --------- The notices that pop up in this app are too big for my (small) phone screen. I'm unable to dismiss them because I cannot scroll down to accept, rendering the app useless.

When I open the app it tells me to update the app everytime when I've already uploaded the app. but, as time rolls on this app has more problems than before, I also don't like not having a choice with the app as to what it actually needs. I want my choices back, and I will deem what is necessary for my needs.

These new apps are terrible. They has LESS functionality than the original APP. how can they be better?? PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD APP!!!

Stopped working on last update. Now it just opens to a permissions notification screen. The old app worked flawlessly, for years... I don't see the need to mess with something that works... This is not an upgrade.

I used the app 2 weeks ago and it worked fine. now when I open the app a message pops up telling me to allow my location to be monitored all the time, not just when using the app. problem is the app is then locked. I can't even go into the settings and change the location setting. I just have to close it out. the app is now useless.

The permission notices are to big for my screen. I cannot see the changes to accept them. Can not use the app.

everything is now working ......even the away function is working!!!!! excellent app however i cant get it to perform the 'away' function with my phone...

does not work!!!!

The latest update fixed the crashing issue for me. However, while I can view my thermostat and the set modes and temperatures, any attempts to adjust settings fails. Fortunately, my connection to Google Home still works and I can adjust temperature from within that app.

locks up can not use at all

Every Sunday my system reverts to winter mode! I have to monitor it and go in and put it back to Summer mode. Then it will not go back on the schedule, I have to monitor it to change the setting manually. FIX THIS! The old app worked, clumsy as it was, but this is impossible!

so "simple" that it's useless. can't control schedules or anything like that in this app.

As easy to use as nest thermostat but pricier

Forced update to a new app which crashes when you open it. Edit: Looks like I'm not the only one with issues. Seems like this 'upgrade' wasn't sufficiently tested. Allied should roll this back and restore the previous version which actually worked.

it's a thermostat why would I allow it access to my photos and media?

very difficult

confusing at first, but excellent system.

Very useful.

I wish it had live outside temp like the prior app did. Also a usage log would be nice.

excellent

Excellent!

terrible app. forced by the furnace to switch to this app for control. basic, tough to use, less options than the predecessor app.

Easy set by owner age 76.

I use this app without a problem on an iPhone but when I installed it on a Google Pixel tablet and go into the schedule menu, the settings I can see don't match my iPhone for time and temperature. They look like default values. Can someone please fix this?

the upgrade sucks. Everytime i go to use the app, I have to click download then it brings me here then i click open.

As usual the old app worked great & the new one doesn't work. U can't change temperature or even turn ur system on or off......thanx again Allied.

Forced to upgrade from the old app. Tried to reset password, doesn't work. Just get a blank page. Failed login attempts don't reset after any duration. Password reset token didn't even get consumed. I think this company is struggling with its development teams. Possibly not experienced web/cloud/distributed systems engineers. The UX even on the thermostats themselves tends to be clunky as well. Look me up on LinkedIn, happy to sell you my services to help make this app better.

Nothing will connect now and system got wiped. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Junk. Just migrated from the previous version. this app won't even open. Crashed upon launch every time. unreal.
