So far, this is a great app. The app I used prior - Abridge - decided to retire their app after I've used it for absolutely every medical and vet appointment for over a decade, so I had to scramble to find a replacement app. This app was the first I saw and it worked well with the basic aspects. The transcriptions are absolutely awful though. That's so far the only negative of this app. I wish there was an option to boost the volume of the recording, as it's hard to hear.

I accidentally deleted 2 or 3 recordings from my doctor. These have some very important information that I need to retrieve. I was diagnosed with breast cancer and need to retrieve these recordings. Can you please tell me step by step how to find these recordings Thank you Patricia

PAUSE before install! Seems like it would be good, EXCEPT... the navigation bar remains open due to an issue within the app. This makes it very tricky to click on the options on the bottom. recording description inaccurate. Overall, it was just very difficult and needs more work. I was never able to find how to delete a recording or how to deactivate my account. Seems you will have to email them. I rather pay for a good app that doesnt purposely make things this difficult and better accuracy.

required me to give up my phone number to even look at the app. after reviewing the app I decided it's not what I want. one star because I had to give up my personal info to even check out the app.

I deleted it as you have to put in cell phone number...I'm 71 and have never used a cellphone..I have landline....so much cheaper than a phone...App should allow email then especially since this is for dr and as you get older more serious things take place!

well this app came highly rated and I needed to download it quickly before a doctor's appointment and I can't even get past the screen where I enter my email. The app button to continue just doesn't work. so I ended up wasting my precious time that's all. technology I guess

Downloaded broken. Not worth the trouble. Will just record a lower tech way. Worthless.

Just closes whenever I try to record

The main reason I got this app was to record appointments, the function that crashes the app and doesn't work. Also it doesn't recognize phone numbers on add a patient or send anything when you manually enter phone numbers. Everything I try is broken besides messaging in the app

I love the concept of this app, but whenever I try to Activate the record functionality, the app just crashes 😢

I just downloaded and installed this app. How late is doing is crashing it will not run.

This used to be a great app the best that was available for download. However it's been several months since the record function has had a bug and is broken. Currently medcorder is completely useless it will not record, the app just crashes when you hit the record button. I will give five stars back as soon as this bug is fixed please fix this now!!!

Love the app, and that can go back and review what Dr. said. However, it is not opening today. I hope they fix it, be it's a great app to use.

It's giving me an error verifying my phone number to log in. Twice.its not going to help much that way!

Synchronization between multiple devices for one account login is NOT WORKING - please debug and do quality assurance to make sure it works. Then the app may get 5 star rating. Add a Patient functionality is NOT working. It used to work fine - rollback to older versions of the app would be great - until you make sure the new version works with no bugs. I regret I tried to help and enrolled into Beta - lost all data. Backup and restore for all data would be nice to have.

This was so useful during my all of son's medical appointments and just a good piece of mind.

It's great. I just have to remember to use it at my doctor's appointments.

Just to let you know why we will not use your app any longer. Not only was the transcription so far off but the F-word was used several times throughout the transcription. We NEVER use that word in any setting so to see it in our transcription was very concerning. I had hoped this app would help my brother and me as we navigate both of our parents health issues. Points to you for attempting to help with this for people but it doesn't work the way I think you expect it to.

Have been using this app to record pediatric appointments for our infant. We use it to prepare for the next appointment by adding questions as they come up during everyday life, and it's super useful to go back to a recording or transcript and double check what the doctor had answered about some topic we asked about. With covid-19, only one parent can attend the appointment, so it's great that the other parent can listen to the recording instead relying on the memory of the attending parent 🙂

SPACE/TIME LIMITATION! I don't know whether it's space limits or if it is a case of how long the app will keep files. I used it to record appts. so I could transcribe them myself at a later time. It worked great for a while. Life happened & I got behind. I wasn't worried. Imagine my horror last week when I discovered that I had COMPLETELY lost 2.5 months of untranscribed recordings! The app erased everything beyond 2 weeks! They need to be HONEST and OPEN about this limitation! Uninstall!

A friend took my dad to an important doctor appointment because my sister and I couldn't go. It worked perfectly. Sister and I had transcript of the appointment before Dad got home.

First 2 doctor appts the app worked great. But at last week's appt it recorded ok but the translation never worked - it just kept saying loading - but never did. And when I invited my daughter to listen to recording it wasn't there.

This app should be called mediocre.
