Download Shellbot Home V2.0.0 APK From Android App Store Offline

I get to linking network and then.....nothing!

App is garbage. Worked once then refuses to connect again. I honestly think this app is used to feed China our information.

lost my rest restricted areas and saved data

Deenkee D40 removed from app. Why was it removed.

Excellent

Thanks for the update. I can’t use my robot anymore. I will never buy Deenkee again.

WORST APP EVER!!!!! They just deleted my Deenkee version of the list and now I'm unable to use it. Totally disrespectful.

horrible, error cannot connect due to incorrect timer. I have sent into every imaginable setting including time and date to make sure it was set correctly. Same error.

still learning how to use it

doesnt seem possible to save more than one map. so if I take the hoover upstairs, it will completely forget downstairs and will have to remap the whole area again. such a waste of time!!

dont scam spy app!!!

does not work with my Deenkee 700 vaccum robot

Always closes Always has issues

unusable keeps crashing

When I load it I am told it has a bug and won't open it.

App crashes all the time, impossible to control robot. Can only control via Alexa or Google

Please fix the bug in the app. It really ruin the whole experience of the robot Vacuum and it's a good machine

This app is terrible, crashes all the time. and there is no support at all in helping getting this right so I can actually use the hoover that I spent alot of money on.

Continously crashes !!!! Sort this out there are some many comments saying the same YET YOU HAVE DONE NOTHING !!!! HOW HARD CAN IT BE ?????

App crashes and is unusable. It's great while it works though.

When the app worked for 2 hours it was great. Now it won't open at all. Tried two different devices (Samsung Galaxy S23+ and Samsung Galaxy S21 FE). Opens then crashes within 3 seconds. Just bought a DEENKEE D40 robot vacuum and I love the vacuum but the app is completely useless. I'll try it on an older iPhone and see if the iOS version works any better. Unfortunate since the vacuum is flawless. Have emailed the company but due to other reviews I've seen, they don't care.

Super

Keeps coming up with an error so can't use the app. WiFi is 2.4ghz so don't know what the problem is.

App will open for a second then close, cannot access.any info for my device. Can't change settings, very frustrating

Doesn't work, crashes everything I try to set up the robot hoover

It connect the first time, no problem. The app navigated the process quick and easy

App doesn't even open ... Crashes when trying to add device and says to wait for developer to create a fix and then update it... But these developers are non existent so the app is useless

App keeps crashing, uninstalled and installed 3 times now. It was bought to make things easier - not!!! I refuse to get an alexa as I don't like them!!! SORT THIS OUT!!

Not bad for cleaning but Neto is better but more expensive

Absolutely rubbish Just got the Robot from Amazon. Tried all sorts to connect it to the app via the router, impossible. I then resorted to switch other phone on to Mobile Hotspot, to provide this pbone and the device with a common net work. I gess i will just be pressing the button on the robot to get it started. I woulg return it if it wasnt for the extremelly low price I paid for it! Sort this out Deenkee

This app is awful it keeps crashing. Also, when you log on to the app, it doesn't find the device. The developer needs to sort the problem out.

Not operational - just crashes everytime..

Crashed This app was working this morning, went to check on the vacuum an hour later and the app keeps crashing now.

App is not working, it crashes everytime.

Super unimpressed that the old app was changed and new sign in is required... And the amount of personal information to be collected now to setup a Bluetooth enabled device for my home!!!!! NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! No location is needed, or camera.... The devise is amazing for the cost and works great why ruin it with the app change??

The app keeps crashing. I can even open to use the vaccum. Please fix.

Works Great

App is partially functional... It took me too long to figure out that I I should be using the Smart Life app.... *PLEASE PIN THAT PEOPLE SHOULD USE SMART LIFE for google assistant*

Needs an update, sometimes it follows my house well and and cleans every corner. And other days it stays stuck in the same room cleaning it over and over again. I have to follow it, push it out a room and close the door so it can clean another room. This isn't normal. It's sad because it vacuum /cleans well.

Awful will return to store

Great app but what happened to the widget? Was using it daily.

Wont work with any device

Deenkee dk700 is not in the list! Why?

it was very good machine and highl quality

easy

Very good app. A lot of useful functions for your robot, and very easy to use.

Vacuum will not connect to WiFi, my router is running in 2.4 mode only. Most of these smart devices have an advanced connect option that always works for me, this is missing from this app. Cannot get to connect to Google Home, the option is not in the list. App will be un

Easy to use and works perfect with my DK650

Google home linking instructions are wrong. deenkee does not exist in the (very long) list of Google assistant enabled apps.

Can not link to Google home on my phone
