But today for some reason I tried logging in and it said wrong password, I carefully input the correct password again!! and my account was locked? Please what is the meaning of that. imagine it was urgent 🤦🏾 I changed password and it is still locked. I don't even have access to your customer service

This is the worst banking app I have ever come across,so annoying and frustrating.I deposited money the first day I downloaded it then I tried to transfer money from this app to a POS terminal so I could get cash and pay my Uber driver only for it to say pending,I was so stranded that I couldn't go to work that day,the mistake I made was transferring a huge sum of money into this bank app.For two days the money was still on pending,so I'm not recommending it to anyone it will embarrass you.

A very bad banking app with poor connections and networking. Doesn't even deserve a star. Thank God I didn't even put a huge amount of money into the app.I can't even resend to another account or even purchase data. So bad for a start

unprofessional nd lacks tools for proper banking , imagine my first transfer to regular bank delayed for 72hrs and later refunded, that's crazy, d only thing i could do with Casa bank was to recharge my line.

I transferred money from this casa bank to my other bank since on the 13/12/2025 till today it is still saying pending without no reversal this is 48hrs already please I need a reversal

so far, the app is easy to navigate,has its own uniqueness and interactive. Yet to have a functional kyc level 3 setup and the biometric keeps making sign-in a task only fit for Hercules. Keeping all fingers crossed especially in customer care, and promptness to resolving transaction issues. 2 stars until you prove yourself
