Cameras go through phases where they no longer push alerts. App used to work and have some useful functionality. Now, its bloated with half-baked features that don't really work. Previews of alerts no longer recording or showing in app. I don't want cloud storage, just record to the SD card that I've installed.

Camera good, app atrocious. The battery powered camera is very good. But the app! The app is atrocious. Impossible to download videos from the album, have to "share it" . Record video is limited to 30 seconds. Unless manually recording, which saves it to album, no idea where that is, because it's not on sd card, and can't find it on mobile. Wish I could use the camera with Tapo app.

Lots of different pay plans for different functions This app is not very good I paid for the motion detection twice but it's not active. The camera is fine it's the app that all bugged and stuff please fix cause your cameras are not cheap so don't bump us in to paying for things that don't work and fix the issue with the app not just the payment side of it my camera goes black at night I have to do some tweaks to get it to work how it should fix your app

Does the job perfectly for our needs. Wanted to have reliable live access rather than record features and this works brilliantly, no connectivity issues so far in the past few months of using. Highly recommended as a live feed option. Cannot comment on other features as not used.
